American Airlines has reached out to Senator Ted Cruz’s (R-Texas) office after a photo began circulating online of the senator apparently not wearing a mask on one of its flights, according to The Hill. The airline, which requires that all passengers keep masks on for the entirety of their flight duration, said that “we have reached out to Sen. Cruz to affirm the importance of this policy as part of our commitment to protecting the health and safety of the traveling public.”The statement came after a radical Democratic campaign operative tweeted a photo without a mask on. American Airlines reserves its harassment for a conservative. After all, if they reached out to a black man for doing something wrong, THOSE RACISTS would have their plane burnt to the ground. Welcome to America 2020. Really people, flood American Airlines with pictures of everyone without a mask on while taking a drink, and let's see if everyone gets the Cruz treatment, or must a known Republican.

Even though he's an elected official, for AA he is a customer, and they should be concerned that one of their passengers was filmed without his permission. In this day of people uploading videos online of people who may not want their persons on social media, etc., it's time we deal with the legality of this. If a Karen tried to film me in Walmart, I'd want her information and would threaten to sue her for posting me online. It's not a given that when you're in a public place that you can be filmed by anyone at any time.

#8 Dragged into this? They took the action of "reaching out" and contacting a US Senator's office! If they harass all of their customers, it's unreasonable. If they selectively harass one, even more so. A jacked up liberal fool on twitter praying that his children catch the virus and die may miss that he was drinking the coffee in his hand and therefore NOT VIOLATING their directive, but American Airlines owns the directive and knows he was following all of Karen's little rules. They weren't dragged. They were wrong for actively and politically using their commercial service as a PR weapon against a sitting Senator.

Now they want it to be a felony, punishable by death, for a Republican to take their mask off to eat or drink. Rosen concluded saying the message of “Lean on Me” can be a foundation for a “decent” society. “If the point of a national anthem is to provide a mnemonic, a reminder in music and words of the ideas and values that this place is supposed to stand for, you could do worse than ‘Lean on Me,’” Rosen wrote.
