He’s right! His government HAS abandoned him and the others! A government that does not protect its citizens is not a government at all! Despicable mayor! Despicable governor!

"His own government has abandoned him'' - Yes, exactly. His mayor and his governor. And how did he vote before? How will he vote in November? Does he grasp that this is caused by WHO the city of Seattle and state of Washington has put into positions of power? Life is ALL about choices. Who you vote for, or if you vote or not, is a very important one of life's many choices. Think about it, HARD before you support any Democrat, EVER.

I watched/listened to about 7:30 of the interview and he finally admitted that his own government he supported and that he elected had abandoned him. Yeah, his situation is bad. Its a wake up call to what dimocrats are about. Will he change? Doubtful. He probably thinks he just needs better dimocrats.

I watched the whole video and it is clear he only has a partial clue - he knows the government he supported has abandoned him and his neighbors, and there's a lot of violence around him. Unfortunately he still buys into the "peaceful protest" BS,and somehow thinks if the barricades come down everything will be OK. The barricades are the least of his problems.

Patty Murray (D-WA) and Sen. Maria Cantwell (D-WA) on the armed and violent terrorist hate groups occupying Seattle? Are they abandoning their constituents?

Brandon needs to take off his jammies, put down his hot chocolate and go buy an AR-15 (or the Biden model AR-14) and about 500 rounds of ammo. Then he should stay awake all night whimpering. If he's still afraid of the mini-Ninjas he could always give them his house.

A lot of people like Brandon will NEVER get it. They are totally in a fantasy world and the base for that is hating normals, Republicans, and anything good about long standing traditions. They vote for empty slogans, get worse and worse results and when it really gets bad, like now, they will start raving about President Trump not doing enough to stop it. The last thing they want to do is look in a mirror and admit the right was right.

I lived on Capitol Hill for 9 years, and I get the hell out in 1994 when things started getting completely out of hand. At first, it was subtle: the sly insults at dinner parties, the shunning behavior. Then it got progressively worse, to the point where I felt unwelcome in my own city, simply because I´m a Conservative who votes Republican. (No one seemed to notice that that characterization describes half the American people.) I moved to California, and even that was better. There was a solid Republican governor at the time (Pete Wilson), and a kind of power-sharing system in Sacramento. During the 2000s, though, things got much worse, and by 2013 I was ready to return to my native Texas. Ahh, Texas. Good ol´Texas. Socialism is hell.

In truth, the clingers, the deplorables, the irredeemables, and Joe Biden’s “dregs” have very little in common with those who so libel them, but superficially share supposedly omnipotent and similar skin color. In the past, we saw such tensions among so-called whites in CNN’s reporting of the allegedly toothless rubes at Trump rallies, in the Strzok-Page text trove about Walmart’s smelly patrons, in the callous coastal disregard for the five-decade wasting away

President Trump gave an inspirational speech at West Point on Saturday, pitched at the Class of 2020, which will carry the burden of seeing the country through this turning point in its history. Not that you would know much about the speech because the usual suspects — including formerly respected military leaders — decided yet again to rain on the president’s parade, drowning out a unifying message with their latest creative iteration of Trump Derangement Syndrome. For them, no crisis is so serious that it can’t be grafted onto their psycho-narrative that Bad Orange Man is to blame for everything that has ever gone wrong in America.

Three cities, all supremely liberal, represent an American descent into anarchy against which no one is standing. After New York Mayor Bill de Blasio said he wanted to slash the police budget, the New York City Council is going about cutting $1 billion from that budget, about 16%. That will inevitably cause a reduction of police presence around the city and, with equal inevitability, result in an increase in crime. In Minneapolis, where George Floyd was killed in police custody on May 25, the city council plans to disband its police force entirely. On Friday, the city council voted to replace the police with a “community-led public safety system.”
