Someone has to apologize to these officers and their families. He should not escape prosecution this time.

The police did nothing but enforce the law and that geezer got what he deserved. He should not have been there in the first lace.

Maybe they knocked some sense into him. A 75-year old should know better.

Heck, Pelosi is 80 and she hasn’t learned a darn thing. Age doesn’t necessarily bring wisdom.

Good vs Evil
We’re watching it in slow motion
His ass needs Justice!
Make him an example
And apologize to those two men!
And drop those phony charges
We all see and know what the truth is out there

If provocateurs like that guy can put his hands on police officers and get away with doing that, it won’t be long before a lot of experienced and trained police officers will voluntarily resigning and will be looking for new careers.

This thought had briefly crossed my mind when this first happened. Gugino is a big guy and he was the right age to have been a rioter in the 1970's. Scary & fascinating to watch the video of him using his phone to 'skim' the cops communications. I wonder if the 'blood' coming out of his ear is fake? He seemed to not have any real injuries from falling.

The old guy is a professional agitator. He stole the officers communications codes so Antifa could track and listen to the officers, and provoked the incident, with his Antifa friends looking on with a camera so it could immediately be released to the media. The whole thing was a set up.

Some people just can't seem to let go of their childhood ambitions. I believe that the saying is, "there is no fool like an old fool."

So much for the old adage that with age comes wisdom. Your 75 years old, and your just as stupid as some teenager.

As someone who has looked through viewfinders for more than 50 years my first question on any video is "who's 'shooting'"?
The shooter shot "landscape" not "portrait"?
I recently managed an epic face plant a few weeks ago (never underestimate the determination of 30lb+ doxie - and the have leverage on their side!) ended up with first case of face hamburger in over 40 years - I see no such on him

#14 did you also cross your ankles when you fell? This guy did. He took a dive. And the blood pouch is at the back of his head. Too much “blood “ to fast. I spent 33 years behind the camera too. I questioned the framing. And the shout from the peanut gallery.

In 6 years as a medic, USAF, handling hundreds of trauma cases, if not more, I never saw blood running out of an ear that way - even with gun suicides,
This was a theatrical set up, with the coordination before the man took an NBA flop. If news organizations still had journalists, they would check out Gugino and give us the full story.

Funny thing about that sturdy-looking tall white-haired geezer protester - he has been at protesting and activism since forever… a real pro protester. He should have known you don’t reach out toward a cop….ever. A nefarious character… and the cops took the fall… Now the City of Buffalo has lost a whole special unit. It is said they’ll be back, but in other jobs. Stupid...
