The Worst Is, They’ll Get Away With It

Original Article

This morning at my site I had a post explaining the misery, at least from my perspective, of watching the American political system devolve into failure this week: My mood isn’t the result of despondency that the election is lost. I don’t think it’s lost. At least, I’m not sure it’s lost. What I’ve recognized, what that late night on Tuesday taught me, is that the election is just a symptom of something a whole lot worse. At the end of the day, it’s this: the game will continue until the Left says it’s over.

This brief article sums up my feelings quite nicely. The obvious corruption in this election is how our Republic dies. I will personally never again have faith in the electoral process and I cannot envision how that faith can ever be restored. Even if they do not prevail, Democrats are showing how broken our national elections are and how there is absolutely no fear of consequences when they attempt to blatantly steal an election. Should Trump win, Democrat supporters will be absolutely sure he somehow stole the election and will consider they have been cheated. Neither side will, or frankly, should trust our current election process. Further, I cannot envision anything that can be done to restore my faith. I shouldn't be surprised by current events. But I was born in the 50's, was taught Civics in school, always answered a Jury Summons, watched Paladin and Gunsmoke and, as a child, the Lone Ranger. I believed in Truth, Justice, and The American Way. I am happy my parents didn't live to see America's decline. At the same time, I am saddened and worried that my daughter and her husband, and future generations won't have the American Experience I so enjoyed.

# 3 Before midnight on election day I received and e-mail from Trump asking for money to defend the integrity of the election. I wondered about it. A little bit later i read the counting in states that Trump was winning was halted. Trump & Co. obviously knew what was going on and got the e-mail out there ahead of the public announcement.

Dark, but sadly right on the money. Too many people at the trough, too much power at stake. "The illusion of freedom [in America] will continue as long as it's profitable to continue the illusion. At the point where the illusion becomes too expensive to maintain, they will just take down the scenery, they will pull back the curtains, they will move the tables and chairs out of the way and you will see the brick wall at the back of the theater." - Frank Zappa

They aren't even trying to hide what they are doing. They don't care because they know there will be no consequences worth worrying about and they will have demonstrated to the people who dared vote in an outsider in 2016 that such will not be allowed going forward. And don't count on the GOP to put up any real opposition to whatever the leftists decree they want enacted going forward. They may grandstand on a couple of the more egregious proposals but the overall agenda will roll forward just as it has for the last century or more.

They cannot be allowed to get away with it. Are we Americans truly no different than those who were herded into boxcars on the way to the gas ovens? America is worth fighting for and if we just shrug our shoulders and that there is nothing that can be done we don't deserve the wonderful nation we inherited. Call a redo election in the state guilty of the most egregious fraud. We can wait until the votes are fairly counted

They are not going to get away with it. The reason? Trump voters. I will never forget the sight of tens of thousands of enthusiastic voters all over our republic united behind a candidate who reflected their values. Regardless of the outcome, the left has destroyed any credibility they had remaining going into this election. I believe that President Trump's supporter's will see to it that the left will be held accountable and not allowed to creep back into the shadows

Election law is structured to protect the Democrat's interest in freely stealing elections. If you look at the list on Wikipedia, we have more than 130 uniform laws produced by non-profit think tanks like the ABA. These cover everything from Adoption to Victims Rights. These Uniform Codes establish a best practices framework of commonly accepted best practices for a given area of legal regulation. Not every State adopts each uniform code verbatim, but the law generally settles into a majority and minority dichotomy of the codes and their most like alternative. What this allows is for lawyers across America to understand fairly easily how legal issues play out in most jurisdictions and the minority alternative. In the absence of this uniform framework, we would have 50 states with entirely unrelated legal schemes and thinking. Guess which area of law lacks a uniform code? Elections. All national election law in this Country has been obsessed with the 1964 Civil Rights Act protection of Democrats right to cast illegal votes. There has been no reform of any kind in the administration of vote counting itself. We've had plenty of time. We just didn't.

Twice in the last six weeks, warnings were issued about imminent, grave threats to public safety posed by the same type of right-wing extremists who rioted at the Capitol on January 6. And both times, these warnings ushered in severe security measures only to prove utterly baseless. First we had the hysteria over the violence we were told was likely to occur at numerous state capitols on Inauguration Day. “Law enforcement and state officials are on high alert for potentially violent protests in the lead-up to Inauguration Day, with some state capitols boarded up and others temporarily closed ahead of Wednesday's ceremony,” announced CNN. When the Republican governors of Texas and Mississippi announced that they planned to lift their statewide COVID-19 restrictions, including mask mandates, President Biden accused them of “Neanderthal thinking.” Yet, despite the president’s repeated assurances that his coronavirus policies would “follow the science,” it’s clear that neither he nor his advisers have bothered to compare the mortality statistics of states with stringent mask mandates to those with no statewide mandates. As it happens, the average number of COVID-19 deaths per 100,000 residents in the knuckle-dragger states is about half that of those whose governors still impose strict mask mandates, according to statistics provided by the New York Times.

Leaders of the effort to recall California Gov. Gavin Newsom said Sunday they've collected 1.95 million signatures a little more than a week before the deadline, a number they believe will be more than enough to trigger a special recall election.County and state elections officials still need to verify that nearly 1.5 million are valid signatures from registered California voters before the recall can qualify for the ballot. But recall supporters said Sunday that they're confident they've collected enough. The most recent signature verification numbers from the Secretary of State's Office found that about 83% of the signatures counted by early February were valid.

Voting rights are restricted to citizens over the age of 18 who are not otherwise prohibited from voting by state law. After many years of legislation at the federal level, every citizen who is 18 or older and registers to vote is allowed to do so without impediment. The only common exception at the state level is convicted felons and those who are currently incarcerated. Some states require a valid ID, but the dirty little secret is, so does the Democratic National Convention. However, no one accuses the DNC of trying to exclude minorities from their convention. But when any state requires a valid state ID to vote, especially

It has now been nearly a year since “public health experts” began appearing on television talk shows insisting that, to survive COVID-19, the nation would have to pursue unprecedented mitigation policies. They told us that our salvation required draconian measures such as school closures, stay-at-home orders, and business lockdowns. Moreover, we were advised not to expect a fast return to our normal lives. In early April 2020, for example, Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel solemnly assured us, “We will not be able to return to normalcy until we find a vaccine…. We need to prepare ourselves for this to last 18 months or so and for the toll that it will take.”

There’s something unattractive about a mature woman marrying into the British Royal family with one of the world’s most expensive weddings, hanging out with the Queen, living in insane luxury…and then whining non-stop about the horror of her life. There’s something even less appealing when that woman accuses the Royal family of race hatred.
