What the 'Obamagate' Scandals Mean

Amid the flurry of details about spying on Michael Flynn, lying to secret courts about Carter Page, leaking classified documents, and more, it’s easy to get lost in the muck. It’s important to stand back, identify the worst abuses, and explain why they matter for American democracy. These abuses didn’t simply follow each other; their targets, goals, and principal players overlapped. Taken together, they represent some of the gravest violations of constitutional norms and legal protections in American history. Whether you are Democrat or Republican, whether you like Donald Trump or loathe him, these violations matter. (Snip)The entrenched elites behind these scandals are the Swamp at its most sulfurous.

Nobama, Bite Me, and HItlery are probably untouchable, but other MAJOR PLAYERS in this coup attempt are not, and they could provide enough testimony in a trial to finger the higher ups running this with TOTAL DISREGARD for the rights of citizens against UNREASONABLE SEARCHES and protections of citizens FROM abuses of power of their government. This is nothing less than absolute SEDITION AND TREASON. If the RINOs do not take action on this, their cowardice with show that there is NO EQUAL PROTECTION OF LAW and that there are different sets of rules to politicians and the public at large. The punishment MUST fit the crime. It was not up to James Comey to absolve crooked Hitlery in the email scandal--that would have been the proper role of the Attorney General who was secretly meeting with BJ Clinton to let him know she was going to be given a pass, Leaking to reporters all sort of MADE UP charges surely violated security and ethics oath to protect and defend the Constitution.

Now this is definitely a must read. AND, many, many people need at least to be indicted, tried and hopefully go to jail. This kind of subversion cannot stand if we are to continue as a Republic. If, God forbid, the Democrats win in November, this country truly will become Venezuela not only because of their socialist economic policies but because of these third world machinations that began with Lois Lerner. Who by the way was never, ever held accountable. We are in serious, serious trouble as a nation. AG Barr really must bite the bullet and start indicting people.

President Donald Trump announced Friday that he has directed his administration to “begin the process of eliminating policy exemptions that give Hong Kong different and special treatment.” .(Snip) Hong Kong and the U.S. have long-established ties, and Hong Kong’s past autonomy enables it to enjoy special economic and trade treatment from the states. Hong Kong alone was the U.S.’s 10th-largest export market, and the city received more than $80 billion in U.S. foreign direct investment as of 2017. Highly sought-after summaries and transcripts of intercepted phone calls between former White House National Security Adviser Michael Flynn and Russian ambassador Sergei Kislyak contradict key claims made by former Special Counsel Robert Mueller in his criminal case against Flynn. The transcripts were provided to Congress on Friday and obtained by The Federalist. You can read the full documents here and here.(Snip)The transcript of the December 29 conversation, which was cited by Mueller, does not include a request from Flynn that Russia “refrain from escalating” in response to U.S. expulsions of Russian diplomats. Former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein is a master of prevarication and deflection. He holds an M.S. in BS and a Ph.D. in vacuous excuses. He’s a professor emeritus of duplicity and deception. As a prodigious suck-up, he’s the Eddie Haskell of lawyers. We can expect Rosenstein’s skill set to be on full display Wednesday when he finally and belatedly appears before the Senate Judiciary Committee as its first witness in an investigation into the origins and evolution of the fallacious Trump-Russia collusion probe. During his ignominious tenure at the Justice Department, Rosenstein was at the center of the Russia hoax, pulling the investigatory levers of manipulation over an imaginary collusion conspiracy

An interesting couple of things happened just as Richard Grenell passed the sunlight baton to DNI John Ratcliffe. First, SSCI Vice-Chair Mark Warner is angered about the sunlight Grenell has delivered. Second, former AAG Matt Whitaker outlines how the Mueller investigation threatened him. Both issues merge (outlined below).(Snip)When considering that Robert Mueller was used as a weapon (threat) and a shield (bury information); and when considering Senator Mark Warner’s recent protestations against Grenell; it is well worth going back in history to May 2018 when SSCI Vice-Chairman Warner was demanding the Mueller investigation must not allow congressional oversight.

News Busters reported, "Loyal Lackey: CNN’s Bash Goes Soft on Biden, Helps Push Conspiracies." What struck me was the graphic used to illustrate the report. The interviewer was a good 10 feet from Biden. As the illegal Democrat lockdown on America recedes, Biden is crawling out of his hole. He looks ridiculous. He is wearing a mask that looks like someone took a black magic marker to his photos.

Within an interesting interview conducted by Jan Jekielek of Epoch Times, former AAG Matt Whitaker confirms what CTH long suspected. The Mueller investigation was used by corrupt interests within the special counsel’s office to threaten any/all executive branch and congressional officials with “obstruction of justice” charges if they revealed any exculpatory or counter-narrative information during the Mueller probe.Whitaker describes this as the “obstruction of justice trap.” (Snip) We know President Trump was threatened by Rod Rosenstein not to declassify any information in September of 2018 or the Mueller investigation would use that act as evidence of obstruction.

A divided Supreme Court on Friday rejected an emergency appeal by a California church that challenged state limits on attendance at worship services that have been imposed to contain the spread of the coronavirus. Over the dissent of the four more conservative justices, Chief Justice John Roberts joined the court's four liberals in turning away a request from the South Bay United Pentecostal Church in Chula Vista, California, in the San Diego area. The church argued that limits on how many people can attend their services violate constitutional guarantees of religious freedom and had been seeking an order in time for services on Sunday.

So worked up was she that the microdroplets expectorated straight through her mask at approximately 3,400 mph.
