ABC’s Pitts to Pence: Do You ‘Talk to
God’ About Those Who Died Because
You Acted Late?

Original Article

ABC’s Nightline has returned to its old timeslot with a larger audience after late local news (instead of after Jimmy Kimmel Live). On Wednesday’s show, co-host Byron Pitts ended an interview with Vice President Mike Pence by asking him “not in a political way,” but whether he “talk[s] to God” about feeling remorse for Americans who have died “because of steps the federal government did not take soon enough.”So here we had a journalist ask the Vice President if he prays to the Lord with a heart of repentance for having been responsible for dead Americans. Surely, Chuck Todd would be proud of that question.

Pence's response should have been "Excuse me?" or "Have you no shame." When President Trump and VP Pence were dealing with this problem in late January, Nightline and the rest of the RAT infested media whores were playing their impeachment games with Schifty and Nadler the Hutt thinking they were Perry Mason on the floor of the Senate.

Vicious statement meant to humiliate the VP and President. But also belated training for Pence for what the DNC controlled media will be doing for the next 7 months since they have been doing this since early 2016. Mike should have been aware that these ugly questions would be the price for appearing on broadcast and cable “news” shows and NYT, WaPo and AP interviews.

are Democratic outlets ready to discuss those dying because they mocked hydroxychloraquine, which works? Because I for one intend to never drop the topic. It rolls up into one their scientific illiteracy, their unawareness of same, their smugness, and their partisanship. Go ahead, ABC, formulate my accusatory words. I'll use them.

Ah, the no good answer question, huh? Of course, if Trump declared a national quarantine, he would have been chastised as "the dictator we all said he'd become", right? We have ample amounts of quotes from Democrats who downplayed the seriousness of this issue well into February, and Nancy Pelosi even withheld the rescue package until after Super Tuesday, then went on vacation, and came back with a wish list of extreme liberal agenda items in the hopes she could extort them into the legislation just like she did with the two Bush presidents. And, don't for a minute think the Chuck Schumer and his Senate Democrats weren't fully aware of what Nancy and her extreme liberal special interest activists were doing during their week-long vacation, thus, wasting even more time.

Forgive 2nd post. A. Having VP Pence and cabinet officers appear on these DNC devoted outlets serves no purpose. Does anyone in WH actually believe normal people are watching ABC’s Nightlline for info on Wuhan Flu. Especially when ABC’s WH reporter accused President Trump of being a racist for using term “Chinese flu”. B. Pence seems as unaware of the incredible media hatred for Trump as AG Barr is unaware of the Obama corruption. And didn’t the VP watch the news coverage of the Kavanauh hearings, the Ukraine impeachment and Mueller’s 22 month “investigation” into nothing?

Pitts should take inventory and when wrong promptly admit and make amends for asking our Vice President such a venomous disrespectful question which was meant to embarrass and humiliate him no matter how he answered it. Setups like this are sooooo funny on late night tv but only funny to morons and buffoons and those who ask these types of questions. Pence should ask Pitts if he talks to God and has any remorse for cheating on his wife and sexually molesting his children. and see how big a laugh that gets from the clapping seals in the audience.

It's a shame that the show was done by remote, and not one-on-one in the studio. Because of his calm demeanor, professionalism, and pity for the snarky, mentally challenged co-host of Nightline, Byron Pitts, Race Bannon, aka VP Mike Pence, would probably choose not to beat him like a rented mule on national TV for fear of being seen as cruel to the handicapped!!!

I disagree with those who think "our guys" should not appear on these shows. How else are they going to get the President's message to the voters that watch these shows? Do not underestimate the power of truth presented in a calm and reasonable way. Statically, there has to be a percentage of their habitual viewers that will be intrigued by the difference in manner and delivery of a gentleman giving good advice and information. It may not click the first time, but repeated exposure to Trump administration leaders will reinforce the radical difference between the two sides. Converts will be won as the administration presents the same calm and informative message consistently on any and all platforms. More will join the #WalkAway from the Demo Commie Party. What Pence should have asked Pitts is: If Hillary had won, how many millions of people from around the world would have crossed the border by now bringing more disease(s) and are overtaxing our medical system? How many businesses would still be overseas and how would we get equipment and supplies needed? How far would the stock market have fallen since it certainly would not have been as high as it was?
