Why Trump is waiting

I think (perhaps "hope" is more accurate) President Trump has something approaching the same thoughts and plan to bust the fraudulent election that occurs to me. I suspect that he is deliberately avoiding major public addresses claiming electoral fraud until there is a solid evidentiary record, at least somewhere, to support that claim. Millions of Trump's voters — based on the numbers alone, how, when, and under what circumstances they rolled out on Election Day and the morning after, and the massive numbers of statistical and numerical improbabilities that rise to the level of an impossibility — already are 100% convinced that Trump won decisively

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has just stepped on the grenade by once more defying Justice Alito's warning - that Article II couldn't be any more clearer. As for the fraud proof, the beauty of it is that if proven in one place it will be almost impossible to deny it in others. Ask yourself two questions. One, would a person of Sydney Powell's stature, integrity risk everything unless she was sure she has demonstrable proof? Would a person of Giuliani's track record and reputation say he has a thousand sworn depositions from people who have seen first hand acts of fraud and corruption? Some of them requiring a witness protection shield after they have testified? Would people like Victoria Toensing or Joe DigeNova lend their names and support? I am cautious but not despaired.

Yesterday the state of Michigan certified their votes even though 171,000 votes in Wayne county for Biden can not be aligned with any registered voters. The real evidence is that partisan officials in Democrat cities have thwarted the law just like the looters who broke into the stores over the summer. With no DOJ police presence they have stolen the votes of millions of honest citizens and nobody seems to have the moral courage to stop them. Once the unsolicited mail-in ballot plan was implemented using the pandemic as an excuse any chance of having a legal chain-of-custody certifiable election was destroyed. No honest voter should accept the legitimacy of this election any more than they would accept a casino taking the pot in Blackjack without showing you their winning cards. If the Supreme Court can't defend the citizens of the country against such a violation of their due process and equal protection rights then it is a useless academic club. If the state legislators lack the moral courage to reject the fraud in their state and vote for real electors then we will get the government we deserve. Trump's greatest achievement for history may be that his administration exposed and documented just how far from the original intent of the Constitution this country has strayed.

Just thinking...I know, that's dangerous. What if President Donald J Trump is holding back long enough to have the people in the United States see the types of people Biden is placing in his administration. And when President Trump takes office again, he will know who to attack and drain Swamp from within.

Please pardon second post, but, in re #4, that is precisely what the left wants us to believe. Eliminate public voting and replace our government by the people with DC oligarchs who form an American politburo who selects our leaders for us and then we may be allowed to deliver that mandatory "vote" for them.

t is obvious that NO lower State or Federal appeals court judge or judges, have the intellectual and moral guts to declare void any votes cast, regardless of how illegal, fraudulent, contrived or cast and counted through mischievous manipulation of voting and counting regulations. They are terrified of being publicly flayed by the media, ostracized, having their legal and personal reputations destroyed, their and their family's lives put at risk, and even of going down in History as the judges that "disenfranchised" the fundamental rights of citizens of the USA. This is regardless of the weight and the impact their refusal to exercise their judicial responsibility has and will have on the LEGITIMACY AND TRUST of any past or future elections to political office in the United States. Practically speaking, they all believe that making such a a huge "call" is well above their "pay grade" and therefore Trump appeals are being summarily regardless of the nature of the plea and the evidence advanced. Effectively they are all "kicking the can up the street" and "passing the buck" to SCOTUS. The only people that seem to be aware of this is the Trump legal team and explains the reason that despite the joy of their opponents and the ridicule heaped on them by the False News media they themselves greet each lower court dismissal without too much obvious distress because of the confidence they have that each lower court rejection hastens their path to a genuine SCOTUS appeal hearing and judgement..

I find it fascinating that former President Obama chose this moment in time to write and publish his book, Promised Land. He could have had it released a year before the elections, or a year from now, once another administration had been settled. Instead, he decided to ride the coattails of the election, as though he had won another term, and capitalize on someone else’s momentum. Obama the 2008 candidate came off as likeable, but that was clearly an act. Obama the 44th President and Obama post-presidency is an insufferable jerk who doesn’t know when to leave the stage.

Vermont Gov. If Anthony Fauci made another dramatic plea about COVID and nobody listened, would he really make a sound? Better: If nobody other than the Democrat Party and the liberal lapdog media listened, and clapped like trained seals in response to everything he said? The latter was the case on Wednesday morning when Fauci hooked up with Scooter George Stephanopoulos on ABC’s “Good Morning America” in an attempt to scare tens of millions of Americans into “sacrificing” their Thanksgiving in the name of all-things COVID. Stephy lobbed a softball right down the middle of the plate for the attention-whoring emerging and infectious diseases expert, which he promptly hit into the left-field stands.

As we recall, following the death of Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg in September, President Donald Trump and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell ignored protestations from Democrats and the liberal media — no; in spite of histrionic Democrats and the hysterical barking hyenas of the liberal media — and successfully powered through the nomination and confirmation of Amy Coney Barrett to fill Ginsburg’s seat. Mission accomplished. Expeditiously so. Then in late October, as reported by the Daily Wire, conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt interviewed McConnell about filling Barrett’s vacated seat on the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, along with other vacant seats — present and future — throughout the post-election lame-duck term.

This is one of those news items that was almost immediately relegated to the category of “local news,” but it really shouldn’t have been. The tragic story in question took place in South Los Angeles over the weekend. The LAPD just announced that they’ve reached the grim milestone of 300 murders in a single year for the first time in over a decade. And there are still five weeks to go. One of the victims of those murders was 15-year-old Carl Jackson Jr. He was an honor roll student at his school with no “police involvement” in his background and what seemed like a bright future ahead of him.
Group files emergency petition in Wisconsin

The national conservative group Amistad Project filed an emergency petition Tuesday with the Wisconsin Supreme Court challenging the state’s unofficial results in the 2020 presidential election, saying it has identified over 150,000 potentially fraudulent ballots. Results from the Nov. 3 balloting in the state show Democratic candidate Joe Biden defeated President Trump by a roughly 20,000-vote margin. Phill Kline, director of the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, said the number of potentially fraudulent ballots identified are “more than enough to call into question the validity of the state’s reported election results.” “Moreover, these discrepancies were a direct result of Wisconsin election officials’ willful violation of state law,” he also said.

According to the media, Trump and his deplorables are doing a great disservice to the nation by demanding assurances about the integrity of the 2020 presidential election. After all, Joe Biden has been all but inaugurated by news personalities and the Democratic Party, and the social media censors have assured us that there's no evidence of any wrongdoing, so it's obviously just a waste of time and energy to mull the outlandish possibility that Americans are the victims of what Biden described (either carelessly or carefully) as the "most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics."

The free world is watching and holding its breath, appalled that an American coup can be treated so lightly by the U.S. media. Australia is a federation. Independent states came together to form that federation, and the system they came up has similar features to the United States. It may be worth looking at. Australia's constitution dates to 1900 — we are young. And at the outset, our systems are not perfect. Our House of Representatives is based on population, and we have a Senate based on states. The Senate acts as your Electoral College. Each state has the same number of senators.

In the past four years, we've witnessed America's enemies trying to rig democracy. Those efforts came to fruition with the recent election. There are innumerable signs showing this rigging. Some of the most common signs come from the media, which ignore blatant evidence that justifies indicting, arresting, or, at minimum, questioning Democrat elected officials. The media's been doing this all year, especially with regarding to Biden.
