Don't be fooled: Biden did not say he won't

The headlines in today's news all said something along the lines of "Biden says he's not a fan of court-packing." The implication was clear: all those conservatives saying a Biden and Harris administration will destroy America as we know it by turning the Supreme Court into an unelected Democrat super-legislature need to stand down. It's not going to happen. However, if you pay careful attention to what Biden said, he didn't condemn actual court-packing at all. He either used Orwellian words to condemn a conservative justice joining the Supreme Court or gave a weak opinion, not a statement of intent.

When his mask is on, we can't see if his lips are moving. So to the default we go: he is. In his lexicon, he's a lying dog faced pony soldier. Come on, man.

He can say whatever he wants. By January 15th Mattressback will 25th amendment him. He's fine with that as long as for a couple of days somebody calls him Mr. President.

When Joe said, "I'm not a fan of court-packing" he really meant: "At this second I'm not a fan of court-packing; court-packing will remain on the table, and (Come on, man!) folks don't deserve to know my intent until after the Presidential election is decided (as telling the truth will insure I'll never be President)."

Regarding the Merrick Garland nomination: The electorate made a CLEAR CHOICE in 2014 to hand control of the Senate to the GOP; they were clearly saying that they trusted the GOP to keep the reins of power out of the hands of Obama and the Dems--and that includes the Supreme Court. They confirmed that choice in 2016, and in 2018 they actually added three GOP Senators, so the people actually have had a say about the SC.

During the Democrat primary, the candidates were crawling over each other to be the most aggressive in imposing stringent gun control laws and, if possible, seizing people's guns. The Second Amendment didn't stand a chance in that crowd. You may have noticed, though, that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris don't talk about guns now. Instead, with the Black Lives Matter and Antifa riots having sent Americans on an epic gun-buying binge, they've opted for discretion. The Trump campaign, however, has put out a hard-hitting ad with a necessary reminder that the Democrats will still take your guns.

Well into President Obama's first term, I still bought into the general belief that politics was a noble profession, and our leaders wanted nothing but the best for all Americans. Sure, Republican and Democrat politicians fought hard for their differing ideologies and constituents, but at the end of the day, they could be trusted to compromise and do what's right. I hate to admit such naïveté, but that's what I thought. But as Obama traveled the world criticizing and talking down the United States, I had this uneasy feeling that something wasn't right. And as the mainstream media fervidly praised Obama for his globalist and anti-American leanings,

Twenty twenty has introduced several dynamic young Republican candidates who use eye-catching, powerful campaign videos to challenge incumbent Democrats. Joe E. Collins III, a naval veteran from South Los Angeles, is the latest entrant in this category. He's running as a Republican and challenging Rep. Maxine Waters, who's spent 44 years enriching herself while her constituents live in the slums of South L.A. (AKA California's 43rd Congressional District). Collins opens his video by standing in front of Maxine Waters's beautiful Southern California mansion, worth a hefty $6 million. It's not in her district, though.

It is obvious from Joe Biden telling voters that they don't deserve to know if he plans to pack the Supreme Court that he and his handlers are terrified of a negative voter reaction to the plan. Biden's remarkably stupid comment came in response to a reporter's question at an interview where no teleprompter guidance was feasible: On Friday, a KTNV reporter asked him again about whether he backs court packing, saying, "This is the number one thing that I've been asked about from viewers in the past couple of days." "Well, you've been asked by the viewers who are probably Republicans,

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’ refusal to answer the question of whether a Democrat victory would lead to the packing of the Supreme Court is troubling. It suggests they do indeed intend to pack the court. That would be a threat to our republic, made all the worse because the press is asleep/ Here's why: If President Trump threatened to pack the Supreme Court there would be 24/7 news coverage with Democrat wailing and gnashing of teeth about Trump’s threat being an extinction event for democracy, blah, blah, blah. But when it’s the Democrat party making such a threat, all you hear from the media is crickets.

People are noticing the missing crowds when Joe Biden and Kamala Harris visited Phoenix on Thursday. Not a single person turned out to cheer on the Democrat party candidates. None. Nada. Zip. That is stunning. Trump-supporters find this heartening when comparing this to the crowds who turn out for Trump. However, we may be making head-to-head comparisons between the wrong crowds. The critical metric might not be Biden crowds versus Trump crowds. It might be Trump-supporters' enthusiasm versus Black Lives Matter protesters' enthusiasm — and the latter could win. NewsNOW, at Fox, reported on a stop that Biden and Harris —

If money can buy political votes, veteran Senator Lindsey Graham is toast. His re-election opponent, Jaime Harrison, has raised more money in the third quarter of 2020 than any Senate candidate in history, outdistancing even Beto O'Rourke, who ran in Texas, with a population almost six times larger than South Carolina. James Arkin of Politico writes: South Carolina Democrat Jaime Harrison raised a staggering $57 million in the third quarter of this year, shattering the previous record for a Senate candidate as he seeks to unseat GOP Sen. Lindsey Graham. The haul only increases Harrison's massive financial advantage over Graham, who is seeking a fourth term in the Senate

CNN’s “State of the Union” host Jake Tapper tried repeatedly and unsuccessfully on Sunday to get the Biden campaign to answer whether or not the former vice president plans on “packing” the Supreme Court with far-left radicals. In addition, Tapper flatly dismissed campaign spokeswoman Kate Bedingfield’s claims about efforts by President Donald Trump and the Republican-controlled Senate to nominate and seat Judge Amy Coney Barrett ahead of the Nov. 3 election as being unconstitutional. To begin the segment, Tapper played a clip of Democratic nominee Joe Biden refusing to answer the yes-or-no question during an exchange with reporters at the airport in Wilmington, Del.,

John Bolton, the ousted national security adviser who’s now a vocal anti-Trumper, was attacked by Twitter leftists after reiterating that he will not vote for Democrat Joe Biden despite his disdain for President Trump. For months, Bolton was celebrated by the left for trashing the president in his anti-Trump book. But now that he won’t endorse Biden, the same leftists who gleefully used him as a cudgel to attack Trump have turned on him. The brouhaha erupted after CNN’s Wolf Blitzer tried to goad Bolton into endorsing Biden by saying a number of former Republican national-security officials have endorsed Joe.

As the Senate conducts its hearing to confirm Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court this week, the timing of her nomination — just a week and a day after the death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and weeks before a presidential election — has enraged Democrats in Congress and many Democratic voters. (Snip) And exit polls showed that nationally, more voters opposed Kavanaugh’s nomination than supported it. The numbers were especially stark among women. If Barrett has a similar effect on turnout — mobilizing more Democrats than Republicans — that’s even math that Trump can do, and it isn’t good for him. Trump needs every vote he can get.

Sen. Kamala Harris is the very embodiment of today’s progressives. She proved this again and again on the debate stage with Vice President Mike Pence, most clearly in her continual willingness to twist or rewrite history to make a point. This time she simply made up a story about Abraham Lincoln’s decision to appoint Salmon P. Chase to the U.S. Supreme Court as the election of 1864 approached. Chief Justice Roger Taney, author of the notorious Dred Scott decision and an implacable foe of the president, died in early October. In Ms. Harris’ version of what happened next, Lincoln delayed appointing his successor until after the election
