It was downpouring on Halsey Street in Newark Saturday afternoon, but that didn’t stop Kween Moore from dancing in between yellow letters she helped paint on the road to spell out “ALL BLACK LIVES MATTER.” “This is including everyone,” said Moore, who is an art teacher at Greater Oaks Charter School. “That’s why ‘all’ is emphasized at the beginning because we’re not leaving anybody out. No matter your gender, no matter what shade of Black you are.”(Snip) The groups also painted “ABOLISH WHITE SUPREMACY” on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in front of the Essex County Hall of Records. Also, FTA: "Newark Arts and Cultural Affairs Director fayemi shakur (who does not capitalize the letters in her name) said the word 'all was included on the Halsey Street mural to gain more visibility for stories within the Black community that aren’t getting as much attention as Floyd’s." This is how a nation dies.

If they're going to "Abolish White Supremacy", the democrats are in big trouble, since they're the party of the KKK.

There's so much white supremacy that they've been denied the right to vote, had their rioting and looting put down, can't paint their racist messages onto streets and all businesses have refused and denied their message and they've been hunted down like China and Venezuela did to their protesters.
Oh wait....

It's a straw man argument. The question to ask is, "Who, exactly, has said that black lives don't matter?" I'll wager nobody of any significance has uttered such words in the last 50 years. The only ones who act as if they don't matter, though they don't dare say it out loud, are the Democrats who lord over the huge black ghettos.

Newark has a Black Mayorand the City Counsel consists of 5 black and 4 Hispanic (other shades of black according to the latest lunacy from AOC and the leftists). The population is 283.000 compared to over 440,000 in 1930. The population is 53% black, 34% Latino (both white and black) and 26% white but only 12% non-Hispanic white. Please explain to me how white people are the cause of anything in Newark let alone systemic racism. Note, after this exercise in stupidity was competed by the various Marxists and America Haters, Newark remained a crap-hole with a violent and and other crime rate 3 times that of the US and double that of NJ as a whole. So much for wasting paint in symbolic gestures.

What's this addition of "All"?
Backhanded acknowledgement that some black lives matter more than others or some black lives don't matter? Getting more weird, schizo and self-absorbed.

It is actually a great insult to anyone who has any talent and works very hard to perfect that talent and find enough patrons to make a living, to simply label every cretin with a spray can or paint brush as an 'Artist.'

It requires artists to paint that graffiti? And helped out by an art teacher from a charter school, no less. We're in a big mess, folks.

I know Halsey Street well. I grew up in Bloomfield a small border town nearby. Newark was our main shopping area in the 40's and 50's. We used to take the bus on Wednesday night to go shopping downtown. That was the night the stores were open until nine o'clock. Halsey was the street behind Broad St., the main thoroughfare. It had small cafes for a quick cup of coffee, smaller shops and access to the larger Department stores on Broad St. It was a respectful place back then. People always were always properly attired and groomed. We were not afraid to walk on the street after dark and we all lived harmoniously with each other. There were many ethnic groups in those days. There were Jewish, Polish, Germans, Irish, Blacks and my family was Italian. We all supported each other. We didn't have a lot back then, though we were kind and had good manners and respect for each other. After all those were the Eisenhower years.
After going away to college, I returned back to Newark to work in a excellent Hospital in downtown Newark, which has since closed. Many of my instructors during my internship in the laboratory were highly educated and Black. I admired their expertise and looked up to them. Those were good times living in the Newark NJ area. Everything started to change in the sixties with Vietnam and race riots. People moved out to the suburbs and Newark deteriorated under corrupt Democrat mayors. The rest is history. However, there is a bright spot there. A new group of hard working Portuguese immigrants have moved into the Ironbound section of Newark and have revitalized it. So there's hope. The gangs and thugs on Halsey St today, will not vote in November. They will be long gone. My guess is their a bunch of gypsies, going from place to place. Until we catch them and lock them up, this will continue, because they have no fear. Newark, once a signing city in the 1930's is no longer a city, it's a part of the NYC metro area, with an easy airport o fly into, and quick access into Manhattan through the Lincoln Tunnel.

How does painting a roadway yellow help anyone in the 'community'? It's a tragedy they will settle for empty gestures.

I can think of a few messages they might want to paint. I am sure you can come up with some good advice too.
Do not have children out of wedlock.
There is more to school than the free breakfast and free lunch.
You do not have to have sex with everyone who knocks on your front door.
There is more to being a good dad than buying diapers and wipes.
Get a job, any job, and work your way up.
Do not drink, use drugs, hang with the wrong crowd, break the law on a daily basis.
Stop shooting each other.

I subscribe to the feeling of BTLDM! I really think bLACK Thugs Lives Don't Matter. I've never been racist, but this 13% of the population 'demanding' more unearned largesse is starting to change me. The bLACKS that I see robbing train cars of big screen TV's, robbing, looting and vandalizing public and private property, will honestly, never be contributing members of American society. Anyone who believes these miscreants will ever amount to anything more than leeches on the public teat, are living in a dream world, or they're democrats.

So what makes them think they're entitled to erect their monuments and create a new world in a world they didn't build and they certainly didn't win a battle over? Can someone who disagrees with them tear up their "art"? Would they consider that a fair fight? Social "battles" and shaming don't equal military conquest. You can make someone bow the knee at the barrel of a gun, but you can't force someone to really think the way you want them to by screaming and acting like spoiled, ignorant fools. The fascists who tried to burn down a police station screamed bloody murder when the police fought back. Who taught these idiots this nonsense? Never mind, I know the answer. They were taught this foolishness by old, worn out, loser, bout to die leftists. Leftists are masters of deconstruction, but they can't build anything worth a darn. Yet, they foolishly believe they're the smartest people on the planet, when they're dumb as doorknobs.

So it's like Henry Ford said of the Model T: "You can have any color you want, as long as it's black."

Newark Mayor Ras Baraka (whose father was a Marxist bLACK supremacist "poet") banned hate groups from the failed city, yet allows enormous and unmistakably racist messages to appear in the crumbling and violent streets. Kween Moore could instead have painted ONLY instead of ALL, but maybe they ran out of paint.
