The confused judge who has unconstitutionally inserted himself into the Justice Department’s case against General Flynn made some actions behind the scene that are just as troubling.Judge Sullivan helped Jim Comey get his speaking gig at Howard University for $100,000.
How much more corruption can America take. The corrupt judge who inserted himself into the General Flynn case, who insinuated the General was a traitor, has a lifestyle that matches his actions in court. (Snip)But at the same time as the challenges with tuition for many of Howard’s students, Judge Sullivan worked with President Frederick to get Jim Comey as a guest speaker for a $100,000 fee.

Don't be too harsh on the judge --- he is just following liberal orders.
He is a total disgrace to his profession and race.

Comey's not black, thus interest in his speaking at Howard University (or any HBCU, really) would be about zero. Obvious money laundering.

Sullivan being buddies with Obama, just cannot help himself when it comes to shifty and dodgy dealings when it comes to innocent people and the law. If congress cannot impeach this judge with all this coming out, they all need to be booted from their phony baloney jobs. {hrumph hrumph} Keep at it Sydney, you are doing more for your own profession than you realize.

If some of this can't get Judge Sullivan recused from the case, I don't know what would. Oops, silly me, this is the DC Swamp. Never mind.
But I have faith in Sidney Powell. She's pulled the rabbit out of the hat on this one several times and my bet is there's still at least one bunny left in the ol' fedora.

The $100K was apparently donated to a scholarship fund for children who had been in foster homes.
Can find no verification that Sullivan put this deal together...

So now we know why the judge resisted so much. What a family the deep state judge has. You know, if you promote a dishonest and unethical person, judge, you yourself are a dishonest and unethical person. D.C. truly is a swamp.

The defense should ask for a writ of prohibition removing Sullivan from the case and assigning another judge under 28 USC 144.

Too bad someone can't subpoena Sullivan's phone records and find out who he's been consulting. I'll bet there are calls to/from Comey, Obama, Clinton, and a host of other shady characters involved in the Russia sedition case.

I previously suggested and now re-suggest that Powell file for the seldom used but most appropriate Writ of WhoopAzz on pseudo-judge Sullivan.

It’s all political in Sullivan’s courtroom where the game plan is now to delay the Flynn matter until after the November election, after which Sullivan and his Obama cohorts believe that Biden will be elected President, resulting in the return to the Justice Dept. and the FBI of the same Democrat partisan conspirators who commenced the Flynn politically based persecution in the first place, allowing Sullivan to convict and sentence Flynn to a prison term. That may be wishful thinking as it looks like in a week or so the Court of Appeals will have their say hopefully in keeping with court precedents. Following that, if it becomes necessary, an emergency appeal to the Supreme Court where it is doubtful that the Democrat conspirators will have enough votes, will again end up with a decision that will squash the Flynn persecution once and for all before the November election.

Sullivan was advised by someone from the Democrats not to end the Flynn trial. Sullivan was disposed to do it, shared his views with his circle of friends, who suggested a way to persecute Flynn without a DOJ prosecutor. The Democrats know the Flynn case will break the dam, and all the evidence of their corruption will flood the media. CNN and MSNBC, WaPo or NYTs, will not be able to ignore it. Judgment Day is unfolding, and coming soon.

Has the US government ever been this corrupt? The United States has existed for over 200 years, and it has never been this corrupt. Sullivan needs to be removed.

Apparently I'm missing the connection in this article. I do not see how Judge Sullivan's grown family activities are relevant to General Flynn's case. I would, however, like to know about his assistance to Comey....specifically, when did that occur? Unfortunately, I couldn't find any indication of that in the article.

I know judicial procedure must be followed re: Sullivan and the mandamus plea, but his outrageous behavior re: the Flynn case and the glacial slowness at correcting him is once again shaking our faith in the Court system. How this man ever became a judge (I Know) and how he STAYS a judge is way beyond me.

Bottom line Barack Obama, and the “Deep State” conspirators absolutely do not want General Flynn, who knows where all the Obama-Biden era foreign policy fiascos and intelligence related bones are buried, with all criminal charges against him dropped, out there before the November election telling the American people about those corrupt episodes and how he was screwed, blued, and tattooed by the Obama directed White House, CIA, and FBI conspirators. That’s where Judge Sullivan and his Kangaroo Court comes into the picture. In the old days it was called “the System”.

I suspect Sullivan's behavior goes much deeper than a speaking engagement for Comey. There's a quid pro quo buried in there somewhere.

Some people, obviously, do not want General Flynn to be a free man. I think because they are afraid to have a man of his caliber in government; might entice others to join him.

Waiting for proof that this is true. I believe it is, but that's not proof.
Sullivan's goose is cooked--that appears to explain why he hired an $800 an hour Washington criminal defense attorney who is married to NBC's David Gregory, after the DC Circuit Court of Appeals gave Sullivan ten days to justify his refusal to dismiss the Flynn case.

Things we didn’t know about Judge Sullivan. His son Emmet Jr. has a T-shirt operation that produces anti-Trump gear. The judge is best friends with the head of Howard University who apparently has pulled some sketchy stuff (described in article). Worth a read and a look at some of the Sullivan family’s shenanigans...
