Mike Lindell, Not the Media, Is the Hero

Original Article

MyPillow CEO Michael Lindell, a self-made former crack addict, is going to transform 75% of his manufacturing capacity to make 10,000 cotton face masks per day by the end of the week, ramping up production to 50,000 a day in a month. That sounds like a patriotic act to me, especially given that Lindell is undertaking the effort without being forced to do so by a federal agency. I hope the guy becomes a billionaire after this is all over. NBC? Not so much. The headline on its “analysis” of Lindell’s remarks was “Trump fluffs MyPillow in Rose Garden.”

Comments:

The leftist media complex is pathetic to a man or woman!! I have nothing but contempt for any of them!!

Has anyone else noticed he was smart enough to pivot his business to something that was high in demand, and he looked patriotic in the process? Shrewd move on his part. He's making money and keeping his people employed. The media makes fun of him? You tell me who is stupid. Its not Lindell.

Not so long ago a self-made man, CEO of a successful and popular company, reminding his countrymen to seek solace in Biblical wisdom would be the norm. Although I lived through the "progress" of America through "progressivism" it still shocks me to see the public repudiation of all that is good and holy. This was not Mr. Lindell's first time in the arena with our 21st century panthers, jackals and other wild beasts. Unlike our first century brethren he lives to fight another day. Like the early martyrs he cannot but help to testify to the Reason for his joy. He sallies forth to meet the foe armed with the Love and Word of God. The most alarming tactic to prowling evil spirits in the Battle for Souls. Mike Lindell knows we are to be ambassadors of Christ in a world that is not our home. I wonder if there was a first century "Pillow Guy" who sung hymns loudly while leading his fellow Christians facing a bloody death before a hostile crowd. Much like their Savior. We are called to follow the example of our early brothers and sisters; to rebuke evil, then to pray for the lost souls, to treat them with respect and kindness. I've read somewhere that in doing so, it feels to them like hot coals being heaped upon their heads. Perhaps when they are tired of being burned they will seek the Wisdom only found in Sacred Scripture. AMDG then MAGA:KAG

These commie propagandists are all bent out of shape because it's honest citizens helping to save the country while the greedy demonrats look for ways to get more of other peoples money for themselves. Demonrats are entitled species who believe they don't have to do anything for themselves, just let other people do it for them. This pandemic is demonstrating how useless they really are.

It is a good thing he has done, but two things sour me to him. His pillows cost too much, and don't show a camera or he will jump in front of it.

President Donald Trump said Saturday he was thinking about creating a second coronavirus task force focused on reopening the country for business. The president detailed his desire to reopen the country during a White House press briefing. “We have to open our country,” Trump said, repeating that “the cure cannot be worse than the problem itself.” Trump endorsed the idea of a second task force on Twitter on Saturday after it was proposed by Fox News host Dana Perino on Twitter. “Good idea Dana!” he wrote. [Tweet] Trump said he wanted the country to reopen as soon as possible.

Researchers in Australia report that Ivermectin, an FDA-approved drug commonly used to treat parasites, appears to be effective in treating the SARS-COV-2 coronavirus (COVID-19). The drug is widely available and can be “repurposed” for this application, doctors said. The ScienceDirect journal, Antiviral Research, published an article by a group of Australian researchers from Monash University in Melbourne reporting that Ivermectin appears to be effective at inhibiting the coronavirus that causes COVID-19. The article states: Ivermectin is an inhibitor of the COVID-19 causative virus (SARS-CoV-2) in vitro. A single treatment able to effect ∼5000-fold reduction in virus at 48h in cell culture. Ivermectin is FDA-approved for parasitic infections, and therefore has a potential for repurposing.

Since the Minutemen of Lexington and Concord rallied to the cause of liberty in 1775, the American military has held a unique place of respect and affection in our national ethos. Yet in the Coronavirus relief package recently passed by Congress, Speaker Nancy Pelosi and her fellow Democrats tried to include language making it easier to commit vote fraud with the ballots of our military stationed overseas. House Democrats' proposed additions to the Families First Coronavirus Response Act included changes to election law that would provide cover for individuals and activists yearning for federal protection for voting fraud schemes that could include military ballot manipulation.

Playing the role of life preserver, the liberal media are desperately trying to buoy Joe Biden’s sinking candidacy — but the presumptive Democrat presidential nominee keeps clinging grimly to the anchor that is dragging him down to the depths of political irrelevance. The New York Times recently published an article arguing that “Joe Biden’s campaign and top donors are racing to reimagine the ways they raise money as worries grow that the coronavirus could choke off contributions from donors big and small.” The article sought to put a positive spin on Biden’s predicament, analyzing how the Democrat front-runner might be able to “close” the “cash gap”

Despite the fact that the Mueller report proved there was no collusion between Donald Trump and the Russians during the 2016 campaign, Democrats were convinced that there was more evidence out there, perhaps in the tiny fraction of the report that was redacted for national security reasons, that proved Trump actually did collude with the Russians. It turns out that the most interesting things about Mueller's investigation were not what was redacted from the report, but what wasn't included in the first place. According to investigative reporter John Solomon, Bob Mueller hid evidence exonerating Donald Trump Jr. over the infamous Trump Tower meeting,

In a critical health crisis like the one we are experiencing, no single activity is more important than the role of the news media. People need the best information on the nature of the threat, how they can protect themselves, what to do if they suspect they are infected, etc. On March 25, President Trump conducted a daily briefing on the coronavirus. Attorney General Barr was there to warn people about price gouging. Health experts were there to update everyone on the latest information about testing –

White House Senior Adviser and son-in-law Jared Kushner made his White House coronavirus briefing debut on Thursday, announcing he’d secured a month of N95 masks for Big Apple hospitals. President Trump asked Kushner to become involved in the government’s coronavirus response several weeks ago and is now running his own task force looking for “outside the box” solutions, Kushner told reporters. Kushner told reporters how Trump called him early on Thursday morning after hearing “from friends in New York” that Big Apple hospitals were running critically low on supplies, he said. He called Dr. Mitchell Katz, the president and CEO of NYC Health + Hospitals,

Some states and cities that have been shipped masks, gloves, ventilators and other essential equipment from the nation’s medical stockpile to fight the coronavirus have gotten an unwelcome surprise: the material is unusable. Nearly 6,000 medical masks sent to Alabama had dry rot and a 2010 expiration date. More than 150 ventilators sent to Los Angeles were broken and had to be repaired. In Oregon, it was masks with faulty elastic that could cause the straps to snap, exposing medical workers to the disease. “Several of the shipments we have received from the strategic national stockpile contained (personal protective equipment) well past expiration dates

President Donald Trump has fired Michael Atkinson, the inspector general for the intelligence community who handled the whistleblower complaint that triggered Trump’s impeachment. Trump informed the Senate intelligence committee Friday of his decision to fire Atkinson, according to a letter obtained by The Associated Press. Trump said in the letter that it is “vital” that he has confidence in the appointees serving as inspectors general, and “that is no longer the case with regard to this inspector general.” Atkinson was the first to inform Congress about an anonymous whistleblower complaint last year that described Trump’s pressure on Ukraine to investigate Democrat Joe Biden and his son.

Anthony Fauci, the medical professional at the eye of the coronavirus storm, has just come out and said the federal government should issue a national order for all Americans to stay home, stay inside, stay put. Is he nuts? Let’s rephrase: He’s nuts. On CNN, Fauci was asked by host Anderson Cooper, “Knowing the science, does it make sense to you that some states are still not issuing stay-at-home orders? I mean, whether there should be a federally mandated directive for that or not, I guess that’s more of a political question, but just scientifically, doesn’t everybody have to be on the same page with this stuff?” And Fauci said — yep.

U.S. Attorney John Durham’s review of the Russia investigation is putting increased scrutiny on former CIA Director John Brennan, searching for any undue influence he may have had during 2017’s intelligence community assessment of Russian interference. Durham, selected by Attorney General William Barr last year to lead this inquiry, drove to Washington, D.C., in March to ensure the investigation stayed on track during the coronavirus outbreak. The top Connecticut federal prosecutor is looking into highly sensitive issues, including whether Brennan took politicized actions to pressure the rest of the intelligence community to match his conclusions about Russian President Vladimir Putin’s motivations, according to sources cited by the Wall Street Journal.
