Go ahead, Bush, publicly back Biden

Boni posted a link at Lucianne.com to the Juan Williams' column, "Bush could strike blow for Biden."
Then Boni wrote, "'Well, this is a surprise,' said no conservative, ever."
The Family Bush has really been living up to that name by acting bush league since Donald John Trump arrived on the presidential scene. Mr. and Mrs. 41 were actual supporters of Hillary once Jeb! was trumped. But 43 seemed resigned to being viewed as a failure by history, and is too busy painting to bother with politics.
Williams wants the Ex-Presidents to band together to stop President Donald John Trump.
GW was once a national hero
Now he's just a member of the Romney RINO league. Very sad.

Surber does an interesting analysis. First, he doesn’t believe W will get involved in what is essentially a Lincoln Project project. And even if he did, Surber believes it would not work. The #NeverTrumpers didn’t succeed. This won’t either. His last remark is on Williams.

The Bushes have already done it in '16. What difference will it make?

The Bush family thought they had a divine right to the presidency but the Republican base had other ideas and sent Heb! packing. I don't care what he thinks or says, and none of my conservative friends do either.

I wonder if the Bushes and the rest of the RINO Republican contingent understand that after Trump's second term most of us are not coming back into the fold. Trump has really highlighted who the true enemies of the country and conservatism are.

If Bush endorses Biden, it will befoul what little family legacy still survives after Jeb.
Virtually everyone who backed Bush has now abandoned him as a leader of conservatism and the Republican Party. He was a good man who got the country moving against terrorism after 911, but he failed to recognize the threats from within. He left the party weakened and prey to the radicalism of the left. The degraded party could only field McCain, "Mr. Cold War", and Romney,' Mr. Mormon" neither of whom could get elected and were "filler" candidates.
Bottom line: Bush inherited his political base by default. Conservatives had nowhere else to go. Now his endorsement means nothing to Democrats or Republicans, each having reasons to ignore it.
If the Democrats really want to lose the next election, they should get an endorsement from Jeb and get him out on the campaign trail with Biden.

Williams wants ex-presidents to band together?? This is new?? Carter, is he still with us here on earth? The Bushes have always been progressives and the community organizer punk?? He is cheering on the looters! So what else is new Williams? President Trump will have them for breakfast and could care less for their company!

I like GWB.
He had his faults and his failures. I was disappointed on many occasions, but I respect the man and the fact that he did the job. I'm just not into complaining about the past because it won't do any good.
Therefore, GWB should remain quiet.
He did fail to confront the evil in the Democrat party. He was a political wimp and an appeaser. He allowed the left to walk all over him and therefore, all over me. I found that immensely frustrating.
Should he decide to speak out against Trump now, he WILL lose my respect.

Remember the Bush family is of the banker globalist investor class. That’s why G. W. Bush was so eager to assist the Saudis who were in the USA during the 9-11 attacks. The globalist investor class would be much more likely to cozy up to the Chinese Communists who earlier this year facilitated the covert importation of the COVID-19 virus into the USA, thus setting the table for a pretext to cause massive civil unrest in the US inner cities, rather than accept an invitation to the White House. As for G.W. Bush, he refused to effectively support both his personal and professional reputations and political policies and programs, as the leftist and liberal Democrats kicked him into the gutter for years, resulting in the Obama years.

GW's legacy: appointed John Roberts Chief Justice, left town at the end of his term, saying capitalism has failed, and handing over a $770B slush fund to the Obama administration, all followed up with endorsing Hillary. How many losses does a person get before they are thrown in the trashbin of history?

yes, the whole three votes that the useful idiot, bush the younger, will accumulate for mr biden (who is led around by the hand by his wife) will make a huge difference in the November election. gw dunderhead can't influence an election for dog catcher. he is a complete and total failure, just like his father.

@#11 - Your post should be enshrined on a plaque at the main entrance of the Bush 43 Library.

Bush should do us all a favor & change parties. For 8 years he was silent when Obama destroyed the economy & military.
