Matt lives a rather conservative lifestyle for someone who makes a living in the film industry. That said, he needs to listen to Kurt Russell and stay out of politics. Texans are not going to give up guns while we still have to worry about Antifa thugs and feral "youths." Not to mention wild hogs. If I ever meet up with wild hogs, I hope I have plenty of fire power. Six shots is not likely to be enough.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has revealed that he is not ready to recognize Joe Biden as the winner of the US presidential election because Donald Trump has not acknowledged the Democrat's victory. Biden was announced president-elect two weeks ago in the election against Trump, who has refused to concede. The president has alleged voter fraud and has ordered his team to contest the votes in key states that cost him reelection. Putin, who has yet to congratulate Biden on his victory, said Sunday on Russian state TV: 'We will work with anyone who has the confidence of the American people.'

Regarding race and much else, America’s students are not taught history. In fact, they are not taught; they are indoctrinated. With anti-Americanism. The purpose of all teaching about race in American schools is to engender contempt for America. They are, therefore, “taught” the lies of The New York Times’ “1619 Project” — that the United States was founded to preserve and protect slavery — and of such works as Robin DiAngelo’s “White Fragility.”So, then, what should American schools teach about race? They should, of course, teach students about slavery and racism.

When President Trump refused to concede the election to Joe Biden in the immediate aftermath of Nov. 3, we argued that he had the right to mount legal challenges if he believed there had been irregularities, mistakes, fraud, or all three. Democratic objections and outrage were as hypocritical as they were inevitable, coming as they did from a corps that refused to accept the 2016 election result not for days, weeks, or even months, but for four years. But although fair-minded people know there are legitimate procedures for litigation, and that these should be allowed to play out, there is also wisdom in the phrase, “put up or shut up.”

This is why you don’t swallow conspiracy theories whole-cloth without waiting for evidence to be presented. Amazingly, it appears that Trump’s own campaign is now disowning Sidney Powell’s fairly out there claims about German servers and millions of switched votes. And I don’t say that as someone who wouldn’t want to believe it if there was proof, but there was obviously no proof and plenty to the contrary. Here’s the Trump campaign today essentially telling Powell to go jump in a lake, which is probably the most surprising development of the last several months. Well, this is awkward.
