A document posted online by investigative journalist Millie Weaver provides an in-depth blueprint for left-wing demonstrators and groups on how to disrupt upcoming Supreme Court nomination proceedings after President Donald Trump’s scheduled announcement Saturday, in which he is expected to name Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s successor. The link to the document, which is titled, “SCOTUS Rapid Response Action Guide,” was tweeted by Weaver Friday evening, who tagged the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department and the Justice Department. (Video) “EXCLUSIVE – LEAKED Inside docs show BLUE PRINTS for the radical left’s entire plans for protesting Trump’s SCOTUS nomination,” Weaver wrote.

They are tilting at windmills. RBG is on video saying "a President is elected for four years, can appoint a justice in the fourth year." Pound sand and scream at the heavens, Dems. This one is going through before the election.

This has obviously been released by right wing extremists (KKK?) in order to discredit any patriotic attempt to delay the Senate approval of ACB. Just as all of the rioting has been perpetrated by right wing extremists who have infiltrated the BLM and Antifa peaceful protests. They have also fooled Biden, Harris and many others who have mistakenly provided bail. These right wing radicals are sneaky!

Sorry Democrat idiots. Maybe you missed this thing called the US Constitution. It says House reps, senators, and even the President himself are ELECTED by we poor deplorables. Supreme Court Justices are APPOINTED by the President (this one, not the next one) and confirmed by the senate (this one, not the next one) so stuff it. Cry me a river.

Democrats didn't have the votes to stop Kavanaugh or remove TRUMP with a fraudulent impeachment and they don't have the votes to stop Barrett. It's all spin and spit. And it's likely they don't have the votes to beat TRUMP in the election. If TRUMP's elected he'll certainly get a shot at another SCOTUS judge and dozens of additional federal judgeships. His imprint on the court would be the stuff of legends. Let them repeat after me, "Good Morning Justice Barrett, so pleased to meet you."

My wife wasn’t a huge fan of Trump. However the fact that the ( then ) next President could appoint several to the Supreme Court made her a solid vote for him. He has both of our votes again.

The Nation, a storied left-wing magazine, pondered the possibility of secession in an interview published Tuesday morning. The idea has been circulating on the left over the past few weeks, as Democrats ponder the possibility of President Donald Trump being re-elected. Though many mainstream media polls show former Vice President Joe Biden with a lead, the polls have been wrong before — and Trump is running a confident, energetic campaign, while Biden is barely leaving his house. The interview, “Should the United States Stay United?“, conducted by Jessica Suriano with Richard Kreitner,

The New York City Board of Elections is blaming a vendor for an egregious error on absentee ballots mailed to voters in Brooklyn that could cause their votes to be thrown out–even if they follow the rules to the letter. The reason is that the absentee ballots were sent out with return envelopes that were mismatched and bear the names and addresses of other voters so that if the person signs the envelope with their own name it won’t be counted as the signature would not match the name on the mistakenly sent return envelope.

The force added that “no further information is available at this time,” including whether the Democratic congresswoman would be involved in the initial investigation.

Steve Mnuchin and the GOP are said to be open to talks on the Democrats' new $2.2trillion COVID package that includes a second round of $1,200 stimulus checks, $600 in extra unemployment and $225billion for schools. The scaled back, last ditch proposal represents a cutback from a $3.4 billion bill that passed the House in May, but remains well above what Senate Republicans had been willing to accept. Republicans have endorsed staying in the $650 billion to $1 trillion range. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi told her fellow Democrats Monday that the proposal will 'protect lives, livelihoods, and the life of our democracy over the coming months'.

The Times’ conveniently-timed report, which runs some 10,000 words, has inspired a flood of media coverage citing the supposedly “damning” revelations contained within. But if you look closer at those 10,000 words, something is conspicuously missing.

Is anyone really surprised that Donald Trump’s tax affairs are opaque? Or that he is not as rich as he claims? Is it really all that horrifying that he has for years claimed business losses in order to offset his significant income tax liability? Does it appall us that the Trump family used a Delaware-based consulting group to pay themselves? Of course not. The New York Times’s big Trump tax files splash on Sunday is therefore something of a flop. It is well-timed — an election is fast-approaching and the story might give Biden a good attack line in the big TV debate on Tuesday night.

Chris Wallace, the moderator of the first presidential debate Tuesday night, insists he will try to remain “as invisible as possible.” That would certainly be a welcome change from his performance in the final 2016 debate between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. A lot of Democrats no doubt assume Wallace will go too easy on the president simply because he hosts a talking-heads show for the “conservative” Fox News network. But Wallace is not an admirer of Trump. Nor is he above gotcha questions and phony “fact checks.” It was Wallace, you will probably recall, who pompously lectured Trump as follows during that last 2016 debate:

The release of a joint report by the Senate committees on homeland security and finance raised important questions about obviously unethical foreign profiteering by members of the Biden family. In particular, former Vice President Joe Biden’s ne’er-do-well son Hunter received a remarkable amount of money from highly suspect foreign entities, including ones controlled by the Chinese government. On at least one occasion, the elder Biden appears to have directly facilitated his son’s tawdry dealings. On another, the current Democratic presidential nominee ignored an obvious appearance of a conflict of interest that compromised the moral authority of U.S. diplomacy.

The New York Times is undoubtedly pleased that it published more than two decades’ worth of Donald Trump’s tax returns. The self-congratulations are premature. The Times’ article reveals that Trump was telling the truth all along about his audit. We can also see that Obama’s policies benefitted rich people. Finally, because the policies show how our complicated progressive tax system will always benefit rich people with good accountants, the Times unwittingly advanced the argument for a flat tax.
