Two women – Jennifer Eckhart, who worked for Fox, and Cathy Areu, who was an occasional guest on Fox shows – filed a lawsuit in Federal court accusing Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity, Howard Kurtz, Gianno Caldwell, and Ed Henry of a wide range of alleged sexual misconduct. (snip) the accusations against Carlson are ridiculous, and it’s these charges that are the subject of this post.
Superficially, Areu accuses Carlson of ordering his employees to restrain her in a chair, so that he could solicit her for sex. Then, when she rebuffed him, he dumped her as a guest.

They never, ever quit. I really despise these people. There will be violence, they are driving people to it and there is no justice to be had.

Absolutely nothing from these people can be believed. They have a track record of lying to destroy people that goes back decades, and especially about sexual things. They have zero credibility, and any evidence they may invent will be no more accurate than the fake dossier they foisted on us.

Cathy Areu makes her own Blasey-Ford claim against the only legitimate primetime Fox new host. Her on camera appearances on Tucker's show seem okay. Carlson was polite with her even if Ms. Areu sounded like a bat-shit crazy leftist. Her take down attempt will fail, and Ms. Areu will have used up her 15 minutes of fame on Fox. Her only available avenue remaining will be on MSNBC with Mika and Joe. But she may be too lethal for even them.

They are going to try to take this guy down anyway they can. Tucker tells it like it is and I know what he says puts a knife in their heart. I don't buy the sexual harassment claims.

several decades ago, during the 1980s, I taught a graduate seminar during the summer session of my university. The class was small, and we had a good group, with good discussions.
There was no final exam, so I invited the students to join me for breakfast on the final day of class, at a restaurant near campus, and it would be my treat.
One of the young women in the class told me, loudly, that such a suggestion on my part crossed a boundary, and constituted sexual harassment by creating a hostile environment. (part of the seminar included discussions of sexual harassment.) I thought she was joking. She was not.
I withdrew the offer, and never repeated it for the rest of my career.

Totally agree with #4, only your description of her as a bat-s**t leftist is probably a little too mild. Every time she appeared, I was stunned at what a naive, education-indoctrinated idiot she was. Now we know for sure she is one more thing: dangerous to conservatives.

I think from time to time, Hannity was also accused of Sexual misconduct. It seems the Democrats think if they'can shut down those on FOX who have a huge audience, they can somehow help their Party. Unfortunately, they don't realize the people they need to reach do not watch FOX. They also don't realize the people at CNN and MSNBC are not even close to being top tier, so basically their viewers are not getting the real news! I'm not surprised this Wacky woman would go after the Number One Commentator in Prime Time. I guess she also decided to throw in Sean and Howie for good measure. Kind of like throwing a plate of food at the wall to see if anything will stick! What a Crock! Tucker should turn around and sue HER! See how she likes having to spend thousands of her own money to defend herself!

I've read the filed lawsuit and it really is ludicrous. The thing with Ed Henry sounds like a consensual sexual relationship that crossed a line, it reads like a bad excerpt out of 50 Shades of Grey.
As for the allegations against the rest, they are absolute BS. The claim that anyone was restrained against their will was due to the fact that they were wearing microphones and no crew member would take them off, allowing them to get up and leave. I mean, come on!! What horsepucky.
As for what Carson and Hannity allegedly said to Areu that was misconstrued as sexual harassment, they were banal comments which anyone could plainly see as non-threatening. The whole thing is outrageous.
This is a great example of why we need a "loser pays" system in place for these kinds of frivolous lawsuits. This woman is a complete nut with a vindictive streak who should be made to pay all court costs incurred by her shenanigans.

Here's the thing. You can be a guy today just standing there and some #MeToo person can say the look on your face was threatening to her. And depending on your status or your power or your race or your religion, everything you've worked so hard for in your life can be over. Boom. Just like that. You're on the defense.
We've reached really scary and dangerous times.

Eckhart and Areu, just remember that this cuts both ways. Tucker, consider this false claim as a cheap attempt at character assassination toward you, your success in defending the Constitution and Conservatism, and to try to silence you. After this is over, consider filing a defamation suit against them. Meanwhile, keep an eye on the New York Slimes which had threatened to publish your residential address. Hang tough, sir.

These women make me ashamed to share their gender. The charges that Areu made are so absurd that I can’t believe anyone with a smidgeon of integrity would even consider voicing them never mind actually swearing to them in a Court of law. It amazes me that democrats use this tired tactic again and again, but they do. I don’t believe they even care that they win these lawsuits. They just enjoy defaming and destroying lives.
The democrat party is void of conscience and decency. They truly believe that the end justifies the means and will do anything to advance their agenda. How many times have we seen this played out in the media these past few years? I am dumbfounded that they can get anyone to vote for them. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people out there who will vote for them no matter what and that is a problem. The democrat party has corrupted itself beyond repair. All we can do is push them out of the political arena and that is going to take a massive effort to get to the polls. I don’t want another democrat in office to have any say about how I live my life in any respect. They just have to be defeated on November 3rd.

I know this is usual behavior for leftist women come election season, but this year they have completely lost what is left of their minds. This stuff is absolutely ridiculous. The fact they have thrown Kurtz into the mix, probably as punishment for straying into moderate tones on his show, shows they are totally and head shakingly jumping the shark.

Tucker is smart and brave, so of course the Democrats are coming after him with everything they've got. He is the star of Fox. Hannity keeps trotting out the likes of Karl Rove, "the architect" (gag), with his pathetic whiteboard, and Lindsay Graham, who announces that very soon he is going to make a really important big announcement. Tucker's finger is on the pulse of what is happening right now in the Democrat Party, and The Swamp in general, and his selection of guests reflects that fact. Tucker's analysis is incisive and gutsy.
The NYT was planning to divulge his home address, sponsors have withdrawn from his show under pressure from Democrat groups, and now these ridiculous charges. He needs our support. The foxnews.com website has a "contact the show" option on the left of the page. If you value his show, maybe take a minute to send a message saying so.

Every adult woman KNOWS when certain statements or actions by a man have a sexual motive...or not. They've also learned how to handle such situations without the help of HR or any lawyers. Unfortunately today the leftist/feminist women also know how to portray even the most innocent incidents in the worst possible light so they can do the most damage to a targeted male.
Obviously, Tucker Carlson is a targeted male. Like with Kavanaugh, some leftist women will gladly volunteer to do whatever is necessary to make the hit. In fact I'm surprised that "Dr. Babytalk" hasn't yet remembered that Tucker was also at that party helping Kavanaugh rape her.
It's really sad how such leftist women and their lawyer remoras have totally poisoned workplace male-female interactions. It's predator-prey time 24x7 now.

All I see is a homely @itch who is full of herself. She might have gotten the 'tip' to go after Tucker from her idol Shrillary, Perhaps Soros paid her a nice amount. She is full of beans and hot air. Since she is looking at 50 she is figuring that this might be her big move, career and money wise. As many have suggested Tucker should sue back that she winds up selling coffee on the street!

During her initial appearance she came across as having somewhat of a viable counter-viewpoint. It soon became clear, though, that she was repeatedly being brought back for mere comic relief akin to the Raymond Arroyo Clown Show on Laura.

She can claim it, but the reality is she is repellent. Not just her physical appearance, but every word out of her unattractive mouth. She may be delusional about her appeal, but reality is working against her. That and every bit of evidence. Freaks like this can only summon the courage to lie because of the evil media and the rat political party. She needs to join all the rest of the blatant liars in being hounded for the rest of their lives for trying to ruin the lives of people they disagree with. The victims don't deserve the pain, SHE certainly does.
There is another reason for this. Far too many Americans actually believe the evil media lie of her being 'tied to a chair.' They are too stupid, too stunted intellectually to find out that the reality is she pretended to be unable to unclip her microphone, which was the 'tied to the chair,' part of the lie. 'Changing his clothes' is putting on his jacket. I detest every idiot who believes the lies, every rat politician who backs this approach and most of all a media who gleefully fans the flames of America's destruction.
