Sexual Misconduct Allegations

Friday on MSNBC, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said she was “satisfied” with presumptive Democratic presidential nominee former Vice President Joe Biden’s denial of the sexual misconduct allegations from a former staff assistant Tara Reade. Ari Melber asked, “Final question on a different issue as you know there was an accusation of misconduct against Joe Biden. He’s publicly denied it. He’s the Democratic nominee. Are you satisfied with his answer?” Pelosi said, “Yes, I am. I’m very much involved in this issue. I always want to give the opportunity that women deserve to be heard. I am satisfied with his answer, yes.”

Biden denied the charges against him, so Pelosi is satisfied. Kavanaugh denied the allegations (not even charges) against him, so Pelosi tried to have him destroyed. If Democrats didn't have double-standards, they would have no standards at all. (But that's politics. If the PRESS didn't have double-standards, we might have some fairness and agreement in our country.)

They will find every justification, and rationalization they can muster to make THEIR problems be known as "old news". I believe the Dems needed to have anyone but Sanders, an actual Socialist, as their nominee just to ensure they didn't get slaughtered down-ticket in November. However, I can just see it now, all of those campaign ads showing Old Joe, snuggling up behind all those little children, and others too. They need to ask why Democrats are willing to put up with his behavior, and ask what else do they know about Joe? I'm of the belief if Joe does somehow become President, he will be allowed to have his inauguration, but won't last past 100 days. They already have tested the 25th Amendment idea with Trump, and believe he'll move along but always be known as becoming President. After all, they've been assembling a transition team already - before Sanders dropped out.

When democrats are accused of these types of crimes fellow democrats circle the wagons and tell everyone "Nothing to see here move along." When republicans face the same charge they are always guilty and the cry is "Let the Crucifixion begin." Double standard? You bet. As for Pelosi she is the poster child for the double standard. Washington -The Supreme Court said Monday that unanimous jury verdicts are required in state criminal trials for serious offenses, handing a victory to criminal defendants including petitioner Evangelisto Ramos, who was convicted of murder in Louisiana on a 10-2 vote. Ramos argued that Louisiana's non-unanimous jury provision violated his federal constitutional right to trial by jury and that the law had racist roots meant to diminish the votes of minority jurors. Justice Neil Gorsuch penned the opinion and was joined in key parts by Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Sonia Sotomayor, Stephen Breyer and Brett Kavanaugh.

We’re going to come out of this nightmare whether the Democratic politicians like it or not. The pandemic is subsiding, so America is done with this lockdown nonsense, and the inevitable re-opening is coming. It will start out slow, then get faster, then get very, very fast, and then get finished. That’s how these things happen. But it won’t happen without #resistance. The lib establishment and its media gerbils clearly think it’s in their interest to have the Bat Gobbler flu crisis continue indefinitely. They think it hurts Trump, plus they really love wielding power over you. Just look into the dead doll eyes of Governor Karen (D-Minncounsinigan)
