This past week Minnesota became the second state to reject regulations that effectively ban the controversial drug hydroxychloroquine for use by COVID-19 patients.
The decision, which comes two weeks after the Ohio Board of Pharmacy reversed an effective ban of its own, was rightfully praised by local health care advocates. “We are pleased that Governor [Tim] Walz lifted his March 27 Executive Order 20-23 restrictions on chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine,” said Twila Brase, president of Citizens’ Council for Health Freedom.

I hope to see a reckoning for these governors very soon. The stupidity of their political posturing cost people lives. How many lives? At least half - FTA:"One of the positive studies published by Henry Ford Health System, was a large-scale retrospective of six hospitals. Analyzing 2,541 patients, it found that those treated with hydroxychloroquine alone died at about half the rate of patients not treated with it."
If my loved one died due to this political intransigence, nonsense, evilness I would have no mercy on these governors. Vote like your life depends on it - don't vote just because you always vote democrat (how stupid is that? Why not vote Green or Socialist?) Take time to put yourself or a family member in a hospital bed where you are deathly sick with Covid, and you can't get potentially lifesaving treatment because a political party needs to regain power to further erode your Constitutional Rights. Doesn't make sense.

Can the governors and Boards of Pharmacy which enacted the (politically motivated) ban against hydroxychloroquine be sued by those who lost loved ones from COVID-19 because of the ban; loved ones whose lives could have been saved with early treatment?

Physicians act instinctively to save lives. They take an oath to do no harm. Politicians and media pundits do not. Those who banned hydroxychloroquine or caused others to be fearful of using it should be held accountable for inserting themselves into the doctor-patient relationship. How many Americans would be alive today had they not done so?
If wrongful death lawsuits were filed and accepted by the courts, the potential payout would be enormous. And, create an incentive to dismiss lawsuits from families whose loved ones died from other causes. Maybe we'd finally find out how many people really died from COVID-19 alone and how many did not.

So, since March 27, the country only shut down a few weeks prior, they've restricted the use of a medication that could have helped people live, huh?
And, after seeing positive studies in India and other countries, they kept this policy in place until today?

When HCQ comes into accredited use, there are going to be a lot of experts and politicians that are going to be diving for cover. How many deaths will be added to their bill? How much suffering was worsened and extended for their egos and political shenanigans? How about media accomplices that slandered those who wanted to use an effective drug proven safe by use for other illnesses. Their behavior was reprehensible and deserves public condemnation.

HCQ genuinely has had the weight of science in its corner from Day 1, beginning with its certification by the CDC itself in 2005, all while being opposed by bureaucratic despotism in the forms of Fauci, Walz, Redfield, etc. It has only been 'controversial' because of their fraudulent, groundless resistance.
See the CDC's own endorsement in 2005 at https://virologyj.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/1743-422X-2-69.
Fauci, Walz, Redfield et al have blood on their hands.

HCQ doesn't pass the WIIT-FM test (What is in it for me?)
When HCQ use is denied, other (untested) drugs will be forced on people so the elite drug pushes can make a fortune.

Sure he did, after he MURDERED people. Denying them a medicine proven to work in other countries is premeditated.
