Egged on by Joe Biden and Wisconsin governor Tony Evers, a mob of Black Lives Matter rioters has been burning down Kenosha, Wis. They are angry over the latest police shooting of yet another black criminal who assumed he is racially entitled to resist arrest.
The new Zeroth Amendment to the Constitution reads “No Black man must submit to being arrested if He’s really not in the mood to be arrested.”
(The old Zeroth Amendment—“Everybody on Earth has the right to immigrate to America and Americans aren’t allowed to object”—was demoted to the Negative First Amendment about the time in June it was decided that blacks are now Blacks.)

Formentera, Spain - Nowadays it is impossible to go out on the streets and not break the law in some way, often unconsciously. The increase in prohibition and regulation with the viral excuse brings many European democracies dangerously close to the dictatorships of the last century. Many laws transform us into criminals, and the sanitary mask is a perfect atrezzo for the vulgar modern bandit.
Perhaps that is why this summer more boats are seen than ever before sailing along the Spanish coast, especially in the Balearic Islands. With such legal chaos on land, the sea offers the promise of freedom, like in the times of the lame corsair Byron.

For the last year, the discussion of the Russia collusion hoax as it relates to Michael Flynn has focused on the criminal case against President Trump’s former national security advisor.(Snip)William Barr and Fox News’ Mark Levin three Sundays ago suggested these lines of inquiry. About halfway through the hour-long interview, Levin asked the attorney general about the Flynn case. Barr explained how he had appointed U.S. Attorney Jeff Jensen to review the Flynn case after Flynn’s attorney, Sidney Powell, began accusing the Department of Justice of misconduct.
“Everyone who knew anything about that case thought it was hinky,” Barr explained.“It didn’t all add up,”

The Republicans have now forced the Democrats to change course and tactics, shed their narcissistic complacency, and recognize that they are in the fight of their lives.
When the history of this astonishing political year is written, there will be amazement that the Democrats ever imagined that they could preserve the entire election as a referendum on Trump based on the question of whether the population is content, and leave the president floundering in blustery self-justification while their nominee fielded soft pre-agreed questions from his home.
The Democratic National Convention was essentially centered in a Wilmington catacomb and featured an unexciting procession of former officeholders,

Yesterday late in the afternoon the Wisconsin Department of Justice released some preliminary findings with regard to its investigation into the officer-involved shooting of Jacob Blake.
(Snip)initial reports were that Blake had come to the location where his car was parked in order to help break-up an alternation between two women. (Snip) we learn that Blake had not been asked to come to the location to help break up an altercation between two females, we learn that his presence at the location wasn’t welcome by his girlfriend, and there may have been legal process outstanding against him that made it illegal for him to be there, such as a

President Trump on Thursday will deliver his speech officially accepting the Republican nomination for president from the White House lawn. That fact alone has Democrats and the Left losing their collective mind.
Trump’s speech is supposed to underscore America’s greatness, which is likely to trigger leftists from Portland to . . . er, Portland. But he could do so much more. Here are 25 ways the president could cause the Left to melt down even more—if that’s possible—on the final night of the Republican National Convention.
25) “Vote-by-mail violates international norms. Also, voter ID is the norm across the world. I guess the Democrats do believe in American exceptionalism

Yesterday Kyle Rittenhouse, the 17-year-old accused of shooting three rioters in Kenosha, Wisconsin, killing two and injuring one, was arrested. He was charged with first-degree intentional homicide. President Trump has since sent in the feds and the national guard after the useless governor of Wisconsin previously turned down offers of support. Hooligans are rioting because a black man with a criminal record of violence was shot by cops when he resisted arrest, marched to his car and appeared to reach into grab something. A knife was found in the car. Was Jacob Blake was trying to grab a gun? I wouldn’t want to wait and find out.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D., Calif.) said on Thursday that Joe Biden should not participate in debates with President Trump during the general election campaign.
“Don’t tell anybody I told you this, especially don’t tell Joe Biden: I don’t think there should be any debates,” Pelosi told reporters at a press conference. “I do not think that the president of the United States has comported himself in a way that has any association with truth, evidence, data, and facts. I wouldn’t legitimize a conversation with him, nor a debate in terms of the presidency of the United States.”

Convention season ain’t over till the dead cat bounces. A dead cat bounce, as followers of the animal spirits of the market know, is a small recovery in the value of a declining asset. As the wisdom of those who work in tall buildings has it, even a dead cat bounces if you drop it from a high window.(Snip)Biden hasn’t just failed to achieve a post-conference bounce. The four-day blast of hot air from the Democrats has hoisted Biden by his own petard, and boosted support for Donald Trump, including in the swing states where it matters most. Look at the trend in three polls that came out on

Sister Deirdre Byrne has served under a wide array of diverse titles. A sister, soldier, and surgeon, the nun took on the title of a speaker at Wednesday’s Republican National Convention, where she spoke on behalf of the unborn and fulfilled a wish she prayed for.
“I must confess that I recently prayed while in chapel begging God to allow me to be a voice and instrument for human life, and now here I am, speaking at the Republican National Convention,” Byrne said. “I guess you better be careful for what you pray for.”

Jacob Blake had a weapon on the driver’s side of his vehicle when a police officer, who has now been identified as Rusten Sheskey, shot him seven times in Kenosha, Wisconsin, Sunday evening. Blake was leaning into that side of the vehicle when the officer discharged his weapon.
According to the Wisconsin Department of Justice, police recovered a knife from the floorboard, but the agency did not say whether Blake, a 29-year-old black man, was holding the weapon when Sheskey shot him in the back,(Snip)Video stills of the incident appear to show Blake holding a small object resembling a knife prior to the shooting, but the department has not confirmed

Lezmond Mitchell, the only Native American on death row, was executed Wednesday evening at the federal prison in Terre Haute.
Mitchell, 38, was a member of the Navajo Nation. He was convicted of killing 63-year-old Alyce Slim, and her 9-year-old granddaughter, Tiffany Lee, in Arizona in 2001.
