Burien, Wash.—Almost all of the city of Burien's Pride flags were stolen from downtown this week and the police are now investigating the incident.
Burien city leaders discovered that 38 of the 40 Pride flags installed downtown had been removed and stolen, according to a city press release. The flags were put up by Discover Burien in support of Pride Month, which is recognized in June as a way to celebrate members of the LGBTQ+ community and commemorate the Stonewall riots that occurred on June 28, 1969.

You could call it a false flag attack.

No Pride flags? That’s a shame.

Thirty-eight homosexual flags out of 40 were stolen. That's a shame. They didn't get all of them.
I expect the cops to search as diligently for them as they would if they were American flags. Right?

It's theft, regardless of one's opinion about the gay movement.
How is it different than the crimes committed in the removal of statues?

Burn and loot, tear down any statue, and the police are nowhere to be found, but steal a flag celebrati g perversion and the police will be out leaving no stone unturned.

#4 - No difference. I think that's the point. We are beyond a polite society agreeing to disagree. The Marxists introduced this tactic...all's fair. To quote Andrew Brietbart, "WAR!"

An upstate NY city joined the anarchy crowd by removing your right to free speech by proudly charging a guy criminally for removing a rainbow flag from a pole, then tossing it into the city's lockbox. Now it's criminal to remove a gay flag but perfectly acceptable to stomp on the stars and stripes and even burn it. It's de jour to get rid of the Bill of Rights now. Worse yet, the tv coverage had the flag flying at the same level as the rainbow one. I was taught that no flag can be flown above the U.S. flag nor in tandem with it because the flag always occupied the higher position. That's the result of 50 years of public school indoctrination for you as well as electing demonrats..

Kind of surprised they weren’t replaced by Confederate flags and nooses.

Anyone want to start a betting pool on how long it is until they find out that some homosexual activists took these flags so they could claim they are "victims of a hate crime"?????

Maybe instead of hijacking the pleasant looking Rainbow as their symbol of what they do, the LGBTQ community should have designed a flag that pictures exactly what they do and nobody else would want it.

Good Grief. They have maniacs taking over the city and they worry about this? Although a lot safer for a Police Officer to investigate this heinous crime against humanity.

Alphabet soup pride dilutes their message, so they dropped what it is that they're proud of from the name. Celebrating pride is like celebrating gluttony or envy. How about a Seven Deadly Sins Day? I'd rather celebrate Cardinal Virtues Week.

38 flags. Just enough material for Hillary to make another pant suit.

I despise leftists for their practice of distorting words until they become a meaningless perversion. When I was a child my Dad told me that God placed the rainbow in the sky as a promise He would never again flood the earth. The rainbow was hijacked by Black Panthers in 1969 with their 'Rainbow Coalition', which Jessie Jackson used to facilitate his race pimping operations into the 'Rainbow Push Coalition'. It was then hijacked again by the gheys (gay is another hijacked word!) who transformed it into a sexual, rather than racial symbol. Today, when I see a rainbow in the sky, my mind struggles to remove the vile association with sex and race and give the proper glory to God.

Putting "pride" on everything and using the word constantly indicates more of a lack of pride than anything else. If you have to repeatedly say you are proudly gay then maybe you aren't so sure yourself.

It's hardly inclusive and welcoming when Homosexual Pride is shoved down your throat as you go about your business. By NY Gov. Hunky Cuomo's lights, taking down those oppressive flags would constitute a healthy expression of opinions.
