President Donald Trump attacked former Vice President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, during the first presidential debate on Tuesday.Biden began criticizing Trump on the issue of Russia and claimed that the president called slain American soldiers “suckers” and “losers,” reminding him that his son served in the military in Iraq.“Are you talking about Hunter?” Trump interjected.“I’m talking about my son Beau Biden,” Biden replied.Trump reminded Biden that his son Hunter got “thrown out” of the military for using cocaine and made a “fortune” in foreign countries like Russia and China,

A real moderator with balls would go after Biden on the allegations of rampant corruption the Biden family has engaged in. Wallace let Biden get away with so much-not once did he follow up with him. Biden stated goals (I'm gonna create millions of jobs.) but not a plan. He did say he was going to roll back Trump's tax cuts, but Wallace was, 'OK next topic'.
These debates are really a waste of time. Talk is cheap. Actions, not words, are what matter. Trump' accomplishments-widely ignored by the MSM-in 47 months eclipse Biden's, indeed a whole slew of two-term Presidents.

Why can't we ever get a conservative and fair moderator in one of these debates?

Pres. Trump used this moment to get a rise out of Biden but if he had just slowed down a bit and quit sniping he could have made the point that Hunter Biden’s privilege proves that Joe is part of a crooked political class who make rules that their constituents must obey but that they ignore with impunity. While Biden portrays himself as a man of the working class Trump could demonstrate that Biden and his family have gotten extremely wealthy with filthy lucre from enemies of the country and that as a Senator and VP Biden helped enrich China and impoverish American workers. Trump needs to drive home the point that Biden will aid in enriching a power that has sworn to destroy us. Biden may be stupid but he is tough and swinging wildly even if constantly in these meet-ups won’t work.

Pres Trump was incorrect Ensign Hunter Biden did not receive a Dishonorable Discharge. A DD is a punitive discharge which can only be awarded by a General Court Martial. Instead he received a General Discharge under Other Than Honorable Conditions from the US Navy Reserve. This was a very light outcome for an officer found positive for cocaine use. No doubt his dad pulled strings so that Ensign Biden avoided more severe punishment.

That was one of the worst debates I ever remember. Who was that guy Joe ?
Working class ? Tell me another "working man" whose dad brought them a Corvette.

Do we see Hunter campaigning for his Dad as DonJr and Eric are campaigning for their Dad?

Biden is still trying to steal glory from his dead son to make up for his own lavk of military service. He claims Beau got a "conspicuous service" medal. There is no such thing. Beau was a REMF, a JAG lawyer. If he got a Bronze star, I doubt if was for valor. Even a non-valorous award was probably due to string pulling or brown-nosing by political, ambitious fellow Delaware guard officers.

It is clear that Biden is running a very dishonest campaign and is trying to obscure the leftist Democrat policies and programs that he and his potential leftist Administration would seek to implement throughout the country. Biden calling the President of the USA a clown, a fool, a lier, who does not know what he is talking about or what he is doing, as Biden tried to obscure and deny the political corruption that he has allowed his family members to engage in with foreigners and in foreign countries, threw off a lot of bad vibes to the world. By allowing Biden to get away with all that just showed that the supposed moderator Chris Wallace was just another liberal Democrat schmuck who is biased towards Biden.

Hunter is dead, #7. I know Trump was trying to get under Biden’s skin for everything that was brought up, but it was hard to understand with both talking over each other so much. I was hoping Biden would ramble on and eventually lose his train of thought more. I was surprised he stood upright that long, but he had his talking points drilled into himself.

Whoops, correction. I got Beau and Hunter mixed up. Beau is dead, not hunter.

Not a single vote will be turned on the issue of Hunter Biden. Regardless of how bad a family member may be, presidents do not go after them. Instead of throwing passes down field, our QB brawled with players on the sideline, vendors in the stand and the referee. God help us.

Anyone else notice that Biden looked like he had notes on the lectern... he kept looking down so often.

I thought Wallace was helping Joey out occasionally by trying to shut Trump down. Wallace attempted to pooh paah Trump's accomplishments as nothing burgers while he ignored Joey's 47 years of nothings.

Biden did have notes #14. A few in the media commented on Biden's frequent use of them.
