No shirt, no shoes, no mask, no service.New York businesses will have the right to deny entrance to those who refuse to wear a mask or other face covering under an executive order Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced Thursday.“We’re giving the store owners the right to say, ‘If you’re not wearing a mask, you can’t come in,’ ” said Cuomo in a press briefing at the Madison Square Boys and Girls Club in Flatbush, Brooklyn. “That store owner has a right to protect the other patrons in that store.“You don’t want to wear a mask? Fine. But you don’t have a right to then go into that store

I can't wrap my mind around this thinking. If a person is wearing a mask, why must others? Essentially the pro-mask people are saying a personal mask is no protection unless everyone wears a mask. But if the virus can enter your mask, it can exit the mask of an infected person. Instead they are claiming that breathing their own exhale of poisons is safer than possibly, maybe getting a virus that might make them them sick with an infinitesimally small chance of dying.
We had a conference call this morning with the worker bees of our parish to discuss how we could conduct Mass when our County gives its imprimatur. Our church is small and we could only fit 30 people with the social distancing requirements. Our pastor suggested we do outdoor Masses. We have a large grass area with a pavilion on one side. The altar would be set up under the pavilion and worshipers could spread out on the grass in family groups, bringing their own chairs/blankets. Masks would be used, with the exception for those who have pulmonary problems. One of the women on the call promptly stated that if anyone was not wearing a mask she would leave! (I'm one of those with such problems and wearing a mask for longer than a few minutes really compromises my breathing.) We were on mute and TK said, "Your choice. See ya, Kathy!"
We would all be outside! I just don't understand the reasoning.

Since when did the legislature meet to make this a law? Is it even constitutional? Saint Cuomo is in love with all his dictatorial edicts and wants businesses to join his jackboot-on-your-neck crowd.

The masks are a sign of filth. The left wants you to wear them as a symbol that we are in this together. I can tell each liberal what to do with those masks. I wash mine daily and only wear them when it is required to get into a building. Otherwise, they are off.

Prediction - Armed robberies will increase in NY and apprehension of suspects will go down due to problems identifying the perpetrators.

So I can also refuse to serve certain people I arbitrarily pick? Good to know.
Thanks Killer Cuomo!

You would think that those businesses which have been closed for almost 3 months would not want to chase away customers. I’m with #2. I’m sure that there are other businesses which will be happy to accept my money.

If a business is open to the public, I do not see how they can deny entrance to a member of the public. No law has been passed, only a proclamation. Where is the legitimacy? A store can deny service to a conservative, but conservatives must provide service to the left, bake them cakes and all that. The hypocrisy, arbitrariness, and arrogance reeks. I am not going to wear a mask, and resent those trying to force it on me. I will not accept force, verbal or physical, and will defend my freedoms. Please stay back 25 feet. That is my social distancing rule for those that don't like me not wearing a mask.

As Rush mentioned the other and I've repeated at least dozen times when the subject comes up; if these masks are so damned effective, why do we have to be six feet away??

Cuomo the murderer knows a lot about running businesses so everyone should listen to him. I'm over 70 and I'm thinking of making a T-shirt that says, ' I survived cuomo. ' It is a sign of how evil the media is that instead of hounding this murderer, they give him hours of air time to drone on and on about what a great job he is doing, when he isn't sending plague carriers into his death camp nursing homes.
