Most Americans of all stripes flatter themselves that somehow we Americans are better than others. The sense that we are smarter, more civilized, built a greater country, just have something in us that makes us better because we live here. Even most leftists feel that way, quietly complimenting themselves that somehow they are better for being here in the America they hate. We soon shall see. Is there something uniquely corrupt and toxic in the German soul that explains Hitler’s rise? Maybe. But then you have to explain all the non-Jewish Germans like Oskar Schindler who risked and gave their lives to save Jews while some others of non-German heritage

THIS is one of the most powerful articles I have read in quite a while and EXACTLY on target. When the media hides and distorts the truth in pursuit of an agenda, they are destroying this Country. There is freedom of the press (and speech) because of the necessity of an uninhibited voice. There is very little that grows well in a mire of lies and corruption. Yet, that is what most of our media is. We the People are in charge of our Country, but if we are not allowed to see the truth, we cannot make informed decisions. As the article says, even informed people may differ in their beliefs and choices but when media jumps on the scale of truth with both jack booted feet, it is NOT good and robs the People of their choice. "It is in the hands of the American People to overcome their media manipulators — or to do their bidding. But if the American People choose wrongly, it may not be in the hands of the American People again in our lifetimes later to rectify the error ..." This is the essence of choosing Socialism/Communism/Big Government. Once you hand control over to such entities/ideas, it cannot be fixed later. They use their power to protect themselves and control the people, now vassals of the State.

This covid hoax proves that we are no better. Americans will get into the box cars just as quickly as anyone else; for no better reason than thats what everyone else is doing. Follow the herd. They used to teach that we WERE better, and we tried to live up to that standard. Now they dont teach it and very few try to be any better than the common rabble. Its sad.

Regardless of who wins, there will be millions of votes for Herr Biden. Millions of Americans all in for Socialism. C'mon man, Socialism is already rampant in America. Our Government, as a whole, is corrupt from top to bottom. This election will not change that fact. Make God and family the most important part of your life and you will live a great life. I used to be a lot more hopeful about Americans until the Chinese virus panic. I was disappointed how quickly people complied with the dictatorial lockdowns and even now cower behind masks and stand apart at two paces. Even now the churches show they are more worried about the government and false experts than they are about eternity.

I am rarely surprised by the willful ignorance of the American people. I have a family and neighbors who only read news for sports and weather. They live comfortably but never analyze why they live better than most of the world; they just take it for granted. They profess to be Christians but would unwittingly vote for Satan over Jesus because Satan has a (D) after his name.

I don't want to hear anyone from now on blaming the German people for the Hitler era. I'm sure there were a great many German citizens who did not fall in line with the German propaganda, but were afraid to resist. The same thing has happened to a certain extent in this country with mask wearing and social distancing due to the virus. Wearing masks has become like the Hitler propaganda of the thirties. Do it or we will arrest you. All this flies in the face of reality with so many studies stating that masks don't do anything to stop the spread of the virus along with the so called experts calling for no masks at the beginning.

I have been pondering this exact, historical analogy. For the many times I have wondered how 11 million people could have allowed that to happen without fighting back, I now see how it is possible. I have read 3 books in the last 6 months that are set against the Holocaust, and they all start the same way. People refuse to accept what they see happening all around them. They think the situation will be temporary, or that it really isn’t that bad (yet), or that someone will come to their senses. They think those things right up until they are loaded onto a cattle car. Goodness simply cannot plan for evil; it doesn’t think in those terms, and so it is always caught off guard. We have the advantage of historical hindsight, and yet the majority of us have not learned the lesson.

What the schools won't teach any more, and people don't bother to learn about, is that the Nazis came about because many Germans were still bitter about their losses in WW 1. That bitterness was exploited by Hitler, and he was able to inspire much of the country's youth. See the parallel to today's democrats?

Some of us have studied history, understand human nature, know how much power one insane person can accumulate in a short time and have already put our lives on the line for a number of years to defend our flag and the Constitution. We are not the people who will drink the kool-aid. Plus, we are armed to the teeth, unlike the Russians and the Germans were when evil struck. Roman Legions ran over the entire known world for a long time then they ran into the wrong group of barbarians. It's not the numbers or the weapons, it's what's in your heart.

It’s easier today to suppress and disseminate false information than anytime in the 20th century since everything funnels through big tech controlled internet or major cable news networks. Then there were hundreds of newspapers, radio stations, magazines and more importantly people connected interpersonally unlike today.

After a couple years of this perma-campaign, we’re finally poised to utterly humiliate them once again. Look, I think we win and I don’t think it’s going to be close. Most people in the know – whatever the hell that means – agree. We can feel the enthusiasm, we see the Dems solemnly trudging towards defeat. We all recognize the utter absence of any statistically significant move from Trump to Biden since 2016, while the opposite shift is manifest. The only thing that doesn’t support a Trump rout are some of the polls, but what the CNN/Weenis Strategy poll of living and/or dead Democrat voters says means nothing.

President Donald Trump suggested to a Florida rally crowd he might fire Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease, once Election Day has passed. This is called an About Time moment. Fauci should’ve been fired long ago. Americans take for granted that, when we step into the voting booth and cast our ballots, the choices we make will remain secret unless we voluntarily reveal them. Moreover, regardless of ideological bent, very few voters would approve of any attempt to lift that veil of privacy from the process. Yet the secret ballot was essentially unheard of in the United States until the mid-19th century, and it wasn’t adopted throughout the country until the 1890s. Before then, elections were conducted by voice or by color-coded tickets. The “shy Trump voter” could never survive in such an electoral environment. Thus, it’s unlikely that Trump could have been elected in 2016.

The official tally isn’t in just yet, but one candidate can safely claim victory in a Pennsylvania bakery’s cookie poll. Lochel’s, a family-owned bakery located in the town of Hatboro, tells Fox News that the shop’s Trump-themed cookies are “vastly” outselling its Biden-themed cookies by a margin of almost 6 to 1, with some customers driving from neighboring states in order to get their hands on the treats. “We had one guy drive twice from Staten Island for them,” said bakery owner Kathleen Lochel. The Sun newspaper reported Monday the ex-banker bet $5 million through private bookies located in Curacao and it is believed to be the largest political bet ever made. The report said the individual did his research and consulted with “Trump camp insiders.” The bet can result in a $15 million payout, the report said. Joe Biden continues to lead in national polls, but the Trump campaign appears optimistic and sees the polls tightening in the key battleground states.

Larry Schweikart has been tracking the early vote totals. He’s been signaling a Trump win for a bit now. He noted how Democrats are going to get bloodied in Florida. He also called out pollsters for how they were sampling GOP voters in their surveys. If Trump wins Florida, Biden’s chances of winning the election dip below 50 percent, the core three (FL, AZ, and NC) probably go Trump, with Michigan and Ohio probably following suit. That’s the election right there. I mean, if we win Michigan, we’ll probably carry Pennsylvania as well. It’s the icing on the cake. Yet, Schweikart's recent thread

Last week we learned that Pope Francis has torn up the Catholic Church’s teaching that same-sex civil partnerships are gravely immoral. This week he will be rooting for the pro-abortion candidate in the US presidential election. These two surreal developments are causing distress bordering on spiritual despair to conservative American Catholics. Whether you feel any sympathy for them depends on your point of view. The Pope, it is safe to say, is unlikely to lose any sleep over the matter. Francis dislikes the United States in general and its president in particular.

Recently on the Sean Hannity Show, pollster Robert Cahaly of the Trafalgar Group, predicted that President Trump would win reelection. As you may know, Trafalgar was almost alone in correctly predicting Trump’s 2016 win. With so many mainstream polls showing Biden-Harris ahead, what accounts for Trafalgar’s contrarian position? According to Cahaly, the other pollsters are refusing to either recognize or factor in the very real “shy Trump voter” phenomenon. As explained by Cahaly, these voters “aren’t straightforward when it comes to these polls.” In short, Trump voters, who have been subjected to ridicule, condemnation, and threats, are not about to tell strangers — including pollsters —

There’s an old political saying: You can’t beat somebody with nobody. But then, this election has always been a referendum: Donald Trump, thumbs up or thumbs down. Just to put everything in perspective in this national top-of-the-ballot referendum, if you vote thumbs down, you will get a guy who on Friday was campaigning in Iowa and Minnesota in brief appearances in which Biden forgot his age (he’s 78, not 74). Liberals are expanding the definition of racism to silence their political opponents and justify their expansive claims on power. Despite America’s penchant for comeback stories and apology tours for celebrities and politicians — especially those involving sexual and financial scandals — racism remains one of the few political mortal sins. Mainstream politicians recoil at the charge and defend themselves vigorously, anticipating the accompanying widespread condemnation. Liberals have thus found a powerful weapon in critical race theory, whereby they view society’s problems through the lens of race and presume structural racism. Starting with the disparate impact theory — which can identify racism even in the absence of intent —

CNN’s hatred for President Trump and Republicans was boiling over on the eve of Election Day. Their animus was perfectly summed up during a Monday segment of Cuomo PrimeTime which featured New York Times columnist, the insufferably pompous Tom Friedman. According to the duo, the Republicans were just a bunch of “manure” eating racists and whores trying to stir up a Lebanese-style civil war while trying to suppress votes, while President Trump was trying to “put a bullet into the country.” Nothing about that description is an exaggeration. With just hours until polls opened, they were throwing everything they had at the all.

Washington—Former President George W. Bush and his wife, Laura, will not make public how they voted in this year’s presidential race, four years after the couple revealed on Election Day that they had selected “none of the above” in the 2016 White House contest. Bush spokesman Freddy Ford—who has stressed repeatedly over the 2020 campaign cycle that the former president is “retired from presidential politics”—on Monday confirmed that the Dallas residents are keeping their ballot box decisions to themselves this year. That it’s even a question is remarkable, underscoring yet again how Trump has transformed the Republican Party from the party it was under Bush.
