Rev. Al Sharpton, who delivered the eulogy at George Floyd’s funeral in Houston on Tuesday, invoked scripture to rip President Trump during a rant on the reality of “wickedness in high places,” using the president’s visit to St. John’s Episcopal Church — which caught fire during a night of violent riots in D.C. — as an example.Sharpton appeared at the Fountain of Praise Church in Houston, Texas, to deliver the eulogy for Floyd and used the address to target the president, invoking scripture in an attempt to seemingly build the case of Trump embodying “wickedness in high places.”Sharpton said: Breath is sanctified. Breath is sacred.

While salvation is available for all men, I'm not sure Sharpton will make it.

Any church that allows this liar to 'preach' should not be allowed to be called a church. A camp maybe or hangout for 2 year college dropouts who NEVER went to a religious institute and NEVER was ordained or titled as a preacher of any sort for any religion. People who attribute any legitimacy to this liar are in league with the Devil. They really are. Of course no one in the satanic media will ask him how he dares to call himself a Reverend. Another rat hero.

To correct the article: It didn’t catch fire; it was set on fire. Big difference.
As usual, shame on Sharpton.

Trump is not wickedness....Sharp tongue is wicked and through. I am so sick and disgusted by the constant lies about the President and their trying to blame him for everything that is wrong, including things that happened before he was born!! It used to all be Bush's fault, but now everything wrong in the world is Trump's fault. Problem is....the idiots believe it!!!!

I remember being in Kindergarten and putting on the play "The Three Billy Goats Gruff". Sharpton is like the old troll that lived under the bridge. Useless and just taking up space.

What the cops did was awful (if true that the knee did the trick rather than snorting drugs), but the demonrat murder party is celebrating a porn star and a felon; ergo, Sharpton fits right in.

Sharpton's a fine one to talk of wickedness. Years ago he led a series of vile protests against a Jewish Iranian merchant who had a store in Harlem and who sublet space to a black merchant. One of Al's followers took his words to heart and torched the store, Freddy's Fashion Mart, killing 7 people -- including local girls were worked there and customers. Rev Al ran away from that as fast as he could...'not my fault...' He was never called to account for seven deaths and the destruction of two businesses.

Al Sharpton’s usage of a verse from Ephesians 6:10-18 in what appears to be a deliberate effort to denigrate President Trump is not only a misinterpretation of Scripture, but also an abuse of Scripture for personal gain; when people seeking to use Scriptures to personal advantage, they may be “bringing about their own destruction for treating the word of God that way.” Scripture is never to be “misused in order to gain some personal advantage over another person.”
The Scripture verse Al Sharpton chose comes from Ephesians 6:12, “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, AGAINST THE SPIRITUAL FORCES OF EVIL IN THE HEAVENLY PLACES.” The meaning of the verse has to do with the ultimate battle between God’s SPIRITUAL FORCES and the devil’s. St. Paul, while in chains, wrote the letter to the Ephesians to encourage them to “stand against the schemes of the devil.”
Against Scripture’s teachings, Al Sharpton is judging President Trump: “Judge not, that you be not judged. ... Why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? ...” (Matthew 7:1-5)

I wonder, does anyone else wonder, why this race baiting bigot "man of god" was invited to deliver the eulogy at George Floyd's "funeral service"? Why members of the bigoted nation of islam (!) were there to "provide security"? Floyd family members (brothers Philonise, Terrence and sister Bridgett) have been publicly reported to have called for nonviolence, peaceful protests and love; she even stated that Mr. Floyd was a G-d fearing man. So, where's the "love" and genuine belief in G-d The Almighty, The G-d of Avraham, Yitzhak and Yaakov, when Sharpton and the Nation of Islam are included and featured in the services for a "G-d fearing man"?
Inquiring minds want to know. . .asking for a friend.

Al quoting scriptures. Is he dead? That's right, God's laughing. The Bible says God laughs at the wicked, because He knows their end is near. As much as leftists think they are gods, they have no control over their lives (whether they're here today or gone tomorrow) just like the rest of us they think they lord over.

The Biden campaign is falsely claiming that the reason that Biden did not make a personal appearance at the last Floyd funeral yesterday is because the Floyd family did not want to make the funeral appear to be political, but then the family, most likely taking advice from their politicized lawyer, allowed the Rev. Al Sharpton to do his customary political rant at the funeral!
Obviously the real reason for Biden’s non-appearance at the funeral was because the Biden campaign knows that it must keep their senile old coot candidate hidden in his basement, consigned to reading off answers to questions, comments, and statements that are in scripts pre-written for him by political operatives, and then read off electronic monitors and TelePrompTers of some type, as if you watch Biden’s eyes as he gives his comments on TV you can clearly see that he is reading all his messages.
In such an age related mental state common sense will tell you there is no way that Biden could confront and negotiate in person with very adversarial or potentially enemy world leaders, or command the US armed forces or the US strategic nuclear forces.
Clearly the leftist and liberal Democrats are covertly pushing Biden as a placeholder for whoever Barack Obama and the Democrat Super Delegates will pick as Biden’s Vice Presidential partner, obviously a person who could never be directly elected President based upon her own merits, but is favored in keeping with Democrat identity based politics, and who if that yet unknown politician and Biden are elected, will be expected to take over from Biden as President after a short interval with Biden retiring for health related reasons. That has to be the current covert Democrat political gameplay for the November election.

FTA; Sharpton said: “Breath is sanctified. Breath is sacred. You don’t have the right to take God’s breath out of anybody.” Sharpton is pro-abortion, hypocrite.
