Strange times we live in…
Earlier today in Tampa, Florida, the county sheriff let the criminal inmates out of his jail, and then went to arrest a pastor for delivering Sunday church services and put him in the same jail.
Now a federal judge rules that getting a hip replacement should be delayed to help offset medical supply needs; but killing babies is an “essential service” that needs to continue.
TEXAS – […] Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced last week that abortion providers were covered by a state order that required postponement of non-urgent medical procedures(Snip)
U.S. District Judge Lee Yeakel in Austin ruled that Paxton’s action “prevents Texas women from exercising

POTUS should issue an Executive Order countmanding that judge's order and then request an emergency ruling from the SCOTUS....

It is inconceivable that some people believe murder of a fetus, or baby, which is a miraculous “collection of cells” that would become a miraculous infant, child, adult and old person given the usual course of events, is a medical necessity or constitutional right. And expenses involved must be born by others, a majority of whom are horrified by the very idea.

As long as they keep the baby comfortable before using scissors to quickly cut the brain stem, no problem. It won't feel a thing except for slight pressure. Then it's body can be removed and processed for further medical essential experimentation. Let's just keep it simple ok.

As we have witnessed from the actions of the many questionable characters in positions of leadership in this country, I feel more comfortable deciding for myself what is essential and what is fear-mongering, panic-inducing nonsense.

That sheriff needs a good horse whipping. I am sorry he is such an anti-Christian. Cannot wait for these folks to explain themselves to the Ultimate Judge someday.

Yes, another worthless "nitwit-in-black-robes " doofus judge, present via the equally worthless Bush cabal, employing powers NOWHERE granted in our Constitution. Grounds to FIRE the bum, today yet.
But, bear in mind that Roe v. Wade, as utterly loathsome and just plain wrong as Dredd Scott, Plyler, etc. had many of the concurring "in-Justices" present in that role courtesy of some equally stupid Republicrats. As here, EVERY ONE of them should have been fired (or never appointed at all). This unseemly and erroneous deference to unelected black robed louts has had more than a little to do with the decline of this nation.
FIRE this idiot. TERM LIMITS for all Federal judges at all levels. And no more than, say, 1/3 of them to be lawyers.

FTA.... "U.S. District Judge Lee Yeakel in Austin ruled that Paxton’s action “prevents Texas women from exercising what the Supreme Court has declared is their fundamental constitutional right to terminate a pregnancy before a fetus is viable.”
When did abortion become a FUNDAMENTAL CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT? Send this yahoo to read the Constitution

Let's stop a second than think about this. Put aside this is about abortion.
A Federal judge ruled that the state of Texas could not deny a person "from exercising what the Supreme Court has declared is their fundamental constitutional right." Seems church attendance, for example, is similarly a fundamental constitutional right. Likewise gun store openings. Run down the Bill of Rights. Can the state incarcerate (quarantine) anyone without a proper hearing? We can't help the mentally ill without a hearing...why can we "commit" sane people? This opens lots of doors...for the people.
