If you are a conservative who has been waking up angry, upset, and frustrated with your representation in Congress in the week since the presidential election, you are not alone.
Many of us are wondering why the Republican Party seems to have been reactive and defensive rather than aggressive in support of President Trump and the America First agenda.
Many of us want to know which of our elected Republican representatives are supporting and defending us and which ones are eying the exits. We are looking to these officials to stand up and protect our voices, and now to ensure that the integrity and transparency of our electoral system are upheld.
On Saturday, I googled my Senators’ and House Rep’s Twitter (I’m not on Twitter) to see if they had voiced any support for Pres. Trump. Nothing. I guess they still had their fingers in the air checking which way the wind was blowing. Weak-kneed simps, all of them.

This is one reason we originally vote for President Trump. He was a fighter. These other guys, well they are more or less road kill. Hang in there until the bloody end, we are with you Mr. President no matter what.

Yes! Hopefully it’s only cowardice among the majority of them, and not double-dealing and working with the other side. They need to hear from their constituents, regardless.

Establishment republicans are go along to get alongs. They like having the perks more than they like working for their constituents. At the root of it, they like being in the minority. No one can expect accomplishments when you're in the minority. You moan, groan, complain, put forward halfhearted ideas and never, ever have to show results. And it keeps the constituents fired up and re-electing you. It's a politician's dream job.
For the most recent proof of what I'm describing, go back to 2017 and 2018. Republicans could have accomplished much, but instead chose to drag their heels at doing anything. Trump carried the GOPe along making them look good with what HE was accomplishing, not what they were actually doing. And when they lost the house it was a piker's dream. They could go back to not doing anything - loudly.
However the presidential election turns out, watch who fights and watch who folds. Support the fighters and penalize the folders; harshly. Send them home at the first electoral opportunity. Those who fold aren't worth snot.

Mr. Clay (#8), you PRECISELY stated what I have believed for the last 6 years or so.
Many in the Republican party -the so-called GOP Establishment- make a very nice living being in the minority and sitting on their thumbs, complaining and doing little to nothing as our beloved America is sold down the river by the Leftists.
It seems to me that what is needed is for people to pay more attention during the Primary season, and vote in conservative Fighters as much as we can.
By the time it gets to the general election, and the choice is between a hard-Left Democ'RAT and a 'squishy' RINO, we cannot vote for a Best candidate, all we can pick is the Least Bad candidate.
By the way..... from your 'handle'....Semper Fi!.... my Dad was a USMC Staff Sergeant in WWII, I have a photo of him on Kwajalein, sitting on a knocked-out Japanese Type 95 tank.

Repeat "There is no UNIPARTY" a dozen times before reading this. There...now you're ready, just one more sip of the kool-aid.
The difference between the national Republicans and Democrats is one lightly drags their feet while the other pulls them along. Eventually they arrive at "the best we could do" compromise...and then the spectacle begins anew.
Trump was screwing up their game. It's really that simple. Whether a D or an R after their name.

I am not a Republican. The Republican Party is a sham party that exists to provide the illusion of choice.
I am not a conservative. Conservatism is ideologically bankrupt. Conservatism has delivered nothing but tax cuts and warmongering. It has cooperated with the left in selling out the American people for profit.
The history of the GOP and conservatism after FDR is one long retreat in the face of totalitarian socialism, with intermittent abject surrenders. America needs a new political party to replace the GOP. A party whose goal is to establish Freedom by eradicating socialism by any means necessary. President Trump exemplifies what I want in a political leader. He is reviled, resisted, and sabotaged by the GOP and by conservatives every step of the way.
I vote against Democrats because the Democrat Party is evil
If the Republican Party does not reverse the Great Fraud election, it is finished. It will shrivel and die.
