Joe Biden told NBC News that he would immediately lift President Donald Trump’s June 22 moratorium on the inflow of H-1B contract workers if he wins the 2020 election.Trump “ended H1B visas the rest of this year,” Biden said in a June 27 town hall meeting organized by NBC News. “That will not be in my administration.”“The people coming on these [H-1B] visas have built this country,” Biden added.“He said the H-1Bs built this country? So the country didn’t exist before 1998? That is interesting,” responded Rosemary Jenks, policy director at NumbersUSA. If Biden is elected, she said: I think we will see an increased number of parents realizing

It is obvious that if elected Joe Biden would do whatever his handlers tell him to do.

H1B started in 1990, joe.
It’s also degenerated into little more than legal slavery, with the same economic impacts as slavery on poor Americans.
In second thought, the slavery parallels are probably why the party of slavery - the Dims - like it.

Those jobs being filled by lower wage foreign workers are taking jobs that should go to unemployed American workers. That stance on bringing in foreign workers instead of pushing for those corporations to hire out of work American workers should be a haymaker against Biden’s chances of winning the election. The immigration laws, allowing a half million of those so-called “temporary” foreign workers into the USA to take American jobs, when tens of millions of American workers are unemployed must be changed, and before any corporations can bring foreign workers into the USA those corporations must recruit and set up training centers designed to recruit and train American workers to take available American jobs.

Obama told us that the government built America’s free enterprise and wealth - You didn’t built that! Now Biden is telling us that the third world built America.
Joe kind of slobbers as he mutters, so perhaps he said immigrants *bilked* this country.

The Indian influx of IT Staffing in Fortune 500’s has ruined IT as a viable career for Americans! And once promoted int Mgmt. jobs these foreign workers bring in more and more “friends” who are really good... once they arrive the corporation finds out that the hiring was a mistake but after all the expense of sponsorship, etc. it is too late and getting the friend manager to act is impossible. So, after about 5 years they both get fired and it starts all over again...as the fired people move to a new Fortune 500 with more demands as they push US workers aside! All the while, billions of dollars are lining the pockets of congress, State and local government! A globalist One World delight! (We are the shining city of chumps” upon the hill), another Bushie gift!

No Joe, they took advantage of large Corporations wanting to PAY less for the same work by hiring H1B foreigners. You obviously signed up for this travesty and likely laughed when hard working Americans jobs were tossed to those from 'over there'! YOU are in the pocket of the CHICOMS and everyone knows it.
Go to another planet and sniff the hair of their females...I don't think you will last the trip!

According to BLM, slaves built this country. To their credit, they are more correct than Joe Biden.

We have already had this conversation with your boss. Obola said "You didn't build that" He also said "Somebody had to bring you" I sent a him a handwritten letter and explained "We build it and We brought them in the early 1600's. They served in every war in this country. You owe my ancestors an apology."
A letter you will never see in his 'digital library'

There is no shortage of tech workers in the US.
There is a shortage of tech workers willing to work for nearly minimum wage.
Myself and another several dozen were replaced by H-1Bs all in one day.
The company reduced it's wage cost to one third in that one day.
But the company committed fraud to do it. To get those H-1B's into the country the company had to swear to the immigration service that they could not find US workers to fill the jobs. When in fact they already had US workers filling the jobs. We reported the fraud to the labor department. They tried to shame us for complaining. They had complete sympathy for the H-1Bs and none for us. Many of us were out of work for a year. Many spent all their savings. Many had to sell their houses.
At other tech jobs wages have been driven down to half by the competition of H-1Bs.
An H-1B was supposed to be someone who has extremely unique skill set that only perhaps a few dozen others in the world have. It was not supposed to be for two year associate degree coders.
