Ford Motor Co. is currently "auditing" an estimated 188,000 salaried and hourly employees worldwide to see where the 117-year-old company stands on workplace attitudes about diversity. The effort involves employees from the factory floor to executive suites in an aggressive attempt to address institutional bias and issues that may hinder employee performance, company officials confirmed to the Free Press.(Snip) "I believe these times will go down in history as the real change, that’s what I call it, the real change," Cash told the Free Press. "There’s been so much, so much, so much. And what I believe over the last

They will get a 100% virtue response; only an idiot would answer otherwise if they want to keep their job and possibly life, even if it's "anonymous ".

Did I miss something?
I read the article and didn’t see any examples of what they are asking.
A lot of huff and puff about their current employees of color, but no specific questions.

I worked for the telephone company for more than 30 years. I learned real quick to give them the answers they wanted. There was no way I was going to tell them a truth they didnt want

And the leftists will tell their screeching tales of woe, and sane people have two choices. Tell the truth, hoping to come down on the side of sanity, and likely get fired, or go along with the crazy leftists and race baiters in hopes of making it to retirement?
Ford will NOT get an honest result.

This is more corporate BS. They are letting this VP Cash feel she is doing something important, but it won't go anywhere. It won't matter how many blacks get promoted as long as the it remains a meritocracy. If you notice, almost all VP's in personnel areas of many companies are female. It's an area abandoned by men and now populated by women. You rarely see women taking over other areas of a company the way they have in Human Resources.Furthermore, I don't believe for one minute that this exercise in diversity attitude is anything more than CYA to head off problems at the pass.

Ford should remember their purpose: building vehicles that people want, and can afford. Ford is almost broke, because they have forgotten their purpose, and taken up politics. Ford should train their employees to build vehicles, not what to think. Any curiosity or focus by leadership on how to build a better vehicle at less cost has been lost, as the leadership uses politics to cover for their failures, and the failures at Ford are piling up.

In a population that large, it is fairly easy to "forget" to respond and get overlooked. That would be my strategy.

I would agree with Ford's decision for auditing all of their employees. What I do not like is the premise. How can you ask Employees of Color how they are victimized and not ask white folks the same question. As usual, this is a dead end approach to shaming white folks. This is a major racist approach and I hope it fails miserably. I will never buy another Ford........ever! They are now under the control of the marxists BLM crowd!

Thank you, #6...I was trying to frame my reply but you said it so much more succinctly. If Ford didn't have a problem before, they sure have one now. Grievances will come out of the woodwork.

I worked for a Fortune 100 company and of course, they created an Office of Diversity and Inclusion, along with a VP to lead the way. I, along with all other employees was subjected to the whole diversity training, unconscious bias / white guilt training program. Bottom line for me, I don't care who you are or where you are from. If you can do your job and do it well, you can be on my team. If we need to pull along to bring you up to speed, we will do it. If you cannot get up to speed, you need to find a new job.

We've become the USSA when we close down small businesses and indoctrinate employees at large businesses that are preferred by the government and allowed to stay open.

I worked for a company that tried to go 'black' or back in the '70s woke. It didn't work they offered a buy off to thin the herd and almost all the blacks took the money and ran. I did too but I had time in it was also mentioned to me they needed me to train the blacks to take jobs I was more than qualified for. This is Ford's motive and they'll regret being 'woke' trust me.
Like the NFL which I don't watch and Fords which I never buy so I don't care what they do.

A caller to Rush today said that something like this was being done in her company, pushed by the CEO. I missed some other early parts of the call, but obvious these procedures are going on all over the country, in all industries, in all sectors, in schools at all levels, in government. I suspect this is some of what BO set in motion before His Skinniness left the White House. Lest anyone forget, MiBO said in a campaign speech in 2008, "...and Barack knows that we're gonna have to make sacrifices, we're gonna have to change our conversations, our traditions, our history, we're gonna have to move to a different place."
In the past, more Americans were conscious of the threats to their homeland. I think people were less inclined to accept BS. Our most serious problem culturally is that children are being propagandized AGAINST their country, they are not taught history. They don't learn about Western Civilization with all its material culture, the successes, the horrible failures IN context, they are actually being taught to engage in the psychologically damaging behavior of self-hatred.
And doggonit, parents have stood by at let it happen.
In fact, this self-hate exercise was a feature of Mao's power consolidation.
Here's a tidbit from "The Black Book of Communism: Crimes, Terror, Repression":
"The key element is agrarian reform was the 'bitterness meeting.' Landowners were called before an assembly of the entire village, where for good measure they were often labeled 'traitors.' ...At that point the opportunists or those who bore grudges against the accused would begin the denunciations and accusations, and the temperature would begin to rise. ...everyone knew their part... the 'struggle meetings' and self-criticism sessions that were to become the every day lot of all Chinese people... [illustrating] the traditional Chinese propensity for ritual and conformism. (pp478-479)"
Don't forget that Anita Dunham is on Biden's campaign team.
Oh, that above paragraph was just the beginning of the communist revolution in China. In a few short years, tens of millions of Chinese people were brutalized and murdered by their fellow Chinese. the cycle of hate-vengeance-revenge... bad. very bad.

So glad to see the #MeToo movement vindicated, and the sensitive lady CEO enlisting the company for social justice! Something no White Man would do!
Just wish she's experienced that sensitivity when she laid off thousands of factory employees days before Christmas.

In Marxist USA, it's not only permissible by law but indeed morally commendable for organizations to encourage Employees of Color to state how they are victimized by and made uncomfortable around WHITE people, and to compel WHITE employees to undergo cultural reeducation that tell them they are guilty of an original sin by virtue of their skin color. Ditto for homosexuals, who loudly celebrate what they do with their various organs while also claiming to be oppressed by the hated "breeders."
