The FBI set Flynn up to take a fall

Unsealed internal FBI documents reveal that top FBI officials conspired to set up General Michael Flynn to “get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired.” The fact that these documents only turned up now is just one part of the DOJ’s and FBI’s Russia hoax, an ongoing effort to stage a coup against the Trump administration. The DOJ’s and FBI’s malicious prosecution against Flynn consisted of withholding exculpatory information (including the material discussed here), threatening without cause to prosecute Flynn’s son to force Flynn to plead guilty, and blackmailing Flynn’s attorneys into working against him.

OK....This will be the big test of AG Barr and his desire to see that justice is done. No more legal mumbo/jumbo about "intent". This is an open and shut case with the incriminating evidence in the own handwriting of the guilty party. Lets get on with the indictments!!!

As usual, not holding' my breath, #1. We all know by now the two-tiered justice system will prevent these treasonous swamp rats from seeing anything close to a prosecution. But Trump could fire Wray, who hasn't done jack to clean up the Obama FBI mess.

This entire conspiracy is worse than Watergate. When everything is exposed, I would not be surprised if it points back to the man himself. I agree with #1, this will be a test for AG Barr. I want to see Flynn sue everyone involved to get all his money back and more, I want Flynn reinstate on the Whitehouse staff, I want our $30 million Mueller investigation repaid to the tax payers, I want to see Obama and all his conspirators indicted. The last three years have been hell for all the Trump supporters. We watched them go after innocent people that were close to Trump, destroy them and their families. I want justice.

Everyone who knows the democrats knows they are Marxist Communists. They also know everything they did and tried to do against President Trump and his staff is lies created on the orders of the Obama Administration in their effort to stop President Trump from being elected. Once elected, the effort is to remove President Trump from office by totalitarian dictatorship efforts of lies and Marxist Communist democrat propaganda.

#1 you're asking the wrong guy...Barr is life-long buddies with the criminal Mueller, even their wives are besties...we have to remember that Wray, the cover-up artist, is also involved. Had there been any integrity at all among those two agency heads, there would already be incarcerations. The adage about dragging things out and people losing interest or focus is at play here; moreover, if Biden wins, the prosecutions go away completely.

The problem is, all the people in charge are bureaucrats and no matter what happened, they are protecting their organization. This is somewhat justified because (I believe) most of the organization was not involved in the corruption and the rest of the work the FBI does is valuable and important. The things that Comey et al. did created significant institutional damage to a organization that DEPENDS on trust of its values and purpose. Comey's FBI seriously broke that trust. How do you excise the cancer and preserve the organization? First, no matter the intentions, a change of leadership is needed at the FBI. The focus of the leadership should be to restore trust, return to first principles, and thoroughly excise any political tendrils that have taken root. The current leadership CANNOT do that. Second, it is unclear that the counter terrorism (spying) group in the FBI can coexist in the agency. The nature of such a group is in conflict with the criminal prosecution agenda of the rest of the agency. This is where the corruption took root and grew. They used the investigation powers of the criminal group and corrupted them. The two purposes should be strongly and perhaps completely separated. We counted on the integrity of the FBI to maintain integrity for the spies. Instead, the spies corrupted the whole organization. Flynn needs to be completely exonerated and an official apology should be issued. He should sue for Malicious Prosecution and financial recompense for defense costs and damages should be made.

Week one of the police academy, the Sgt. told us that the constitution protects "those citizens outside this building from you" (the police). I was shocked to hear that "we" could be the offender; not always the "good guy". How naive I was back then. He instilled in me a deep respect for the enormous responsibility of officers to guard and protect those citizens' guaranteed rights. I've never forgotten his passionate admonition. To see what the executive level of the "Justice" Department, and the FBI in particular, has done in this case makes me want to throw up in their faces. They are corrupt criminals. Covering for them makes Wray one of them. I hope that AG Barr isn't, and that he will vigorously pursue true justice for Gen. Flynn and his family who've suffered so much from this. I want to see those who remain fired and all of them prosecuted. I want to see Gen. Flynn and his family to sue them into oblivion.

Not only does the FBI and DOJ need to be reorganized but the civil service system needs to be reformed. The bureaucrats serve only themselves.

Even more than the FBI, it is the Mueller inquisition that is guilty. They KNEW this was fraudulent, extra legal. Yet they used it to get a conviction. This should be a hanging offense. With a piano wire!

One of the most frustrating things about this sequence of stories is that the FBI extorted Flynn into his guilty plea by threatening to prosecute his son. However, I've never seen any explanation of anything his son did that may have been illegal. The truth would be very illuminating and possibly shed light on how far beyond the boundary the FBI wandered. Was Flynn's son actually involved in something illegal, or was the FBI committing a whole cloth fabrication?

The awful truth is dawning on too many Democrats: Joe Biden is too ravaged by mental infirmities and is too compromised in his treatment of women to be able to hold together their coalition and avert disaster at the polls in November. (snip) Planned Parenthood finally took a position on the allegations of sexual assault lodged against Joe Biden (D) after weeks of silence, with Planned Parenthood Action’s acting president stating that survivors “should be heard, listened to, [and] taken seriously” and calling for the Democrat Party’s presumptive nominee to “address this allegation directly.”

Key to the ambush interview of Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn that set him up for prosecution and persecution on made-up charges by James Comey’s FBI was the advice given to Flynn by Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe -- relax, you won’t need a lawyer. Flynn had to be caught off guard and without legal counsel for the entrapment plan to work (snip) McCabe had a personal animus towards Flynn which goes way back, possibly originating in Flynn’s offer to be a witness in a legal proceeding filed against McCabe.

It is an increasingly common statement, in comments sections, in social media posts and from callers on talk radio programs, “I think I had COVID-19 back in [name your month].” This is an important phenomenon for public policy. If they believed the experts, if they trusted what their governments had told them, then would people make that statement? Governments around the world saw COVID-19 start in early March and shuttered their economies, claiming it necessary to stop its spread. To ponder if one had COVID-19 before March is to doubt that narrative, and that pondering is amplified by those who tested positive for COVID-19 antibodies.

Two exultant, full-throated voices in support of President Trump apparently have been banished from the airwaves of Fox News, Fox Business Network, and the Fox Nation subscription video streaming service that is endlessly promoted in place of advertising during commercial breaks on the cable news channels. The last time the duo uploaded commentary to Fox Nation was April 7, but no official Fox voice even whispered a word of their eviction from the largest conservative television platforms. The news about Joe Biden has taken on a completely surreal quality. For a long time, the headlines were about his declining mental state, which is becoming hard to ignore. This was bizarre enough in a presumptive Democrat candidate for the presidency. Then, Tara Reade dropped a bombshell, alleging that the same politician known for publicly groping and sniffing women and children had sexually assaulted her. The media assiduously ignored Reade's allegations as long as they could and eventually reported on them only to dismiss both Reade and the allegations. The media’s worst nightmare came true, though

The new White House standard for reopening the economy in various states is rigged to severely prolong the economic strangulation under the current lockdowns. The criterion has been defined as a 14-day period of declining volume in new cases or a 14-day period of declining rates of positivity of those tested. Testing is ramping up in every state, which if the epidemiologists are right, will produce a lower percentage rate of positivity on the tests since the curve has been bent. But there is a new factor which throws all of these calculations off so far off that the 14-day standard should be abandoned. That factor is

If you were still harboring naïve notions of free and fair elections when Democrats are involved, perhaps this will help disabuse you of those fantasies. Writing on April 10 to Nevada Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske, a Republican, Elias first took aim at Nevada Revised Statutes section 293.330(4), which prohibits ballot harvesting

Abrams, who has repeatedly declared herself the winner of Georgia's 2018 gubernatorial election despite receiving fewer votes than her Republican opponent, has been "privately calling Democratic powerbrokers, asking them to tell Biden campaign officials that she should be vice president."
