Goya Foods CEO Robert Unanue has doubled down on his support for Donald Trump saying 'we are with the president' and blasting protesters for 'killing our nation' amid the growing boycott of his family brand. Unanue showered more praise on Trump in an interview with Fox News Friday, just one day after he spoke at an event in the White House Rose Garden where he told Americans they were 'truly blessed' to have a leader like him. His comments sparked an instant backlash on social media and from some major political names including Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Julian Castro,

The good news for Goya - - is that none of the "protestors" buy their own food. They just wait for their mommies to bring it down to them in the basement.

I encourage all to join in! #8, I would discourage donating to a food bank. They might think you agree with them and are getting rid of them in protest. Donate something else if you want!

Does Goya have apparel to sell? Shirts, hats? Cease the opportunity! Now is the time. People at food banks don't have a clue. It 2-3 items are donated...it won't raise a flag. Food receivers have less of a clue.

Their Sazon seasoning, either in the yellow or orange boxes, is excellent in soups, especially chicken soup. Their yellow (Mexican-style rice) is the best on the market and all of their bagged rices are first rate. I grew up in Chicago and Minneapolis and Mexican food was rare back then but I married a San Diego boy and learned about Mexican cooking very quickly. Goya is high quality for very reasonable prices.

More than two dozen shootings across New York City over the weekend left a one-year-old dead and at least 34 others injured, some potentially fatally, dwarfing the number of people killed there by the coronavirus during the same period. It appears that over the weekend, particularly that fateful Saturday that left the one-year-old dead, NYC residents had a higher chance of getting shot than dying from coronavirus. While NYC has largely tamed the lethal and highly contagious coronavirus, another epidemic is starting to rear its ugly head in the city once again — violent crimes.

Ordinary people who aren’t being paid to play baseball cannot endure it except by playing it co-ed with beer, which makes practically anything endurable including watching paint dry. About 90% of baseball consists of the players standing around while touching their privates whenever the TV camera is pointed at them or sitting around the dugout pretending to watch the other team while touching their privates. They often spit. Why do people pay to see millionaires lolling about in a park and hiding in a little concrete bomb shelter while spitting and touching their privates?
