Nap is right on this. Twitter is a private company. They don't have to play fair in that way if they don't chose to. If Twitter were seen as a public utility, things would be very different, but they aren't. We conservatives have to stop expecting fair treatment in those Liberal Ghettoes. Create our own choices. Gab may be one, but has not grown very much. The president is not a King or dictator, and cannot just 'command' compliance as he interprets it.

These companies stand as public forums. They may not choose what speech to censor any more than a grocery store can refuse to serve a black, an Asian, or a cross dresser. There are no choices that are not under the control of the left. Even a company trying to start up an alternative is at the mercy of gatekeepers that shut down access to this alternative. The judge isnt JUST wrong. He denies every American their freedom.

I won't defend Napolitano under any circumstances, so anyone that wants him, please take him. Personally, I don't think the man knows anything, never provides any information of any use, and I do not understand why someone with so little to contribute would be employed by Fox. I have noticed that even Fox is using him a lot less, but not less enough.

You cab't sue Twitter because it is, allegedly, just a repository for comments. Once it begins editorializing (by "fact checking", it is no longer just a repository for comments, but a journalistic endeavor. Now you can sue them. This is a very slippery slope for Twitter.

Just when we thought we’d seen it all, heard it all, we are hit with another surreal shocker certain to wend its way into the narrative, and onto paid media as the 2020 presidential derby charges forward. In two recent virtual commencement addresses, former President Barack Obama took aim at Trump by questioning his willingness, much less his ability, to lead. Predictably, the left roared in delight while the right howled in protest.Yet lost in the partisan noise was a more telling passage of prose Obama uttered that day, words that may have eluded vetting by his political handlers — but not the rest of us.

What is the stock market telling us about the November election?Despite the fact that America currently has over 38 million unemployed workers, the market is down 8.5% this year, having gone up 32% since the late March low. Why is the stock market going up while our economy teeters on the edge of a Great Depression? There are several factors currently at work in the market with the most obvious being the extraordinary intervention by our leaders in Washington. Congress has authorized mind-boggling amounts of stimulus funds while the Fed has signaled that it is ready to purchase nearly anything and mostly everything.

Fauci said evidence also shows the likelihood that the drug can cause severe irregular heart rhythms. The pronouncements mark Fauci's strongest warnings yet against the drug and puts him at odds with President Trump, who has embraced the drug as a "game changer" and a "miracle."
