How depraved is the 'resistance'? Enough
to root for vast death by COVID-19

As the therapeutic efficacy of hydroxychloroquine becomes more and more provable, the left gets more and more hysterical. They have bet the farm on COVID-19 as a means preventing President Trump’s re-election and then this old malaria drug appears on the scene. The first trial came from China and no one should take their word for it but a doctor there realized that every patient with lupus, even if sick, was negative for the disease. Then a French doctor, Dr. Didier Raoult, a world-famous microbiologist, tested the theory with more than a thousand patients and found it 100% effective, especially when combined with zithromax.

This article is definitely a must read. It is right on. I have said in other posts that President Trump needs to retire both Drs. Fauci and Brix and bring a second team of experts with knowledge of working with the anti-malaria drug. NY is still banning the use of this drug outside the hospitals. When Cuomo said that every life counts, he really did not mean it. If he did, he would allow doctors in NY to prescribe this medication to people that need it at the very beginning of the contracting the virus. If anyone has blood on their hands it's Cuomo. By the time the elderly and the person with underlying condition(s) are admitted to the hospital, it's too late. Apparently, Cuomo's political ambitions have higher priority over the elderly and persons with other medical conditions. The media and the democrats are in this together and President Trump needs to find a way to get out of it. They would continue to spread the panic for 8 more months. I understand the fear of elderly sick people....I get it. But we now need to move on. We are a compassionate nation and we will see to it that these people get helped and are taken care of during the virus outbreak.

I'm wondering how a governor (Cuomo) has the authority to ban a approved medicine? If he has that power, couldn't he have the power to ban knives and baking powder and anything else he would want? It doesn't make sense to me.

Wonder if the Democrats who have the virus will take it. Let's ask Chris Cuomo if he is taking it or has his brother the Governor told him he can't. These people are such idiotic hypocrites!

Thank you #4, each day this subject if brought up at the press briefings, I do not understand why the President doesn’t turn the tables on these nitwits and ask them if their loved one was very ill, would they want them to be prescribed this drug combo or would they allow them to just die? The media and the democrats are willing to watch thousands die to advance a political agenda. Now that is just plain evil.

Out here in flyover country, we would not even be aware that a virus existed if not for the daily propaganda sessions and those coverage maps that are sprayed red for maximum shock value. The problem seems to be serious only in the RAT cities where every other problem the country has exists.

RE #6: Be glad that you live in Flyover Country. I live in NE FL, and we are dealing with the selfish morons from NYC and NJ who are "fleeing" to their second homes and time shares, ostensibly to escape the virus, thus bringing it with them and spreading it here. I was out shopping yesterday and the grocery stores are slowly recovering from the initial panic (meat, bread, milk, eggs and cereal plentiful, but still no paper products or most cleaning products). I did notice that Trader Joe's and Walmart had resorted to doing their best Soviet impressions by creating limited access lines outside of their stores and herding people in like dumb cattle (No. 3, OUT OF THE SHUTE!!). I refuse to play that game and spent my money at the two major grocery chains in town, as well as the SuperTarget near my home.

"The press ... they are just noise, annoying and rather foolish." Not any more they are not. They are ENEMIES of the American People. By undermining the ability of doctors to prescribe potentially curative and lifesaving medication, the press is killing people and causing sickness and death. Further, the REASON they are doing this is because of personal bias and malevolence. They hate Trump and it pushes them into insane behavior with no concern about collateral damage. They are attacking President Trump for everything he does with no rational basis for it and clear evidence that he is right on target. The press is lethally dangerous, just like the fish tank cleaner the two idiots took.

Senate Democrats sidetracked a request from Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to pass additional small business funding with unanimous consent. Democrats blocked what they called a “political stunt” by the Kentucky Republican, effectively stalling a request from President Donald Trump for $250 billion for a loan program for small businesses. [Tweet] Votes by Democratic Sens. Ben Cardin and Chris Van Hollen killed the bill for now despite McConnell’s urging for Democrats to put aside their attempts to include additional provisions. “I’m afraid that this unanimous consent is basically a political stunt because it will not address the immediate need of small businesses in the legislation that we have passed,” Cardin said.

The epicenter of the Wuhan coronavirus has been New York for some time now. Despite some postulating that other states would start getting astronomical numbers, that hasn’t panned out. Some on the left who have been pushing the “Fox downplayed the virus” narrative have been saying that the numbers in “Trump states” would reflect that. How offensive, viruses don’t care about your political status. It isn’t political. But “Trump states” are not catching up to New York and there’s likely a variety of reasons why including difference in population density, possibly more notice before it hit and perhaps being locked down earlier in the progression of the disease in their area.

In the midst of all of the cautious suggestions of “good news” in New York City as the pandemic appears to have reached a plateau, other places are only now starting to ramp up toward critical levels where their health care services are being overwhelmed. One such hotspot is in Massachusetts, where Boston Medical Center’s ICU is overflowing with patients and it’s getting hard to find a ventilator for those in the direst straits. The Boston Globe reported that some ambulances headed for the hospital were temporarily diverted to other facilities over the weekend because there were simply no critical care beds available.

Why now? Bernie Sanders hasn’t had a legitimate path to the nomination in a month. He might have scored better in Wisconsin’s primary yesterday than previously projected simply on the basis of the weirdness of the circumstances. Those results won’t be known for another week, thanks to the preponderance of mail-in voting and a bar on releasing results until those are counted. Still, Bernie decided to call it quits today, leaving Joe Biden as the last man standing: Bernie Sanders is ending his presidential campaign, he announced on Wednesday.
