‘No way to spin that’: Mitt Romney
blames Trump administration for
surge in US coronavirus deaths

Original Article

Senator Mitt Romney, R-Utah, offered rare Republican criticism of the Trump administration’s coronavirus response on Friday, saying the federal government dismissed the virus’s threat and failed to protect Americans as infections spiralled out of control. “Short term, I think it’s fair to say we really have not distinguished ourselves in a positive way by how we responded to the crisis when it was upon us,” Mr Romney said in a video interview with the Sutherland Institute. “And the proof of the pudding of that is simply that we have 5 per cent of the world’s population but 25 per cent of the world’s deaths due to Covid-19.

Bitter Pierre Delecto has to keep his name up in lights. Thanks, Utah.

This statement by Mittens is a testament to how stupid the voting electorate in Utah has become. 3/4 ths of the world population never travel outside of a few miles of where they were born. WE live in the most mobile country on the planet and is more prone to spreading viruses. Furthermore, when President Trump was sounding the alarms and shutting down travel it was Mittens and his fellow travelers that was saying President Trump was racist, and bigoted for shutting down travel. Go stuff it Mittens.

I say this is the natural historic death rate.. recent history of total daily death rate in the United States for all deaths is about 8880 daily! All causes! It is strange we are getting daily Covid-19 death rate, but not the total unvarnished daily death rate! It cannot be found! I say this my wife died 4/17/2020, from natural causes, which included vascular dementia not covid-19 except, isolation and a broken heart from lockdown! Collateral damage! Where is the national unvarnished death rate! Why has the CDC etc not published this? Emmmm

There's no need to spin it. The China virus death rate has been inflated for political and financial reasons. Hospitals get extra money for coding a death as "Covid related" no matter the actual cause. And, of course, Democrats want to keep it high to justify their Fascist takeover of the country and to have a reason for vote by mail ballot harvesting.

Romney is a globalist class investor rat who has no problem sending American jobs overseas to low wage countries and massively importing foreign low wage workers to take American jobs. Romney is thinking about running for President in 2024 as a RINO, but no Trump supporter, that constitutes most Republicans, would ever vote to nominate him.

Some of us in Utah can't stand him either. I voted for his competitor at the Republican Utah convention, but enough of my colleagues were duped by him that he was allowed to claim that he had enough delegates AND he had enough signatures to get into the primary (either method works in Utah). I went to his campaign events, and he liked to sneak in the word that he might agree with Trump most of the time, but he was not going to be Trump's Yes-Man. He never disclosed that he would be a never-Trumper.

Someone needs to tell Pierre Detesto that NY and NJ have .43% (that's less than 1/2 a percent) of the world's population but have 6.33% of the world corona virus deaths. And someone also needs to help Mr Detesto with his math. If you actually believe the statistics, the US has 22.3% of the deaths. Does anyone except for Pierre the Pious actually believe that China has only 85.000 cases of Corona Virus and 4.634 deaths? If he does he's even dumber than I thought.

Since I DON'T trust Mittens, or Pierre Delecto, I binged his faulty statistics, and BINGO!! I found his mistake. In his unbridled zeal to criticize PDJT, he misread or was unable to process the actual wording to the true interpretation of the representative statistics. Perhaps, he, along with Slow JOE could use a cognitive exam, since cases does not correlate with the number of covid deaths,, just those that tested positive, either asymptomatic or with symptoms. "The US has 4% of the world's population but 25% of its corona CASES" (notice it's NOT DEATHS). The US conducts the MOST CORONA tests in the world. I remember when "experts" told us to expect over 2 million deaths from COVID19. We are less than 200,000 now. That is about a 90% error. But good ole Mitt tells us the President didn't do a good enough job. What's the matter Mitt - the economy is not dead enough for you yet? And what would he have done differently? They never get asked that. Biden is airing an ad saying he would have done better, but cannot state any specifics other than a nationwide mask mandate. That makes no sense for rural areas that were not hard hit by the virus. Come Nov. 4th, this will be over and the dems and media (redundant) will focus on how Trump cheated to win the 2020 election.

The Trump Administration had to make their executive decisions relating to their COVID responses based upon the data and information given to them by experienced medical scientists such as Dr. Fauci and Dr. Berx. That was the data and information they had at the time they were making their decisions. Now Mittens based upon current information that was not available in past months, is effectively Monday morning quarterbacking those executive decisions.

Just north of the Golden Gate Bridge, yet a world away from San Francisco, in an unincorporated and oft-overlooked area known as Marin City, sea level rise is rarely the first worry that comes to mind. Traditional flood maps for this predominantly Black and working-class community suggest that the area is safe until the sea-level rise reaches three feet or more. But sea level rise is a lot more complicated than just waves breaking over seawalls and beaches disappearing. Imagine the groundwater beneath your feet. As the ocean moves inland, it will push all this trapped water upward until it breaks the surface.

A state bureaucrat wants to mandate 500 hours of training for anyone who shampoos hair at a beauty salon or barbershop—but something about her push for the bizarre new requirement just doesn’t wash. That’s because she is also a beauty school owner, The Post has found, as is a second member of the state board that licenses salon workers. A third person on the panel runs a membership and lobbying group for the cosmetology school industry. That’s out of four total board members. If their training-before-shampooing mandate passes, hair washers would have to spend an average of $13,354 on beauty school each

If you are queasy about entrusting the U.S. Postal Service with a vastly expanded role in our electoral system in the midst of a crucial election, the following news will exacerbate your nausea. Last Friday, the National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) followed the lead of the American Postal Workers Union (APWU) by endorsing presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden. Thus far, most objections to increasing the role of the USPS in the election process involve the inevitable logistical problems that will accompany a precipitous expansion of mail-in voting. The addition of overt partisanship among postal workers to inefficiency renders it obvious that the widespread expansion of vote-by-mail is dangerous.
Kamala Harris Is Far
Worse Than Hillary Clinton

Making someone as extreme as Kamala Harris a president-in-waiting is a bone-chilling prospect. No conservative or moderate should support it. I part company with some of my colleagues in that I don’t find Kamala Harris personally irritating. She’s attractive, youthful (she looks 15 years younger than her actual age, which is 55), and presentable. Her voice is neither a hectoring Midwestern drone (like Hillary Clinton’s) nor does it have the prissy professorial condescension of Elizabeth Warren’s. Her voice is fine, albeit a bit nasal. It’s Harris’s policies that repel me. While I tend to view “Flight 93” thinking as hyperbolic, she does present a major threat to the constitutional order,

Joe Biden and his wife Jill have lied to the world for more than 40 years about how they started dating — they actually had an affair that broke up her first marriage, her first husband claims. And the whole story the Bidens tell about how the presidential candidate fell in love with Jill after a blind date is completely made up, Bill Stevenson told in an exclusive interview. Now Stevenson is about to publish a book that he says will blow the lid off the sham story.

New media reporter Millie Weaver is scheduled to have her first court hearing this morning after a weekend in jail following her arrest last Friday. Weaver’s arrest came on the eve of the release of her 82-minute documentary Shadow Gate that is an exposé of the Deep State with the assistance of two individuals identified as whistleblowers. Her arrest and incarceration in the Portage County Jail in Ravenna, Ohio immediately raised suspicions that she was being subjected to a scary new level of intimidation and censorship. Millennial Millie, as Weaver is known, is a conservative rising star on the new and alternative media landscape

Kim Jong-un has declared that pet dogs are a symbol of capitalist 'decadence' and ordered that dogs in Pyongyang be rounded up - and owners are fearful that their beloved pets are being used to solve the nation's food shortages. Dictator Kim announced in July that owning a pet is now against the law, denouncing having a dog at home as 'a tainted trend of bourgeois ideology'. 'Authorities have identified households with pet dogs and are forcing them to give them up or forcefully confiscating them and putting them down', a source told South Korea's Chosun Ilbo newspaper

A new national poll released on the eve of the two major political party conventions indicates Democratic challenger Joe Biden with a smaller lead over President Trump than most other live telephone operator surveys show. The ticket of Biden and Sen. Kamala Harris of California – whom the former vice president and presumptive Democratic nominee named as his running mate last week - tops the ticket of Trump and Vice President Mike Pence 50%-46% among registered voters in a CNN survey conducted August 12-15. The 4-point advantage for the Democratic ticket is right at the poll’s margin of error of plus or minus 4 percentage points.

Michelle Obama will make a personal plea for Joe Biden, describing the man she knows, as she keynotes the first night of the Democratic National Convention Monday. The former first lady's speech, which was pre-taped at the Obamas' Martha Vineyard home, is expected to be the second most-watched speech of the virtual convention, after Biden. It marks her first campaign appearance for her husband's vice president.'I know Joe,' she said in a clip of her addressed released by the party Monday afternoon.'He is a profoundly decent man guided by faith. He was a terrific vice president.

John Kasich is an enlightened convert to the cause of Joe Biden's presidential campaign. Or the former Ohio GOP governor is an apostate Republican. That's how some Democrats and most Republicans are likely to view Kasich's convention speech at the virtual Democratic National Convention Monday night.“I’m a lifelong Republican, but that attachment holds second place to my responsibility to my country. That’s why I’ve chosen to appear at this convention. In normal times, something like this would probably never happen, but these are not normal times," said Kasich, 68.

Joe Biden has thrown his support behind free health insurance and college, saying in an Elle magazine interview with rap star Cardi B that “there’s no reason why we can’t have all of that.” And who will foot the bill? Taxpayers, of course, with the presidential candidate saying that “no corporation should pay less than 15 percent tax.” Biden made his remarks in response to Cardi B’s wish list for what she wants from the winner of November’s presidential election. “I have a whole list of things that I want our next president to do for us,” the 27-year-old, anti-Trump rapper said. “What I want is free Medicare.

Forty-nine people were shot over the course of 72 hours in NYC between Thursday and Saturday, compared to eight shooting victims over the same time period last year, according to preliminary NYPD statistics sent to Gothamist Sunday morning. Eight people were murdered—at least six by gun violence—compared to three homicides last year over those three days. Those numbers do not yet reflect shootings on Sunday. Left-wing politicos erupted with outrage on Monday over conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh allegedly calling Democratic vice presidential-pick Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) a “h*.” (Tweets) However, despite the viral posts, Mr. Limbaugh never characterized the Democrat as such.Instead, Limbaugh noted that a freelance photographer contracted with the NBA was recently canned for sharing a meme that referred to Harris as a “ho,” referring to former San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown “promoting” his past adulterous relationship with Harris and boasting that he helped boost her career.“I have two stories about Kamala Harris,” Limbaugh said Friday.
