Joe Biden selects Kamala
Harris as his running mate

oe Biden has chosen Kamala Harris, the prominent senator from California whose political career has included many barrier-breaking moments, as his running mate, his campaign announced on Tuesday. The decision comes more than a year after Harris, who was also a 2020 Democratic candidate, clashed with Biden over racial issues during the first primary debate. If elected, she would be the nation’s first female, first Black and first Asian American vice president.

Probably the least likable, other than the witch Whitmer from MI. Great pick for us, it appeared that even blacks did not like her based on her South Carolina performance. Where was Jim Clyburn? Finally - she's not "black" - Jamaican / India Indian. Plus she is a nasty, nasty person.

Apparently Harris was born in California to a father who was a Jamaican citizen and a mother who was a citizen of India at the time of her birth and then for the most part resided in Canada until she was 18 years of age. So Harris is not of traditional African-American heritage, which brings up the question because of her parent’s foreign citizenship, does Harris meet the constitutional requirement of being a natural born citizen at the time of her birth? Chances are if some States keep her off the Democrat ballot as not meeting that constitutional requirement that the five liberals on the Supreme Court will have the final say on Harris’s natural born citizenship status. Biden picking Harris is not really going to help Biden win any States that he would not have won otherwise. If you watched Harris during past Senate hearings it is clear that she is a very abrasive and nasty piece of work, and does not in anyway come across as a friendly and likable person. Maybe Biden will deputize Harris to debate President Trump in his behalf?

Frightening thought that this radical, commie thug female from Commie California would be President if Biden is elected President because Biden will not last a year in office before he croaks from either dementia or old age. Can you imagine Biden trying to repeat the oath of office for President when he can't even read off of a teleprompter? We all must work harder than ever to make sure President Trump is re-elected and the reality is the democrat communists are dedicated to outright stealing this election at all levels and imposing a totalitarian dictatorship over our beloved country.. Biden selected someone who slept their way to where they are (per Willie Brown in California) and seems even less likable than Hillary. Any criticism of Kamala Harris will be met with "your'e attacking women" or "your'e a racist" by Biden / Harris supporters. Harris will be anointed as the second coming. Her selection is nothing more than pandering to blacks and women. Unfortunately, some people may now vote for Biden / Harris so they can feel good abut themselves and help alleviate their "white guilt" and prove to themselves that they are not racist (these are people who are too dumb to be voting).

It is my understanding of nationality law that if you are born in the United States you are an American citizen by virtue of that birth irrespective of the nationality or legal status of your parents. If that is correct she is eligible. That is why so many pregnant foreign national mothers try to get to the US to have their baby: so the child can be an American citizen at birth and grant them some kind of immigration preference.

It is really ironic that the founding fathers were worried about foreigners heading up the brand new U.S. government, tried to write clear language to avoid that, and we recently suffered through 8 years of a foreigner as president, and we run the risk of having another foreigner as Vice President, and, perhaps quickly, president. At least Barack Obola had one parent who was a U.S. citizen. Kamala sutra has not one. now I have to wonder if Kamala's mother became a Canadian citizen, and did the same with her two small daughters...even Chief Judas John Roberts would have trouble with that...

This debate will never end, but I am of the view, as are most people. that there is nothing to support the idea that you have to be born of US citizen parents to be a natural born citizen. Being born in the US is enough. I do think there is an argument that citizenship should not be granted if the parents are here illegally.

Hmmm, chosen for Biden's running mate was a leftist DA who was putting potheads in jail while toking herself, all while sleeping with a married man to get the senate seat. Biden is a DNC throwaway candidate for an election they already expect to lose. 20+ second tier candidates (not a first tier candidate in the bunch) and now we see two second tier candidates teamed together; the junior who called the senior a racist. Fine. Let’s get on to November. As quickly as Hideaway Joe's health is going down hill, the only way he could have been the sitting president for any shorter period of time is if he had picked Hillary Clinton as his running mate.

You want to know who's behind the Biden campaign and why he's still on the front of the ticket, that's why. The majority of America doesn't want to be another socialist experiment--but Soros is counting on us to be. His billions, along with Bill Gates' billions are funding the globalist movement. Harris is Soros's way to the Oval Office. They must be stopped! The lawlessness across the country has been funded by him and his cronies. He will stop at nothing to gain the world. Call me crazy, but you know he's bought the AG offices of most states and cities--you're watching it in Seattle, Portland, and Chicago. Harris was part of that in CA. MAGA!!! KAG!!! No one is going to pay any attention to the "natural born citizen" question and the republicans would be wise to let it be. Of more potent concern is the fact that she holds dual citizenship with India and some sort of reciprocal citizenship arrangement with with Jamaica ( and probably Britain as part of the British Commonwealth. All of which is currently being scrubbed from the internet. And just like the last Anti American Democrat Placeholder in chief she spent the first 18 years of her life in a foreign country, this time Canada. One can argue fairly persuasively that her loyalties and ideology is conflicted, to say the least. She has also tried to connect with Black americans by touting her experiences growing up under segregation. She was born in the stalwart bastion segregation California, the same year the civil rights act was passed, years after Jim Crow laws had been tossed on histories trash heap and the first cognitive memory she has of living in the "segregationist" hell hole of Southern California was during Reagan's presidency. Shes toast and Biden wouldn't recognize toast if it had butter and jam on it.

Not so fast #40. First of all the concept of an anchor baby being a citizen is entirely based on a court decision and is still a subject of contention among legal scholars. Secondly it does not ipso facto follow that an anchor baby would qualify as a NATURAL BORN citizen which is a higher standard in the constitution intended to ensure no dual loyalties for our president. As a dual citizen of USA and Jamaica its doubtful that she will be held to be qualified if challenged which I think she will be in court. The only thing she has going for her is that if the suit is brought say by the RNC there will be the usual race card references being played. It might be politically risky to challenge her but hopefully someone will.

Seven people, all from different households, not only gathered for Thanksgiving but distributed to the media pictorial evidence of them flouting mask mandates and social distancing edicts. No governor yet claims jurisdiction over the International Space Station but the astronauts have a lot of explaining to do when they return to earth. It’s not as though they lacked for space. Governors ordering around people 250 miles above their states seems far-fetched. But so, too, did the notion of governors usurping the role of legislatures. Eight months after the initial coronavirus lockdowns, citizens docilely accept the idea of a single person dictating the laws that govern millions of people.

Will Joe Biden and his foreign-policy team accept the extraordinary gift Team Trump is leaving for them under the Christmas tree — or is their hatred for the president so all-consuming that they will toss it in the garbage? I’m talking about the Abraham Accords, peace deals between Israel and various Arab states — the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Sudan — that have sought the Jewish state’s destruction since its founding in 1948. Normalization has proceeded so quickly, Dubai already has a kosher restaurant, and its supermarkets are stocking Israeli agricultural products festooned with Stars of David — a science-fictional sight only a year ago.

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Thursday reflected on some of the most memorable moments during his two-year tenure heading the State Department, in a wide-ranging interview on "Special Report." "I haven't had a chance to reflect on it," Pompeo told Bret Baier. "I guess if I were to give you my quick response, it was really something to come back from Pyongyang with three Americans and travel home with them from Asia and return them to their families." Pompeo was referring to the May 2018 release of three Americans detained in North Korea -- all were accused of anti-state activities.

Police officers in Lynchburg responded around 1:40 a.m. Wednesday to a report of a burglary in progress, the station reported. The suspects allegedly knocked on the door of the residence and then assaulted the resident when he opened the door but the resident responded by shooting both suspects, police told the FOX station.

Research psychologist Dr. Robert Epstein believes that search giant Google manipulated what content it showed users in the weeks and months before the 2020 election in a way that was highly favorable to Democrats. “We found a period of days when the vote reminder on Google’s homepage was being sent only to liberals,” Epstein said during an appearance on Tucker Carlson Tonight. “Not one of our conservative field agents received the vote reminder.” After Epstein made those results public, he said Google actually “shut off that manipulation” and were showing vote reminders to everyone in the four days before the election.

The practice of democracy in our constitutional republic flourishes in the presence of contradictions. Democracy, itself, is bound by our inalienable rights, bestowed to us by our Creator. These rights, not given to us by our government by any majority or by any vote, cannot be rescinded, for they were not wrought by man. Voting is a contradiction for it is both public and private at the same time. Its process is intended to be secret, but transparent. Its agency is intensely partisan, but its effect is intended to be unifying. The legitimacy of voting must survive despite the contradictions intrinsic to the process.

The general’s case, though, has become a bonfire of the vanities of one district judge who has denied the presumption of regularity to an official act of the United States government — meaning Attorney General William Barr’s attempt to drop the case. So why would Judge Sullivan credit President Trump’s workaround of a pardon? We understand, the pardon could be the least fettered of all the powers that the Constitution grants to the president.

Many conservatives have moved their social-media accounts to the more freewheeling Parler, and often have slammed the supposedly monopolistic Facebook and Twitter as they’ve decamped from those sites. I have chuckled at some of their overheated parting rhetoric — especially the widespread misunderstanding about the meaning of the word “monopoly.” A monopoly is, as the Oxford dictionary explains, “the exclusive possession or control of the supply of or trade in a commodity or service.” Quite obviously, if one stops doing business with a company and heads over to its competitor, then the previous company is not by definition in exclusive possession or control of a service.

A circuit court ruled Monday that Texas and Louisiana can exclude Planned Parenthood from Medicaid funding, a win for the movement to deprive the abortion provider of federal funding. The Fifth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals overruled a district court's preliminary injunction preventing the exclusion of Planned Parenthood from Medicaid funding. The court of appeals ruled in an 11-5 majority that Planned Parenthood did not have the right to challenge the state's decisions regarding who receives Medicaid benefits. Medicaid beneficiaries "have no right under the statute to challenge a State’s determination that a provider is unqualified,"

This is long, so just read the numbered paragraphs that grab you. These are some thoughts that have occupied my mind this past week. With Thanksgiving at hand, and my governor, Navin Gruesome, having slapped a curfew on us that I cannot fathom, I will come back to many of these topics and thoughts in future days. With Turkey Day at hand, I only regret that I have but one column to give for my readers. Here goes: 1. It is appearing that Biden (hereinafter “His Fraudulency”) will be the next president. Just in case you thought that all of the elections aside from the Georgia runoffs were behind us, well… they’re not. The counting is still going on in some of the congressional races and one of the tightest ones is in New York’s 22nd district. There, Democratic incumbent Anthony Brindisis is locked in a recount with Republican Claudia Tenney, who previously held the seat before him. The race gap between the two has come down to the point where Tenney is leading by 106 votes and the only ballots left to possibly be considered are the ones that were “set aside” during the initial count due to irregularities.

As we reported two days ago, Joe Biden completely made no sense when he was trying to explain the Wuhan coronavirus relief bill. It was really bad and it explains why they’re afraid to have him deliver an address to Congress or do any kind of a real solo press conference, because at this point they have to be afraid this is all going to fall apart if he does anything live and this all becomes too obvious to the American people. But there’s only so long that they can hold this off. And it’s getting worse, as video today revealed. Biden was holding an event to announce the nomination

Democrat Senator Joe Manchin (WV) appears to have started to shift his views on the filibuster with remarks that he made on two news shows on Sunday morning. The shift from Manchin comes after he has repeatedly stated that he would not vote to end the filibuster, despite pressure from the far-Left. During the interviews on Sunday, Manchin repeatedly claimed that he was not open to ending the filibuster because he did not want to strip the minority party of their power in the Senate, but signaled that he was open to changing it.Fox News host Chris Wallace asked Manchin if he would consider “reforming the filibuster” if “Republicans

If you had any doubts that Meghan Markle is a manipulative piece of work, her bombshell Oprah interview Sunday night dumping on the British monarchy would set you straight. Prince Harry’s American wife accused his family of hateful racism against her baby, claimed they refused to protect her and drove her to the point of suicide. She made the incendiary and implausible charge that when she was pregnant with Archie, the royal family decreed that her unborn son would be denied the title of “prince” because her mixed race meant he might have dark skin.

Nancy Pelosi’s top priority is to turn America into a one-party nation ruled by Democrats. Her bill HR 1 trashes the U.S. Constitution in an attempt to rig the system and make it virtually impossible to elect a Republican president or Congress again. It’s a power grab. The bill eviscerates state voting laws and forces all the states to conform to a set of rules that includes automatic voter registration. Anyone who goes to a DMV or applies for food stamps, Medicaid or other social services, or attends a public college will be automatically enrolled to vote. Noncitizens are obligated to identify themselves and opt out,

I’m probably second to none in my dislike for Meghan Markle. There’s something unattractive about a mature woman marrying into the British Royal family with one of the world’s most expensive weddings, hanging out with the Queen, living in insane luxury…and then whining non-stop about the horror of her life. There’s something even less appealing when that woman accuses the Royal family of race hatred. And the problem is that, when it comes to that left-wing diva, Meghan Markle, it’s hard to believe most of what she says. After weeks of hype, CBS finally televised Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s interview with Oprah.

Appearing on Yahoo! News’ Skullduggery podcast, the Tennessee Democrat said the effort is getting a fresh look after the release of a new movie highlighting the FBI’s secret program to discredit civil rights activists. The Washington Times in 2019 first reported Democrats’ bid to strip the longtime FBI director’s name from the bureau’s headquarters. Mr. Cohen said the impetus to revive the bid is the new movie, “Judas and the Black Messiah.” The movie details
