Gov. Andrew Cuomo, that New York Democrat so vaunted in the media he was once touted as a replacement candidate for wretched Joe Biden, is on the hot seat these days for his wretched performance in the coronavirus crisis. He's become reviled for his outrageous decision to force New York's nursing homes to accept COVID-19 patients by executive order, killing off 5,000 of the state's most vulnerable people. He should be crawling under a rock in shame, now that word's gotten out. Instead, he's blaming everyone but himself. The latest? The nursing homes which were forced to obey his orders to accept "medically stable" COVID-19 patients,

Maybe Gov. Cuomo should put on a pantsuit, and go wander through the woods around Chappaqua with PIAPS. They can share a canteen of Chardonnay while she gives him pointers on blame-flinging.

But his motive is to kill as many as possible and run up the death toll to blame it all on Trump. Notice how he has never ever said that all the people were killed by the Chinese government? Not a peep of the blame on China. Imagine that.

Quick, someone do a forensic examination of Saint Cuomo's accounts to see how much money he made by not having the State pay for Medicaid patients, both medical wise and for the nursing home itself. Be quick about it before he cooks the books.

What is breathtaking is how quickly dem "stars" rise, propelled by media hype, and how rapidly they fall and spectacularly crash based on incompetence, stupidity, lies, and arrogance. It is like before you can become a dem leader, you have to take a test to prove how lousy a person and how incapable you are. Andy aced the test. To New Yorkers it's the old saw, "Well, YOU elected him!". The only people worse than dems are the media knuckleheads that support them. Meanwhile, since NY skewed the numbers dramatically up and created the most panic, all the rest of the Country had to pay a price for it. It MIGHT get as bad a New York!!! Who knew if we had gotten rid of Andy Cuomo in the fall and replaced him with someone who has a brain, the scope of the epidemic would have been much less, for all the rest of the Country.

Please free us of this ugly ignorant man. Certainly social distancing is called for in the case of Cuomo, at least another country away.

During a White House briefing Thursday afternoon, Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany explained to reporters, with slides, detailed data and news stories, that voter fraud as a result of mass vote-by-mail schemes is in fact a real problem. "The media is very concerned about the integrity of our elections but when it comes to mail-in ballots, all of a sudden, the concern for election security melts away," McEnany said. "I want to note there was a Pew study done that shows there is plenty of reason to believe that in a mass mail-in system that there is fraud.

Chaos erupted in Minneapolis Wednesday night, with people looting and rioting following the death of George Floyd, a black man who was killed by a white police officer. Two men decided to utilize their Second Amendment rights to prevent people from looting nearby stores. "Basically, you've seen the records the cops keep and the cops are a lot less likely to tread on people's rights when there's other armed Americans with them. So we figured it's about damn time – or at least I figure it's about damn time – for some heavily armed rednecks stood with fellow citizens," the one man explained.

Florida’s Bay County Sheriff’s Office (BSCO) indicates a husband in his 70s intervened to stop an attack on his wife Tuesday by shooting and killing an intrusion suspect. Fox New reported that the incident occurred in Panama City just after 6 a.m. The BCSO used a Facebook post to explain that the husband was outside when the man allegedly approached the home. The man, 31-year-old Nathan Jerrell Edwards, “was screaming and swearing, and, according to witnesses, acting very aggressively and erratically.” BCSO noted that Edwards “walked down the husband’s driveway and approached the husband in a threatening manner.” The husband went inside to avoid Edwards, but Edwards allegedly followed

As Nick noted, a number of high-profile conservatives fact checked Twitter in response, debunking their erroneous claim that Trump’s statements about voting by mail were “unsubstantiated.” White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany was another who pushed back hard against Twitter’s dismissal of Trump’s remarks on mail-in ballots, posting a series of tweets on the issue.

Lost in the shuffle of the Memorial Day holiday weekend — unusual, though it was — an Illinois judge unloaded on Governor J.B. Pritzker’s still-in-effect stay-at-home order this past Friday. I’ve written previously regarding the significant distinction between Chicago — and even Springfield — and “outstate” or “downstate” Illinois. This judge’s decision further highlights that great divide. The back story: State Rep. Darren Bailey, a Republican from the state’s 109th District, filed a lawsuit against Pritzker in April, asserting that Pritzker’s stay-at-home order unfairly affected the residents of his home county. Clay County Judge Michael McHaney issued a temporary restraining order in that matter, but only as to Bailey himself,

One might think that MSNBC might give Rev. Al Sharpton the day off when the hot topic is protesters burning down buildings. In 1995, Sharpton's protest against the "white interloper" who ran Freddy's Fashion Mart in Harlem led to a fire where seven people died of smoke inhalation (and the arsonist shot himself). Discussing the rioting in Minneapolis on today's Morning Joe, Al Sharpton began by telling protesters that the goal of a fair criminal justice system wouldn't be achieved by "appearing" to be criminal themselves. He warned that people would "exploit" that. A clearly upset Sharpton then said: "As I walked around Minneapolis yesterday . . .
