Supreme Court Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. questioned the scope of the Trump administration’s religious liberty law, which exempts employers with religious or moral reasons to be exempted from providing birth control in health insurance plans. His question about the Religious Freedom and Restoration Act (RIFRA) emerged Wednesday in oral arguments conducted via telephone in the Little Sisters of the Poor v. Pennsylvania case. “I wonder why it doesn’t sweep too broadly,” Chief Justice Roberts asked the federal government’s attorney. “It is designed to address the concerns about self-certification, and what the Little Sisters call a hijacking of their plan,

I have no love for Roberts at all. The smirk he gave when he called Obamacare a tax? I will never forgive that.

"Sweeps to broadly" against what? There is no constitutional right to have someone else pay for your birth control.

I am so suspicious about his motives. Always. Something just feels off. I wonder what the deep state has on him.

Hey JR, read the constitution, I'd be glad to lend you one of my copies then get back to me. I think you'll find that the guaranteed freedom is indeed sweeping that was not Trump's doing but rather the founders. But hey, you are still free to disagree but just not rule in terms of what you think the constitution should say instead of what it does say. If you can't do that resign NOW.
Let me know where you want that mailed. On second thought just keep it, I have more than one and you need it more.

Once we all realize that Roberts ia NWO guy, everything he says and does makes sense. He'll still do his best to make it sound constitutionally, as in 0bamacare rationalization, but knowing that the president who appointed him is a NWO person, it only makes sense that Roberts is really not on the side of the constitution, but on incrementally surrendering our liberties to the one world government.

Perhaps there is something about the Bill of Rights that Roberts missed in school. Then there is that oath of office thing that Trump is taking seriously.

This jackweed Judge needs to READ the CONSTITUTION.
NO where in it does it say Judges can make decisions about Religions.
No one can make laws but the Congress, and the phrase, the Congress shall make NO LAW is pretty explicit!
He is obviously NOT very smart.
