An upstate New York woman now faces federal charges for allegedly firebombing a police vehicle in Brooklyn, as protests across the country grow increasingly violent following the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis nearly a week ago. Samantha Shader, 27, of Catskill, already had been charged with four counts of attempted murder, as well as attempted arson, assault, reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon. Shader has now been charged by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York with using an improvised incendiary device to damage or destroy a NYPD vehicle, the Brooklyn court said Sunday.

So what? Seriously, this is the Soviet Socialist Repulik of New York, so she will get a slap on the wrist punishment and not serve a day in prison from some lie-beral judge. This happens every time lie-berals do bad things. Lie-berals secretly all praise the vermin that does the action, and then lie-beral judges let them off without any real consequences. So excuse me if I don't hold my breath waiting for any sense of real "justice" in this case!!!

Serious question - why isn't she being charged with attempted murder? Or assault? It's not like she threw that deadly thing at an empty car.

For those of you who don't know, "Upstate NY" is defined as any area above the NYC line, whether it's only an inch above the line. They better be prosecuted and sentenced to the max, but the problem lie in that the prosecution would be held in a NYC courtroom by a subversive demonrat judge and jury. Prosecution should be turned over to a law and order area.

My colleagues and I at American Majority work day in and day out to equip candidates with the tools they need to campaign effectively. We train would-be candidates on everything from “get-out-the-vote” efforts to fundraising and messaging. Above all, we train candidates to reach voters’ hearts, not just their minds, and to pay attention to how they formulate their platform and express it.It’s not just about winning arguments in the abstract. It’s about winning people over. So we train candidates to find a message that is not only true to their values, but one that will resonate and address voters’ concerns. After two straight nights of looting in Chicago, the scene almost seemed normal.A man waited across the street as officers sped down Division Street and scattered looters from a Target store that had its glass doors shattered. After the last unmarked police SUV drove away around midnight Sunday, the man walked into the Wicker Park Target and spent several minutes inside. He came out with just one box of beer and passed it around to a handful of others standing outside. With downtown Chicago cordoned off by the National Guard, violence spread into the neighborhoods Sunday night and early Monday as clashes with police continued

Portland-based independent journalist Andy Ngo has extensively reported on the far-left extremist group called Antifa and long cautioned that violent acts that have occurred in some sections of America could be easily replicated, but he says media on both sides of the political spectrum failed to take him seriously. “The left-wing media, liberal media, establishment media, legacy media, has many sympathies toward the Antifa goal. The superficial resistance against the Trump administration, against conservatism, against the GOP, they have that in common with them,” Ngo told Fox News. “Liberal ignorance of what and who Antifa actually are and their history.”

Although Pennsylvania state law prohibits Philadelphia from enacting all of the gun control measures the city’s leaders wish, the city’s website reads like a gun control propaganda sheet. The city’s progressive leaders believe that guns should not be widely owned by ordinary citizens. The protection of the city’s residents should be handled exclusively by the police department.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) on Sunday blamed President Donald Trump for the escalating riots, looting, and mayhem spreading around the country in the wake of Minneapolis resident George Floyd’s death, though the Justice Department believes many incidents are the result of organized anarchists. In an interview with ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos, Pelosi lamented the manner in which Floyd died after being pinned to the street by fired police officer Derek Chauvin for several minutes. But then she also complained about several “unfortunate statements” made as initial peaceful demonstrations lapsed into widespread looting and violence. At that point, Stephanopoulos appeared to be setting Pelosi up by asking

A few hours after an emotional moment on CNN in which national correspondent Sara Sidner asked a question of Minneapolis Police Chief Medaria Arradondo on behalf of the late George Floyd’s family, Sidner reflected on it and, with help from Prime Time host Chris “Fredo” Cuomo, she explained to viewers why there’s been widespread looting and rioting. The excuse? Well, it’s because of the (real) “pain” from racism that racial minorities have experienced for far too long.(Video) Towards the end of their important conversation with Sidner about what it meant to ask Arradondo for the Floyd family

Donald Trump has slumped badly in the polls over the last weeks. There are the usual suspects for his periodic dips: his cul de sac Twitter wars over Joe Biden, obsessing over the utter dreariness of Joe Scarborough’s past irrelevant life, the constant effects of a 93 percent negative media that blames him for everything from the economic collapse to the rioting in Minneapolis, and public frustration of nearly three months of enervating COVID-19 quarantines.Yet despite the terrible news, the odd thing is that when Trump relaxes and allows even a bleak news cycle to play out, then his policies weather well and usually help him—regardless of

President Donald Trump tweeted that he was designating Antifa as a terrorist organization. That followed Trump and Attorney General William Barr earlier pointing to anti-fascist organizers and anarchists as culprits behind the mayhem following the death of a 46-year-old black man, George Floyd, at the hands of Minneapolis police. Congressional Republicans can’t even stand up to rebuke President Trump for falsely accusing a cable news host of murder — despite pleas to stop from the family of the woman, who died of natural causes back in 2001. Bush’s voice has the singular power to reach moderate Republicans and Republican-leaning independent voters, freeing them to walk away from the Party of Trump.

Sunday on CNN’s “Situation Room,” former Obama administration National Security Adviser Susan Rice said the violence during the protests over the death of George Floyd was in part because President Donald Trump demonized peaceful protests, including former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick kneeling during the National Anthem. Rice said, “It’s really fundamentally a problem of our society still bearing the vestiges and the realities every day of racial disparities and prejudice, and that’s what needs to be addressed. We need leadership, Wolf, that is interested in our common humanity, in treating all Americans as if they count and belong equally.
