Facebook and Twitter censored a video clip of President Donald Trump’s recent interview on Fox News’ Fox & Friends over alleged coronavirus “misinformation. Facebook said it removed the video of the interview because President Trump claimed that children have heightened immunity to coronavirus. The Trump campaign stands by this claim, but Facebook disagrees, and used it as an excuse to prevent American citizens using the platform from hearing what their president has to say. This is despite repeated assurances from Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg that the platform will not censor politicians. In a speech at Georgetown University in October 2019,

Unbelievable. Social media censorship is out of control. Even Zuckie must be surprised that his little people took this action to scrub the interview from FB.

About 5 years late now in declaring social media Marxist Communist democrats, rino's, independents, liberals, monopolies against the best interest of a free American citizen. Violation of our constitutional and Bill of Rights that ban all efforts by tyrants of any persuasion from silencing our free speech rights.

These companies are playing with fire...and it's about time that they get burned. They may think they have the upper hand, if not a de facto monopoly (thus their arrogance and brazenly unfair actions), but NOBODY is bigger than the US federal government, and they can crush anybody. Even Facebook, Twitter, Google, or any other tech giant. They're pygmies compared to the US government.
There are several ways this can be done. First, the government can declare them to be "publishers" instead of "platforms." This is a critical legal and ultimately a financial distinction. By making censoring decisions, they could be reclassified as publishers and thus become subjected to potential legal action by those being censored and lose certain protections of platforms.
But even without that, the real hammer would be if the President, both personally and by executive order drove federal traffic away from any site/platform that used unfair and biased, if not illegal, censorship. The entire business model of these sites/platfporms is "traffic" (i.e., the number of persons/clicks that use them). So if tens of millions of users and hundreds of millions, or more, clicks disappeared overnight, these platforms would be crushed financially.
Somebody needs to rein in these platforms. President Trump can do it if the Congress (whose weasels are on the take from all of these platforms) won't. Do it.
"No justice, no clicks!"

What they need to start doing is standing up for free speech in this country, something we used to take for granted. Every time Facebook, twitter, YouTube etc. censors free speech fine them 1,000,000,000.00 dollars. That will get their attention real quick. Its also time to break up these huge monopolies. Also force broadcasters to stand on their own by divesting them from the likes of AT&T, Disney, Jeff Bezos etc.

The SCIENCE and the DATA say that the young are not at risk from the Covid. In essence they ARE virtually immune.
'Science is real', ain't it?

Zuckerberg said he won't censor politicians. But Trump and his followers have always said he isn't a politician.
Ergo - - Trump can be censored. See the logic here?

As long as the dims control the House, there are RINOs in the Senate, the FTC and DOJ are filled with career bureaucrats, liberal judges prevail and immigration is not controlled nothing is going to change for better.
Correction will take several fortunate elections. I am not optimistic.

When the drug snorting Hippies rebelled in the late Sixties, they demanded their rowdiness be protected under FREE SPEECH. Now that a certain number of them are in positions of power, they suppress the free speech of anyone who does not agree with their left liberal AGENDA!

I didn't know that Facebook and Twitter employed a panel of doctors and medical researchers! How do they compare to the ones available to President Trump?
Are snowflake geeks playing doctor at Facebook and Twitter? What are their medical credentials? Who are they receiving medical advice from? Probably Pelosi, Nadler, and Schumer...

The WHO is a political entity. They are not the only "medical organization" with skilled doctors. Why are they the only "experts" that can have an opinion on this virus? What makes them the only acceptable arbiter on anything regarding COVID-19. They already lied about it not being transmitted between humans when this whole thing started. If anything, FB, YT, and Twitter are spreading disinformation by not allowing other medical opinions.
