Trump administration proposes
major asylum overhaul

The Trump administration proposed a major rewrite of the asylum system Wednesday, curtailing the types of dangers that can qualify for protections and effectively barring those who fear domestic abuse or gang violence from getting asylum. Officials said they are returning asylum to what Congress intended: a protection for racial, political or religious minorities fleeing government persecution, rather than a safety valve for more mundane developing-world problems. Under the proposed rule, issued by the Homeland Security and Justice departments, migrants who traveled through other countries to reach the U.S. could be denied asylum. Domestic abuse, personal feuds, endemic crime or gang violence

Comments:

Hollow gesture now; should have been done and passed 3 years ago. Is there a place where white people can be free from the Marxists and the BLACK domestic terrorists and allies, seeing how our Best and Bravest stand by with hands in pockets while violent mobs destroy our cities and redefine the culture in ways openly hostile to anyone bearing the original sin of not being BLACK?

Our country is like a large truck teetering on a cliff edge with the cab hanging over the abyss and Trump is trying to move things piece by piece to the back so we don't go on over. The Democrats, of course, who drove us here in the first place, are jumping up and down hoping we fall.

Yes that is right #1, and they do it with the help always of just enough Deep State beholden, open borders, cheap labor loving RINOs helping Democrats along.

The focus should be on insane asylums and the bulk of Congress would be a good bunch to commit.

What he really needs to do is overhaul the Insane Asylum System. We need about 200 million padded cells, because about 2/3 of our population are mostly to completely insane.

The US asylum laws have been eroded by activist liberal judges, and the Democrats, who are looking to import as many millions of poor and uneducated future socialist oriented foreign born prospective Democrat voters as possible. The way the asylum system stands now, a couple of billion mostly all very poor and uneducated people from all over the world could qualify to gain residence in the USA, all they would have to do is appear at America's borderlines and apply for asylum. The leftist and liberal Democrat position on that is that all foreigners in unlimited numbers should be allowed into the USA to pursue their individual asylum cases up to the US Supreme Court. If that were to happen, and Joseph Biden is for that, the USA as we know it now would be destroyed. Can you imagine the Democrat proposed open borders political position becoming reality with the very contagious Chinese created COVID-19 virus lurking within those asylum seeking population groups? The asylum related regulatory chances are very important to the future of the USA. Just watch as the Democrats and activist liberal judges immediately attempt to sabotage them.

Amazon is reportedly considering removing the immensely popular 1970s series “The Dukes of Hazzard” from its streaming library as it reviews its content offerings in the wake of racial tensions and protests happening throughout the US. The TV series ran on CBS for seven seasons from 1979 until 1985. It follows the adventures of Bo and Luke Duke, who create mischief in their fictional small town of Hazzard County, Ga. The show has been criticized over the years, specifically for the boys’ well-known car, The General Lee, which is emblazoned with a confederate flag on the roof.(Snip) In 2015, TV Land pulled
