MSNBC host Al Sharpton rejected the NFL’s apology for “not listening to its players” and demanded that the league “give Colin Kaepernick a job back.”Speaking at the funeral of George Floyd in Houston, Texas, Sharpton brought the NFL into his remarks saying NFL chief Roger Goodell’s recent address to the players’ concerns about racial injustice was an “empty apology.” At the funeral that turned into a political rally, Sharpton went on the attack saying, “The head of the NFL said, ‘Yeah, maybe we was wrong. Football players, maybe they did have the right to peacefully protest.’ Well, don’t apologize, give

'Motor Mouth Sharpton' and 'Kaepernick The Looser' should just board an east ward bound steamer and return to the land of their ancestors!

Something tells me that stadiums across the USA won't be able to give tickets away this season. The stadiums will be empty, just like Sharpton's rhetoric and Kapernick's head.

Hey al, why don't you give him a job? Spend some of those millions you have swindled over the years.

I wonder which team will be sacrificed to give Kaepernick a QB job. You know someone has to to shut up the mob.

Poor NFL and Roger.
This is the beginning. From now on, nothing (n-o-t-h-i-n-g) will ever be enough.
How’s ‘bout let’s start with a black Commissioner.

# 6, I hope it hasn't come to the point you're suggesting. But given all the insanity we're dealing with today you might be right.

Huh, they said that Biden would on second thought not be attending that last George Floyd funeral because they did not want the service to appear to be political. But then they invite the Reverend Al. Sharpton, who is always 100% political, to give the big address.
Clearly the absolute real reason that Biden did not attend the funeral is that he is sliding into age related senility with declining cognitive abilities to the point that he never could have stood up in front of the Church and give a spontaneous and comprehensive talk of more then a couple of sentences without becoming incoherent and stepping all over himself. That’s why the Democrat political operatives want Biden to stay in his basement.

Since when was “demanding” this and that persuasive to anybody other than morons? Traditionally, If if something is helpful, honest and reliable, it will usually be accomplished. Demands are what spoiled brats do presently to control their already brow beaten parents.

Possibly, the team that is 'forced' to hire Colon Kaeperniuck' will give him the wienie concession ?
He has to be the biggest crying wienie to ever wear a uniform. And NFL Commish Goodell , with his ignorant concession speech has got to be right there with him! Looks like both have worked hard to 'kill' sports football?

I wish some idjit NFL owner (except the Packers, of which I am a season ticket holder and part owner) would just go and sign Kapernick. We'll find out pretty quick the reason he hasn't played in the NFL the past four years or whatever is that he wasn't that good of a player. Maybe one or two decent seasons, but not over his carerr. Please, somebody (other than the Packers) sign this guy and shut up all the know-it-alls.

Goodell needs Kaepernick as his Deputy Commissioner for Social Justice, to oversee on-field demonstrations, recently approved by the Comish. Maybe Goodell will wash a few feet while he tours camps in the pre-season. Colin can hand him the towels.

2nd post....What if...a team actually does take on Kapernick?
What would get people back in the stadiums? Watching his offensive line let him get gang-sacked, play after play. Imagine the cheering.

Not good enough to stay in the NFL in the first place in his "prime", yet ready to come back to the NFL after 4 years of not practicing with NFL-level players?
Yeah . . .no.
