Just when it felt like the country was completely falling apart comes great news: surprising, unprecedented job growth along with clear signs that the national pandemic has ebbed far from its peak.
This doesn’t resolve the convulsions following the killing of George Floyd, but at least America is finally starting to put the previous crisis behind.
Even as much of the nation has begun to reopen, economists predicted that the May jobs numbers would continue to depress. Many predicted US unemployment to reach Depression-era levels of around 20 percent.

Great news. Watch, the left will throw something else at us to destroy this good news. I never saw such a destructive organization (DNC) in my entire life. They will stop at nothing! They will destroy everything that we worked for and the safety of our family for power. The last 3 1/2 years the democrats have tried everything. They are not recruiting Antifa, BLM and other destructive organizations to do their dirty work. I want the people of the United States to vote everyone of them out of office.

This year began with my dog dying and went downhill from there. We knew that the months leading up to Donald Trump's reelection would be tumultuous but I must say that the dimbulb democrats have put out quite an effort. Too bad they couldn't put as much effort into building up the country but then they wouldn't be democrats.

My suggestion to the Bureau of Labor Statistics is to start publishing these reports in detail by state as well as a national summary. The reason is that this will show conclusively where the recovery and growth is coming from, namely from the red states. That way, the blue states and their enemedia allies can stay locked down and stamp their little Karen feets all they want, but the country will know the source and reasons for both the good part(y) of the economy and the bad part(y) too.
Defund the Enemedia.

Looking like I should have left my 401k where it was. Oh well. At least it hasn't lost any more. A little suspicious that there will be a second crash in the Fall.

#4, I let my retirement funds remain in stocks but it was an internal struggle that I questioned many times. I knew the historical patterns but this Bat Flu nonsense was a brand new crisis. The total is now within 2.5 percent of where it was in January and Donald Trump's reelection will cement the decision. I figure if the democrats get their filthy mitts on the country again, savings and retirement in any form will be worthless because it's guaranteed they will destroy everything next time around.

#2, you have my sympathy. We had to put down our 14 year old pit yesterday. She was the sweetest dog we’ve ever had.
As to the markets, I just sat on my investments during the whole Covid nonsense and they are now almost back to pre-virus value. Thank you, President Trump! Making America Great AGAIN

Tough luck for the democrats. Everything they have tried has failed. They are truly the coyote against the roadrunner!
The sad thing is that everything they have tried has hurt the working people and minorities the most. I suspect that a lot of democrat voters are now going to be President Trump voters.

I rarely looked at my investments during the past 3 months since I figured I'd be OK.
Scripture tells me that we own nothing; everything belongs to the Lord. He's provided for me fairly generously and He expects me to manage His money according to His instructions. I try to do that.
I took a look at my investments earlier this week for the first time in a while; I lost very little and I've recouped it and exceeded the amount I had pre-plandemic. I am grateful.

My sympathies also, 2. I'm not a dog person, but I wonder: if it's true 'all dogs go to heaven', perhaps instead of 'put down' we could say; 'send up' ? Bet she has a nice new circle of friends.

#6, We have had to do that with a cat, and it is a terribly, terribly sad duty.
My sincere condolences.
We kept all of our retirement investments in place, as others here did, and I decided to double down. We bought four companies' stocks in late April. As of Friday, those new purchases are up about a new Honda Accord's worth in about 6 weeks.
Never bet against America, or Americans.
