The officer who shot Jacob Blake in Kenosha, Wisconsin, has been tried and convicted by Democrats, the media, and truth-be-damned activists before the case is resolved. It’s a mirror image of the Michael Brown shooting (the officer was cleared) in Ferguson, Missouri, and the death in Minneapolis of George Floyd (the officer has yet to go to trial). The difference is this time, pro athletes, pampered and well-paid, joined the mob.
They should be ashamed of their behavior. They quit on the employers who pay their soaring salaries, and estranged themselves from their fans, who provide the dollars the owners

There's a stereotypical view that athletic ability is inversely correlated to intelligence. Wonder where that came from?

The NHL? Seriously? Is there a more white sport than ice hockey? Is there a more white fan base for any sport than hockey?

It’s rather easy to walk out when no one is watching in the stands. Sometimes as I look for the golf channel I’ll surf right by these “professionals!”

Since police and rednecks hunt down innocent black men all day every day there should be better choices to rally around right? What's that tell you LeBron?
So LeBron and other filthy rich high and mighty entertainers, what should we change? Should we let black women be tormented by sexual predators and not have a 911 system where police respond when they call? Then when the police do show up and the tormentor decides to decline to follow their direction should they just turn around and go back leaving the sexual predator to do as he sees fit, victim's cry's for help be damned? If not, then when the perp decides to resist and succeeds in over powering the police, is un-phased by tasers and reaches into a car where you don't have a line of sight on what he's reaching for, should the police just hope and pray it isn't a gun and wait for their first confirmation, the flash propelling a round fired at them? Or should they shoot once in the hopes that their 9mm round proved to be magic just like on TV instead of the real world bullets that often fail to stop a determined assailant? Should they have started shooting him as he walked away before he had the potential to be retrieving a weapon out of their direct eyesight? That one could be a yes Lebron you want to know why they didn't? Because that would have been the Rayshard Brooks case and the cop was charged with murder.

Certainly the BLM and Antifa rioters in the streets will be buying tickets and team gear to replace the traditional fan base that has filled the seats in the past but now has become fed up. I don't know anyone who is a sports fan because they desire political instruction from the performers.

There's nothing these pampered, overpaid entertainers can do to get me back. If the scamdemic did anything positive, it was showing the world how non-essential sports thugs and hollywood is.

This is painful for me. For the first time since 1974 the Milwaukee Bucks seem to have the inside track in a NBA title (they won in ‘71, lost in 7 games in ‘74). I’ve been waiting for 50 years, but if they win in ‘20 I won’t be watching.

one of the reasons blacks dominate the sport of basketball is that the game evolved on playgrounds, with no officials, and very few rules.
the game dominates black culture like no other.
the game has evolved from an almost ballet-like demonstration of coordination, style, coordination to the playground thuggery with few rules.
(If you watch a tape of the Boston Celtics or any other championship team of the 1960s or the 1970s, you will see what I mean.
The current NBA basketball has referees who ignore the rules, by the direction of the owners. and the players define success as ignoring the rules, they may be puzzled as to why the police are enforcing societal rules.

Let China buy out the NBA then start losing money. Let these classless maggots start demonstrating against the Chinese government on the court. What an educational opportunity that would be.

Sexual predators complaining because the police killed a meth'd up (withstood 2 tasers) sexual predator, who wanted to get in a vehicle with 3 small children. It would be hard to provide better proof of how dumb these guys and gals are, and why their college degrees mean nothing to me.

No one is hunting Blacks in this country. Well, no whites are hunting blacks. Your fellow bros though continue to excel at shooting their fellow bros.
The woman involved in this situation is the mother to three of Blake's children, never married and actually swore out the complaint to keep Blake away from her. Now she has a an attorney, Ben Crump, and although in her complaint for the restraining order, did NOT identify herself as his fiancé, is now saying she is. BTW - I'm sure her debit card is funded by us taxpayers.

IF they really cared about police reform, why were they silent when MN cop Mohamed Noor killed Justine Damond? It couldn't possibly be because Noor is a Somali and his victim was a white woman from Australia.

To the cowardly professional athletes.
How easy it must be for you to sit back in the safety of your palatial homes and shout “Black Lives Matter,” “Whites are racists” which adds gasoline to the fires and furies that are hurting innocent people, destroying innocent lives, ruining once great cities.
How self-satisfying it must be for you to count your millions while receiving adulation from weak-spined teammates and coaches, sycophant sports analysts, commentators, writers, toadying politicians, bird-brained entertainment stars and the fawning media for championing an avowed Marxist racist organization (BLM) and screaming about a non-existing “systemic racism”
How brave you must feel in a TV studio, team locker room, on a basketball court, baseball diamond, gridiron -- spouting your BLM bigotry instead of showing real courage by marching through the streets of Chicago’s South Side and confronting the gang members and thugs who kill innocent Black people – you and your teammates patrolling those streets and protecting the thousands of good, law-abiding, decent Black people who live in constant fear. But that would take real guts, wouldn’t it.
How cowardly you really are for, not once, wearing a hat that said “Two-year-old JoJo Malone’s Black Life Mattered.” You know, the little Black girl murdered by a Black killer. Nor did you demand a boycott of games, a national vigil to underscore the horror of dozens and dozens of innocent Black children who have been wounded, maimed, murdered by Blacks “gangstas.” I guess the destruction of those young, promising, hopeful lives must not matter to you since you haven’t raised your voice to protest those tragedies.
So, I guess as far as your concerned –
To hell with dead Black children. To hell with their grieving moms and dads and brothers and sisters and grandmas and grandpas and aunts and uncles. To hell with devoting your fame and fortune and influence to tirelessly working to stop the thousands of yearly black-on-black murders. Instead, you “rush to judgement”, rush to giving a “wink-and-a-nod” to “Burn down America” when a Black criminal is shot or killed by a cop. But to hell with JoJo Malone.
How sad.
Even sadder is, you are role models – especially to Black youth. But you’re harmful role models who inspire cowardice by your hypocrisy.
Role models who pretend to be deeply concerned about justice, freedom, people’s right to live without fear while you promote a Marxist, anti-White, violent racist organization.
Saddest of all -- you could have been wonderful role models. Symbols of and catalysts for a better America for all Americans.
Instead, you’re helping to tear down America by symbolizing, supporting and promoting –
Systemic racism -- not of Blacks --but by Blacks.
As-well-as --
Systemic hypocrisy --
Systemic duplicity --
Systemic dishonesty --
Systemic violence.
But, worst of all, you’re promoting systemic cowardice.
Shame on you.

I seem to recall that a goodly percentage of NBA and NFL players have been accused of wife beating. Perhaps they identify with Jacob Blake for that reason. "Why would the cops pick on someone for woofing his woman?"

All these organizations..... NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, Noosecar..... what do they all have in common.... and where do they ALL get their money?
Television.
It seems to me the money-men who control Television are 'calling the shots' from their seats safely hidden 'behind the green curtain'.
These are the same people who have turned the 'mainstream' news into daily Leftist indoctrination, and have infused Leftist doctrine throughout the entertainment industry.
Why should they not do the same thing with 'paid' sports entertainment?
If they had wanted, they could have told Krap-er-nik to 'knock it off or get lost' when he first disrespected the American flag, and the whole mess would have stopped.... right there and then.
But they didn't. The publicized and encouraged him, and encouraged others to do the same.
Well, as the saying goes, "Get Woke, Go Broke!"
Hey TV moguls.... watch THIS!......"CLICK!"

Great article. I was enjoying my hockey team’s march to the Stanley Cup until they decided to side with the NBA and MLB. Then we have an idiot writing in our newspaper about racial inequality and why did it take hockey so long to talk about diversity! I’m waiting for his column on more diversity in basketball. Let these pampered LeBron James players give up their spots to white guys. All the NHL had to do was say they’re in the bubble and don’t know what’s going on so no comment. Idiots.
