Washington and Seattle Democrats have shown that they are incapable of maintaining order and civility in Washington State. Trump is showing leadership by providing fair warning that they must act to suppress the anarchy they have tolerated so far. Washington Gov. Jay Inslee and Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan must be reminded that we are an nation of laws. Either do your jobs or get out of the way!!

I find it humorous- as in gallows humor- that Antifa- against fascism- is not extorting money from business, asking for armed guards to volunteer protect border, and the homeless are their food- I applaud President Trump reminding that it is state and local issue- and the elected officials need to act.. I am a tad worried this plays into the optics Saul Alinsky would say is opportunity to use to further agenda- destroy America- take down Trump.

President Trump warned them they need to act fast, but Durkan and Inslee only try to one-up the president instead of taking care of the problem. Now the anarchists are trying to become armed, and this could all end up very ugly.

President Trump has to avoid this madness since it is a local & state problem. Keep federal officers / marshals away from this armed insurrection unless residents trapped inside are left at the mercy of the Antifa and BLM goons. Let the goon loving governor and mayor solve the problem.

And look what they are throwing into the pot of grievances: The list of demands are followed by a statement: “Although we have liberated Free Capitol Hill in the name of the people of Seattle, we must not forget that we stand on land already once stolen from the Duwamish People, the first people of Seattle, and whose brother, John T. Williams of the Nuu-chah-nulth tribe up north was murdered by the Seattle Police Department 10 years ago.”

First arrest Inslee and Durkan for malfeasance in office for failing to uphold the responsibilities of their office. Use National Guard. Second put those two in front of the National guard as they surround the area controlled by these trash. When they are inevitably shot, yse that as the excuse to take the Capitol back by force and with severe prejudice. Take no prisoners

President Trump is in a no-win situation on this, and that is exactly why George Soros ordered it!!! If President Trump doesn't take action soon, the Demon-Rats (and their minions in the MSM) will declare how weak he is and how he doesn't lead when it's needed. If he sends in the National Guard or military to break this up, he will be accused of being a fascist dictator who is emulating Hitler!!!! Fortunately, President Trump could really care less about what the Demon-Rats think about him, and he will do what is needed to stop this insanity. God bless our country, President Trump, and police officers everywhere!!!! We need it now more than ever!!!!

Earlier than anticipated, the clueless dweebs who began this siezure of property are falling apart in both planning and logistics. They are being led, of all things, by a rap "musician." They are already begging for food. They are asking for armed volunteers to take the first volley when somebody decides to take it back. Inslee is in a bad spot for refusing help from the NG and Donald Trump is in the catbird seat. All he has to do is wait this out. People are going to die and it will not be the President's fault, nobody can blame him since he already offered help and it was refused. Thugs are robbing the hostages and will soon begin killing them. BIG black eye for Inslee, the protestors and Antifa. Donald Trump once again shows wise leadership and the opposition are making themselves look like fools.

All revolutions lead to civil war, when the victors fight it out for control. The US Civil War wasnt, it was a war of secession. ANTIFA declared themselves a separate nation.....with no plan. No resources, an infrastructure dependent on the enemy and a captive population. The right thing to do is to send in the troops and put it down. The amusing thing to do would be to barricade them in and wait them out. .....After cutting off the utilities and preventing thru traffic.

I knew that they would start forcing people in their control, without police protection any more, to pay them off. They are thugs, thugs want money and power. Totally predictable. The question is now, how far does Trump let these Antifa-Democrats Inslee and Durkan destroy the city, and infringe on people's civil rights before it is necessary to send in Federal troops to restore order? Seems like Trump needs to directly meet with the Governor and Mayor, and video the meeting. Tell them that they are responsible for the lives and rights of the people who have been effectively kidnapped, and give them some period of time to solve this, or he will solve it for them. Of course, it is likely that they are happy to let this run essentially forever. Seems like a early AM surgical strike by spec ops with night vision has the best chance of the fewest casualties, innocent and guilty, both. At this point, I see no chance of a fully peaceful resolution, and there will almost certainly be some blood shed to resolve this. That is unfortunate, but these thugs have made their choice to be violent. Depending on how this goes, it could help or hurt the President in the election. Of course, whatever he does, the Enemedia will scream that it was "too much force" or "he was too weak".....there will be no possibility that the media will say anything good about anything Trump does, as usual.

Things to do that don't require full scale military intervention: - set up facial recognition cameras outside their perimeter; establish identities of armed perps - determine weapons trail; come on ATF, you can do it - establish linkages with co-conspirators and friends on the outside; start squeezing financially or otherwise - respond to requests for more arms and ammo; sabotage both. Be careful, spread out the bad stuff among several lots; watch heads explode - literally - subpoena Inslee's, the mayor's and the Chief of Police bank accounts The day is young; I can probably think up a few more. -

The imagery couldn’t be more direct. Across the nation, rioting and unrest that has killed black Americans and destroyed black neighborhoods has included the defacement of historic monuments, including those to abolitionists. The last wave of monument destruction, in 2017, largely focused on Confederates and slave holders, erasing all the accomplishments of figures such as George Washington and Thomas Jefferson with a scarlet S, for slave-holder. This time, the ignorance has descended even further. The rioters are now tearing down and defacing memorials wantonly, apparently assuming that if someone is being celebrated that person is “probably a racist,” as the image below says.

The U.S. Army under President Barack Obama turned down the suggestion in 2015 of renaming military bases that had been named for Confederate generals. The idea emerged in the wake of the mass shooting at the Mother Emanuel AME Church in Charleston, South Carolina, in which a white supremacist murdered nine black parishioners.
