Pelosi raises possibility of becoming acting
president in chaotic election outcome

Original Article

Posted By: MissMolly, 10/3/2020 5:26:48 AM

Speaker Nancy Pelosi raised the possibility that she might become acting president if neither President Trump nor Democratic nominee Joe Biden wins enough electoral votes to declare victory in the election on or after Nov. 3. Pelosi, a California Democrat, told reporters Thursday that she is preparing House Democrats for a potential role in determining the winner with a vote by each state delegation. But if a majority still does not emerge for either Trump or Biden, Pelosi said, “then it goes into another range where the speaker becomes the [president]. It’s complicated after that.” It is rare for the House to play a role in determining the outcome

Nancy will never be president. Acting or otherwise. The chances of a tie are very very slim. We are more likely to get a handful of democrats to vote for Barrett for the Supremes. She makes two assumptions: 1. The dems will hold the house, 2: she will be speaker in 2021.

Neither can say a complete sentence without stumbling through it. We can only pray that this kind of situation will never happen .

We all may think this is a joke, but it is all part of the plan. It has been part of the plan since Mail-in ballots started being pushed. Just remember this. The 2nd. Amendment was not put in the Constitution so that we could hunt for food. It was put in the Constitution to prevent people like Pelosi from taking control of our Government. The Democrats have not been infringing on that Amendment for years for no reason. Pelosi sitting in the Oval office is a frightening thought. Also remember that the Democrats have already made plans to force Donald Trump out of the White House should this abomination take place. An abomination that could bring on a Civil War.

I cannot believe how utterly cartoonish this woman is. You know she is salivating at the thought of sitting in the Oval Office. The American people cringe as they watch her attempt to expel whatever outrageous thoughts she tries to pass through a jaw that appears most of the time to be unhinged on one side. She is a vicious old witch that somehow controls every democrat member of the House. Corralling those misfits in a meeting must be similar to an evening at the bar scene in Star Wars. I cannot believe they are actually ever taken seriously, but they are deadly serious as we are witnessing. It shames the country when one of the two majors political parties is so lawless, evil, and corrupt. While Nancy may be a good fit to be their leader, it would be an abomination to see her sit at the Resolute Desk. I shudder at the thought.

Delusions of grandeur, and given the election timeline, highly unlikely to happen. The election is November 3. The Electoral College meets to vote on December 14. Even if no one were to win a majority in the EC, Trump would still remain POTUS until January 20, 2021. The new Congressional session begins January 3. If the GOP wins the House in November, Queen Nancy will lose her crown on Jan 3. And even if the Rats hold the House, there's still 37 days between the Electoral College meeting date and Inauguration Day, ample time for the House to perform its Constitutional duty to resolve the election. And were Pelosi to try to drag her feet so as to crown herself Acting POTUS, well, we don't even want to ponder the dire consequences of that.

I will be the first here to say what #20 implies: the president's infection with COVID despite elaborate protocols designed for his safety, as well as the timing of his infection in the final month before the election, leads me to suspect that he might have been deliberately infected. If that sounds like a preposterous, nutty conspiracy theory, bear in mind that President Trump has already been subjected to a preposterous, nutty conspiracy involving a dossier of bizarre claims which was used to obtain wiretapping approval from a FISA court. The attempted coup involved many federal agencies, including most prominently CIA and FBI. My point: conspiracy theorists tend to be batty. Yet some conspiracies are real. Bear in mind, as well, that absolutely NOTHING happened to those who we know very well were part of the coup attempt. Why would they, or others, not try again? President Trump is a dynamo, and he will beat the virus, just as almost everyone does. But given the timing, with only weeks to go before the election, it is almost certain that he will be slowed down and unable to keep up the whirlwind of rallies, sometimes several in one day, that has become his style and his great political strength. 2020 has been the year in which the unbelievable, the bizarre, the chaotic, became the norm. What would have been unimaginable in earlier times-- the POTUS surreptitiously infected by his political opponents with a potentially lethal virus-- fits the dark patterns of the times. If what I have suggested is true, it will blowback in the perpetrators' faces. There is a tidal uprush of love and support for President Trump, and it will show itself at the polls next month. Call me a conspiracy nut. What I have said is what many sober, rational people are privately thinking.

Don't waste your time, Nanie. You forget that those same ballots (ineligible ones and eligible ones) were used for voting for all congressional offices as well as for President. Therefore, in your House district, the ballots used for voting for President are the same ones used for voting for your seat. If the election is contested, these ballots would be subject to verification same as all others outside of your district. If the outcome is not determine until January, this means your re-election results cannot be certified until the President's is. Under the Constitution, your term expires on January 3rd. The President's term expires on January 20th. So, you can't be President, Nanie, not even for a day because your term will have expired. Have a nice day, Nanie. Your uneven eye lids are twitching now.

It’s probably part of an extreme leftist Democrat plan, that if the election result appears close, to jamb up the election result, by filing court cases all over the country and obtaining all sorts of delays and injunctions from activist liberal Democrat Judges lasting past January 20, 2021, so that with no clear election result both President Trump’s and Vice-President Pence’s terms in office would end on that date, with Speaker Pelosi then moving into the White House as the unelected acting President. In the past Pelosi has made statements to the effect that Trump will be out of the White House on January 20, 2021 one way or the other. The problem for that Democrat plan would be the Supreme Court, especially with the new Justice Barrett on the Court.

I highly recommend watching Beck's three part series on what the Marxists are doing right now to take over the government, especially the TIP stuff. Yeah, it'll require a BlazeTV subscription for a hundred bucks per year and yeah, I know, the Blaze format leaves much to be desired but the info is well worth the cost. Beck uses THEIR words and not his and the research is flawless. The timing of this is very suspicious. Beck never said that but I certainly believe it is based on the takeover and how all the BLM, antifa, critical race theory, mail-in ballots, post election refusal to accept the results, declaring Trump is now doing exactly what they are doing (when there is zero evidence that he is doing it but absolute proof they have been doing it by design, etc). Trump's recent Chicom virus and Pelosi and the other Marxists' capitalizing on it is just a new, unplanned added benefit for the Marxists' planned takeover. This is all one organized and planned effort by very evil people. Funny how now so many Republicans just now caught the Chicom virus this close to the election. I don't believe this is by accident and I don't believe lots of elected Marxists weren't in on getting the president infected either.

The United States exists on a basis of law and order. The opposite of law and order is lawlessness and chaos. What is more lawless and chaotic than an invalid election where the winner cannot be determined, and a 'President' Pelosi that never received a single vote from the public. Pandering to the stupidity of her supporters. 1. Congress is sworn in on January 3rd, if she isn't reelected or the Republicans regain control of the House she's out of power. 2. States have to have the votes counted by December 20th when the Electoral College meets. Well before January 20th inauguration date.

There is no scenario short of both TRUMP and Pence dying from COVID-19, if elected, or both Biden and Harris dying from COVID-19, if elected, that Pelosi has anything to do with the selecting the president. The election takes place and there is no Constitutional alternative than to count the votes. If TRUMP were elected but dies before being sworn in, per Amendment XX (1937), Section 3, the elected vice-president becomes president. If no one has a majority of electoral votes, in this case a tie per Amendment XII (1804), the HOUSE OF RPRESENTATIVES shall immediately by ballot choose the president and the Senate chooses the vice-president. This may be mathematically possible and would end up a split presidency/vice-presidency just like Congress. The other possibility is where no one knows who has been elected by the beginning of the next term per Amendment XX (1937), Section 3, Congress acts according to existing legislation to select the president/vice-president. This is probably what Pelosi is talking about, the election tied up due to contested ballots. Democrats tried to fraudulently impeach TRUMP, no doubt they will do whatever they have to hold up the vote count

The presidential succession act of 1947 which puts Nancy 3rd in line for the presidency and first in line if there is no agreed upon president elect on Inauguration Day has never been tested in court and is likely unconstitutional. Only an "officer" can succeed to the presidency and the Supreme Court has already determined that this means a member of the executive branch. That would put the Secretary of State in the White House with no term limit. He would be there until a president is elected. From Article II: "In Case of the Removal of the President from Office, or of his Death, Resignation, or Inability to discharge the Powers and Duties of the said Office, the Same shall devolve on the Vice President, and the Congress may by law provide for the Case of Removal, Death, Resignation or Inability, both of the President and Vice President, declaring what Officer shall then act as President, and such Officer shall act accordingly, until the Disability be removed, or a President shall be elected."

The rats are pushing a lot of chips in on the bet that one way or another they can steal our entire government right in front of us. Somehow the rat party thinks they have enough brainwashed followers to back them up. That if the right rises up and marches on DC to stop the coup, that their antifa goons will protect them and ultimately if they have to they think they can force the armed forces to back their coup. I almost wish it would go to that and settle this decades long cancer that is destroying the country. IF it has to be a war, please make it obvious to every moron rat voter that they want it ALL. They want the devastation and death that comes with every dictatorship. Let's pick sides and fight to the death once and for all. I don't think they will be that brave. Unfortunately, there may be some horse-trading that has to go on but there will be a decision ... and it won't be to make her POTUS! PS: If Trump wins in a blowout all this will be horse feathers.

Seven people, all from different households, not only gathered for Thanksgiving but distributed to the media pictorial evidence of them flouting mask mandates and social distancing edicts. No governor yet claims jurisdiction over the International Space Station but the astronauts have a lot of explaining to do when they return to earth. It’s not as though they lacked for space. Governors ordering around people 250 miles above their states seems far-fetched. But so, too, did the notion of governors usurping the role of legislatures. Eight months after the initial coronavirus lockdowns, citizens docilely accept the idea of a single person dictating the laws that govern millions of people.

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Thursday reflected on some of the most memorable moments during his two-year tenure heading the State Department, in a wide-ranging interview on "Special Report." "I haven't had a chance to reflect on it," Pompeo told Bret Baier. "I guess if I were to give you my quick response, it was really something to come back from Pyongyang with three Americans and travel home with them from Asia and return them to their families." Pompeo was referring to the May 2018 release of three Americans detained in North Korea -- all were accused of anti-state activities.

Two suspects in Virginia suffered non-life-threatening wounds this week after being shot by the resident during the alleged home invasion, according to reports. The suspects were identified as James Franklin, 27, of Roanoke, and Alan Douglas Mould, 26, of Lynchburg. Both men were charged with breaking and entering and assault and battery, Roanoke FOX station WFXR-TV reported. Police officers in Lynchburg responded around 1:40 a.m. Wednesday to a report of a burglary in progress, the station reported. The suspects allegedly knocked on the door of the residence and then assaulted the resident when he opened the door but the resident responded by shooting both suspects, police told the FOX station.

It was the kind of story that would once have had Matt Drudge deploying font sizes that newspapers used to reserve for declarations of war. On Oct. 14, Twitter and Facebook blocked users from spreading a New York Post article alleging that Hunter Biden had brokered meetings between his father, then the vice president of the United States, and executives at a Ukrainian energy firm where the younger Biden held an $80,000-a-month sinecure. The Post’s article included photos of what appeared to be an exhausted and intoxicated-looking Biden in various states of undress.

Research psychologist Dr. Robert Epstein believes that search giant Google manipulated what content it showed users in the weeks and months before the 2020 election in a way that was highly favorable to Democrats. “We found a period of days when the vote reminder on Google’s homepage was being sent only to liberals,” Epstein said during an appearance on Tucker Carlson Tonight. “Not one of our conservative field agents received the vote reminder.” After Epstein made those results public, he said Google actually “shut off that manipulation” and were showing vote reminders to everyone in the four days before the election.

The practice of democracy in our constitutional republic flourishes in the presence of contradictions. Democracy, itself, is bound by our inalienable rights, bestowed to us by our Creator. These rights, not given to us by our government by any majority or by any vote, cannot be rescinded, for they were not wrought by man. Voting is a contradiction for it is both public and private at the same time. Its process is intended to be secret, but transparent. Its agency is intensely partisan, but its effect is intended to be unifying. The legitimacy of voting must survive despite the contradictions intrinsic to the process.
Trump’s Flynn Pardon:
Will the Judge Accept It?

Will Judge Emmett Sullivan accept President Trump’s pardon of General Michael Flynn? No one has suggested that possibility, other than The New York Sun. The general’s case, though, has become a bonfire of the vanities of one district judge who has denied the presumption of regularity to an official act of the United States government — meaning Attorney General William Barr’s attempt to drop the case. So why would Judge Sullivan credit President Trump’s workaround of a pardon? We understand, the pardon could be the least fettered of all the powers that the Constitution grants to the president.

Many conservatives have moved their social-media accounts to the more freewheeling Parler, and often have slammed the supposedly monopolistic Facebook and Twitter as they’ve decamped from those sites. I have chuckled at some of their overheated parting rhetoric — especially the widespread misunderstanding about the meaning of the word “monopoly.” A monopoly is, as the Oxford dictionary explains, “the exclusive possession or control of the supply of or trade in a commodity or service.” Quite obviously, if one stops doing business with a company and heads over to its competitor, then the previous company is not by definition in exclusive possession or control of a service.

A circuit court ruled Monday that Texas and Louisiana can exclude Planned Parenthood from Medicaid funding, a win for the movement to deprive the abortion provider of federal funding. The Fifth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals overruled a district court's preliminary injunction preventing the exclusion of Planned Parenthood from Medicaid funding. The court of appeals ruled in an 11-5 majority that Planned Parenthood did not have the right to challenge the state's decisions regarding who receives Medicaid benefits. Medicaid beneficiaries "have no right under the statute to challenge a State’s determination that a provider is unqualified,"

With Turkey Day at hand, I only regret that I have but one column to give for my readers. Here goes: 1. It is appearing that Biden (hereinafter “His Fraudulency”) will be the next president. Just in case you thought that all of the elections aside from the Georgia runoffs were behind us, well… they’re not. The counting is still going on in some of the congressional races and one of the tightest ones is in New York’s 22nd district. There, Democratic incumbent Anthony Brindisis is locked in a recount with Republican Claudia Tenney, who previously held the seat before him. The race gap between the two has come down to the point where Tenney is leading by 106 votes and the only ballots left to possibly be considered are the ones that were “set aside” during the initial count due to irregularities.

As we reported two days ago, Joe Biden completely made no sense when he was trying to explain the Wuhan coronavirus relief bill. It was really bad and it explains why they’re afraid to have him deliver an address to Congress or do any kind of a real solo press conference, because at this point they have to be afraid this is all going to fall apart if he does anything live and this all becomes too obvious to the American people. But there’s only so long that they can hold this off. And it’s getting worse, as video today revealed. Biden was holding an event to announce the nomination

Nancy Pelosi’s top priority is to turn America into a one-party nation ruled by Democrats. Her bill HR 1 trashes the U.S. Constitution in an attempt to rig the system and make it virtually impossible to elect a Republican president or Congress again. It’s a power grab. The bill eviscerates state voting laws and forces all the states to conform to a set of rules that includes automatic voter registration. Anyone who goes to a DMV or applies for food stamps, Medicaid or other social services, or attends a public college will be automatically enrolled to vote. Noncitizens are obligated to identify themselves and opt out,

I’m probably second to none in my dislike for Meghan Markle. There’s something unattractive about a mature woman marrying into the British Royal family with one of the world’s most expensive weddings, hanging out with the Queen, living in insane luxury…and then whining non-stop about the horror of her life. There’s something even less appealing when that woman accuses the Royal family of race hatred. And the problem is that, when it comes to that left-wing diva, Meghan Markle, it’s hard to believe most of what she says. After weeks of hype, CBS finally televised Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s interview with Oprah.
