Thinking back to February 28, 2020, and the New England Journal of Medicine. It published an article called “Covid-19 — Navigating the Uncharted” signed by Anthony S. Fauci (THE Fauci), Clifford Lane, and Robert R. Redfield. It reported an existing COVID-19 case fatality rate of 2% but further pointed out that infections show “a wide spectrum of disease severity.” (Snip) [I]t made the U.S Constitution and human rights generally null and void for a full thirty days. And we had no choice but to comply. It was a grotesque experiment in totalitarianism. (Snip) Now we know. Never again.

This is a dry run for when Democrats assume control of the government (Legislative, Executive and Judicial branches). Under the slightest pretext they will quarantine their citizens so that the citizenry is solely dependent upon the government for food, water and services. And once quarantined the Democrats will not lift it. Hunger games for All will be substituted for Medicare for All.

You all have to watch the video on youtube entitled Game over Fauci. It's only 12 mins. long. You need to see it and pass it on before they take it down. Trump is on top of this and they are sweating bullets. Trump says we are looking into this, talking about the $3 million plus given to Wuhan by Fauci during the Obama administration. When he says it, he looks over where Fauci is. Please check this out. It shows Dr. Fauci saying Trumps administration is going to face a pandemic in the near future, and what do you know, a pandemic breaks out. Right from where Dr. Fauci sent our taxpayer money, just where it could do the most damage to our fantastic economy.

It's always "never again" until the next time. Americans are no less prone to hysteria today than they were weeks ago. The suckers believe government and science is sincere and acting in the public's best interests. The lesson is for those of critical mind to raise hell earlier, to stand up to the politicians and "get in their face". Even the "conservatives" among us were supportive of much done, including the infusion of $10 TRILLION and government cheese checks, the invocation of the Defense Production Act to effectively nationalize private business, even the deployment of national guard to enforce political edicts.

'Game over Fauci' has already been taken down from YouTube as far as I can tell by searching their site. Not just by that title, but running down a string of scores of Fauci videos. It must have been the truth; otherwise it would still be up.

What they've done is make another total shutdown almost impossible to implement. The tiny protests states are having now will be massive if they try and pull another stunt like this again. Especially if it's within a year. The Who's lyric "won't get fooled again" comes to mind.

As others above have said and I have said before - This was an intentional, planned and executed trial. Go ahead and call me a conspiracy theorist / crazy / believer etc., I don't care, conspiracies DO happen. The timing of this entire mess has just been a bit too convenient. Politicians at seemingly all levels and from every geographic area have pushed and advanced any and all ideas involving CONTROL over as many people as possible and implemented in any way possible REGARDLESS of legality or effectiveness ! People say it won't and can't be allowed to happen again. Good luck with that. My prediction is that it - or something like it - COVID20 perhaps - WILL happen again and long about the beginning of fall this year. Just in time to delay or even eliminate elections ! Many will jump right on the band wagon again and THIS TIME the perps will know exactly how far the 'masses' can be pushed. . Good Lord, how I hope I'm wrong but ........

Thanks for posting, OP. Two months ago, our body politic was infected with multiple assumptions and predictions, many of which are proving false. However, our politicians respond to potential political risks far more quickly than they do to rational facts. As a result, our recovery from this self-inflicted trauma will only take place at the rate that politicians can safely advocate a return to normalcy without being publicly pilloried for every death that follows. In the past, our Constitution acted as a kind of judicial immune system against invasive acts by authoritarian political leaders. The failure of the courts to perform that function in the midst of this is appalling. Where were the court orders telling governors to stand down? Why aren't the cops who enforced illegal edicts in prison? Since when do doctors tell citizens when, where, and how they can worship? My only hope is that, in the midst of this mess, enough of us have reacquired some of the individual immunities we once had to illegitimate authority. We will find out in November.

“History is written by the winners,” William Barr, the attorney general, said Thursday when asked how he thought future generations would assess his decision to drop all criminal charges against Michael Flynn, President Trump’s former national security adviser, who had pleaded guilty twice to breaking the law. “So it largely depends on who’s writing the history.” In service to Mr. Trump, Mr. Barr is abusing his power not to write, but to erase, some of the most important lessons of American history.

Transcripts of House Intelligence Committee interviews that have been cleared for release show top law enforcement and intelligence officials affirming they had no evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia during the 2016 election, senior administration and intelligence community officials told Fox News on Wednesday. This would align with the results of former Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation — which found no evidence of illegal or criminal coordination between President Trump, the Trump campaign and Russia in 2016 — but the numerous transcribed interviews could raise further questions about committee Chairman Adam Schiff’s past statements saying that there was “direct evidence” of collusion.

An essential principle of the United States is that it is a free country, with individual liberties guaranteed, and government power limited. That concept is now being tested. A deadly worldwide pandemic has led to draconian lockdowns, forced closings of businesses, and even mandatory “stay at home” orders, some with Orwellian, friendly sounding names like “Safer at Home” (Snip) Not only has this crisis given government officials with authoritarian impulses an opportunity to rule by decree, it has exposed the lamentable fact that most Americans tend to willingly obey such “orders” without even questioning whether they are legally valid.

The United States and the Taliban have agreed to a temporary truce that, if successful, would open the way for a deal that would bring American troops home from Afghanistan and end 18 years of war. The peace deal would call for negotiations between Afghans on both sides of the conflict to start next month, an eventual countrywide cease-fire and a commitment from the Taliban not to harbor terrorist groups like al Qaida, while setting a timetable for the withdrawal of U.S. troops. The truce marks a milestone in efforts to end America’s longest-running conflict and fulfill President Donald Trump’s campaign pledge to bring U.S. troops home from foreign conflicts.

Democratic Illinois Rep. Jesús García, along with several other progressive House members, introduced the New Way Forward Act in December 2019, to seemingly little fanfare. The bill, among many things, calls for the decriminalization of illegal immigration, would make it more difficult to deport convicted criminal aliens, empower immigration judges to nullify deportation orders, and also calls for the return of previously deported illegal aliens.
