Authorities in St. Louis executed a search warrant Friday evening at the home of Mark and Patricia McCloskey, the couple who made headlines last month when they took up arms to defend their home from protesters.
During the search, police seized the rifle that Mark McCloskey was shown holding during the June 28 incident, KSDK-TV of St. Louis reported, citing information from a source.
The couple claimed the pistol that Patricia McCloskey held during the June confrontation was already in the possession of their attorney, the station reported.

He’s not going to get it back either. This creates the perfect opportunity for the BLM thugs to return in force and invade his home! Gun confiscation is now happening with impunity! Just as in this case: https://freebeacon.com/courts/woman-turns-to-supreme-court-to-get-her-guns-back/

This is what will happen to each of us if Joe Biden is elected. This DA is bought and paid for by Soros.

Although this is disgusting, it's not surprising in a 'Rat run city. He's a lawyer, he should be able to figure out what to do. Wonder if all of this will change his voting preferences?

This is what fascism looks like folks. They may come for you next. The mob is free, the home owner is not.

Your need probable cause to get a search warrant. What was their probable cause? What crime were the McCloskey's suspected of that they needed to search their home? The Communist DA needs to be kicked out of office. Law suits should be coming soon.

The "law" just put a death sentence on this couple. They need to get out of there.

#9 I didn't see it either - b/c it was not posted a year ago....
They do have 4 'friends' guarding their place last time I saw pics of the 'freedom protesters' back at their house.
Glad they can afford them, like the MN city council members in their police-free town.
Voters get what they want, assuming they are liberals, enjoy the bed you have made....

My cynical side says good. Finally a liberal has to live under the policies they support and vote for. I hope the government sanctioned mob lets them live.

This is wrong as well as illegal. Defending one's home and family is the primary reason to own a weapon. I hope this guy has the resources to fight it all the way to the top. At worst case, he can purchase another AK-47 for about six hundred bucks in a more reasonable state.

Cops leave them defenseless? That should be a crime. I certainly hope that the NRA hands over to the couple about 20 various handguns and "assault rifles" and ammunition for their own protection. That Soros funded DA in STL needs to be impeached and removed from office.

No problem for most conservatives since the cops were just "following orders" like good cops should.

They should have seen this one coming and put it somewhere other than the house...so did the police come in with SWAT gear, automatic weapons, bullet proof shields and attack dogs sent by the dumbazz prosecutor...they should be giving this guy and his wife a medal for standing up to the mob...but no, not liberals...

Once they broke that gate and trespassed onto private property they were no longer protesters. They were trespassing and rioting. There is a difference. Media needs to get it right.

Sounds like a so-called district attorney and judge need to be prosecuted under the U. S. Civil Rights Act for VIOLATING the Civil Rights of American Citizens under the color of law. Of course the us attorney for that us district doesn't have the backbone to bring charges.

Filthy gun grabbing authorities. Trespassing on private property used to be defendable by the residents thanks to Castle Doctrine. Now like in the UK, the local authorities are going to prosecute/persecute law abiding citizens who try and survive the ferals. The other thing I suspect is that the authorities are getting a little of their own back, for this guy has defended clients on the issue of police brutality in the past. Shame that the lawsuit coming their way is gonna be a doozy if the home gets invaded or even damaged by the ferals.

To #7 :
Not only is probable cause required for a warrant, but a judge needs to so rule.
Therefore, both the DA and the judge who signed the warrant need to be fired.
