As a Trump supporter, I don't casually dismiss the polls that consistently show he's behind. But I am cautiously optimistic he's going to win, for many reasons. Trump won in 2016 against overwhelming odds, the formidable Hillary Clinton machine and almost-unanimous predictions of his defeat. Though Trump was a well-known public figure, people didn't know whether he would fulfill his campaign promises and govern as a conservative. Many were skeptical, especially on social issues, based on some of his past positions. Sure, his outsider status was a major part of his appeal, and, yes, Clinton's unlikability helped, but I'm unimpressed with the theory that Joe Biden will defeat Trump because Trump has baggage

County officials in New Jersey tallied more than 1,600 uncounted ballots from the state’s July primary after finding them in a bin last Thursday.
The votes were reportedly placed in a “mislabeled” bin in a “secure area” of the county election office, according to the New Jersey Herald. Sussex County Board of Elections Administrator Marge McCabe maintained that the 1,666 extra votes did not change the outcome of the July 7 primary race. “The Board of Elections is confident that all ballots received have been processed and the security of all the ballots has remained in place,” she said.

The Department of Homeland Security is requesting that House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff narrow the scope of his now-expanded probe into the agency’s response to police brutality protests this summer, arguing the investigation had become unreasonably broad.

Speaking to MSNBC’s Craig Melvin on Monday, Pelosi (D-Calif.) faced pushback after repeatedly saying “Forget him” while answering a question about countering the commander-in-chief’s rhetoric and narrative.
Melvin noted to the nation’s highest elected Democrat that, “with all due respect, you just said, ‘Forget him.'”
“Yeah, forget him,” she responded.
The MSNBC host then asked if she and the president had “just stopped talking? Is that where we are?”

In reality, close-contact knife attacks are horrific and are just as deadly as bullets from afar.

John Bolton is now officially under DOJ investigation for possibly leaking classified information in his recent tell-all publication. The book made news by making several big unsubstantiated claims aimed at hurting President Trump. The media obviously salivated over Bolton because he was targeting the right person, though they once treated him as the root of all evil and a disgusting warmonger. But Trump has a way of rehabilitating anyone’s image.

We’ve seen what a train wreck it is just to have Joe Biden do simple things like give a speech or answer questions in an interview.
He even appears to need a teleprompter to do softball interviews with James Corden, as we reported.
His team has refused to answer questions about his use of a teleprompter and they evaded the question yet again, instead claiming he is “out there everyday, taking questions” which in fact is not the case. [Video]
He’s largely avoided taking questions except for a couple of softball questions over the course of the whole week, hardly taking questions “everyday.”
