CLAIM: Joe Biden claimed in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania: “I am not banning fracking.”VERDICT: MOSTLY FALSE. Biden has promised to ban fracking — repeatedly — as has his running mate. Biden said Monday — during a speech supposedly on violence: “I am not banning fracking. Let me say again: I am not banning fracking. No matter how many times Donald Trump lies about me.” The problem, for Biden, is that he explicitly promised to ban fracking during the second Democratic Party presidential primary debate on July 31, 2019, in Detroit, Michigan. CNN’s Dana Bash asked him the question directly: Bash: Thank you, Mr. Vice President. Just to clarify,

There goes the Ocasio-Cortez wing of the Party. The Green New Deal crowd won’t be happy about this.
On the other hand he just gave Trump another great campaign ad - play his comments back to back and ask “which Joe are you going to believe”.

No, no. Joe was talking about not banning sexual intercourse, not the fracturing of rocks to allow access to natural gas. The loving reporters hearing him changed it to fracking to avoid embarrassing Demented Joe. Besides, if Joe banned what he was actually referring to, what would Beau do with strippers?

Should ensure the people in Ohio, PA, and other places where they enjoy good, high-paying jobs because of fracking, that they may not have a job, may not be able to pay the taxes to support the local schools, may not be able to provide a good, decent life for your family when they ban fracking.
Want an example? Look at NY State who also has those resources, but it's banned there. Imagine what those communities could do with those jobs, that taxable income, the royalty payments. Especially now when their State is short on revenues.

The major media fact checkers have weighed in. Joe never said anything negative about fracking. Ever. Nor did he ever show any support for the Green New Deal.

His entire fraud candidate act would fall apart in two minutes if he was forced to take real questions from aggressive and informed reporters who weren't in the tank for him.

Well hell Joe. Neither is Trump. So we should elect YOU because you're not banning fracking but your VP will, given the chance. Who is running this idiot's campaign ? I want the job and the fat paycheck because I can lose as well as the next guy but I will at least not make my candidate look like a demented fool.

Perhaps Joe wasn't telling a lie? He may have had a lucid moment and realized that not even his planned and funded voter fraud will be enough to get him elected. Besides, where would any president find the constitutional authority to unilaterally ban a critical component of our nation's energy production, including the clean, reliable and abundant natural gas that is used to generate electricity throughout the country, including for the large blue cities and his homies' smart phones.

Biden will say anything that he thinks will get him elected. He has been known to take emphatic stands for opposing positions in the same speech. As a very two-faced politician once said, "People want your empathy. If you can fake that, you have got it made in politics." Joe is an expert at faking it.

Poor old Joe, can't remember what he said last Summer but he can remember Corn Pop like he kicked his butt just yesterday. I've been hoping that there is a real Corn Pop out there somewhere and he is resurrected to tell the true story.

Just for emphasis: fracking, when used with horizontal drilling, are the reasons America is now a net exporter of oil. It's expensive, no doubt, and needs oil and nat gas to sell for at least $50/bbl and $2.60/mcf to be commercially viable.
Someone should ask Joe what the price of oil and nat gat will be if he bans fracking, and how will wind and solar possibly make up the shortfalls if he does so.
If fracking is banned, get ready for nationwide rolling blackouts, and rapidly rising prices for gasoline and nat gas heating bills.

Actually, truth be told, this is very sad.
The look on his face is as sincere and as a totally clueless as an oldster can be. The look my father had when he put the newspaper in the refrigerator. He honestly doesn't remember what the hell he had for breakfast let alone what he said a few months ago. He's reading what they tell him to read. He's pumped up with sheep-cell infusions and B12 shots with a dose of amphetamines to get through 15 minutes of temporary sanity. This is elder abuse.
If I had a pet this far gone, I'd just make him comfortable by the fire until the poor beast was called home.

Biden has said on numerous occasions that he would ban fracking and there are numerous videos confirming his position. The Trump campaign already should have ads in the 21 states that allow fracking, (shockingly California is the 4th highest fracking state) showing Biden lying yesterday about his fracking position. If those ads aren't running today, shame on them. I don't care if this guy is dotty, he and every Democrat, need to be crushed into the ground with their lies and deception about who they really are.
Now get to it, guys.

I don't think Biden forgets what he said previously. He is just used to getting away with lying during his whole tenure. I think he doesn't know it can easily be checked now. It should be a commercial in PA and OH.

Joe keeps forgetting about videotape.
But probably not on purpose.
Which doesn't make it any better.
Poor Joe. Too bad he didn't do better running for president when he had his wits about him.
