The Washington Post recently touted "an alarming new scientific model" that warns that treating COVID-19 like a somewhat more severe strain of flu won't cut it. The model predicts over a million U.S fatalities unless we shut down all non-essential mingling until a vaccine is developed, "which could take 12 to 18 months at best." Pretty bleak stuff. In fact, that's about the bleakest take on COVID-19 you'll find. Let's run with it. Let's momentarily not raise a fuss about having no reason to trust the model's underlying algorithm or whatever unknown assumptions about the virus generated its scary predictions.

During the Fox News virtual coronavirus town hall meeting with President Trump and the White House Task Force on March 24, 2020, President Trump told Bill Hemmer that a group of medical professionals came into the Oval Office and told him that he had to shut down the country. Considering the varied and numerous efforts by the mainstream media, meticulously identified in this article, as well as the unrelenting efforts of leftist politicians, to destroy President Trump, and the author’s skepticism of whether or not a government shutdown was really necessary based on the “alarming COVID-19 scientific model,” it may not be unreasonable to reflect on the assignment James Comey was given to inform President-elect Donald Trump of the Russian “golden showers” rumor. The question becomes, was shutting down the country due to COVID-19 a legitimate concern, or might it have been an attempt to “economically” destroy President Trump before the November 3, 2020 presidential election.

I'm a dyed in the wool conspiracy theorist for most political things. Now granted there are sick people and many have died and that's always heartbreaking. However, we know Bill Gates and his cohorts met in November to discuss Corona virus. Now if I wanted to stop Trump and so far nothing else has worked, why a virus, less lethal than regular flu but we won't tell anyone, what better way to stop those rallies, shut down the economy and make Trump look like a fool. It didn't work because they all still underestimate Trump but this is what I think has happened. All they did was increase respect for our president. (Hope this isn't over 100 words.)

I agree with #2. It was their third attempt at taking out President Trump. Instead he turned it all on their heads by using the crisis to cut through their precious red tape. He treated our industry and corporations like Americans and enlisted their assistance. He put the MAGA agenda into action and proved that it works, bringing with it solutions to problems in a timely way. No dithering, but a constant movement forward. Nancy Pelosi's "business as usual" delay didn't last 8 hours. The Trump Train has left the station and the Dims are standing on the platform arguing about who was supposed to buy the tickets.

I've been out of IT for five years, but I'm pretty sure I could create a "model" that would have at least ten million deaths. And an earthquake.

I have come to the conclusion that there are two parts to the corona virus story and they need to be separated. The medical part requires increased research on finding viable drugs to combat a real disease. This will cost a few billion dollars, maybe. The political part that has been used as a tool against Trump and any conservative that might be in the way is a real war that must be resisted. So far that part has justified about 6 TRILLION dollars in appropriated spending and has been used to stall a vibrant and blossoming economy and put millions of people out of a job. The lesson here is that democrats and the leftist media will stop at nothing to damage our President.

All great posts when you consider how easy it is to manipulate this entire panic as the left utilizes their media army to spread panic, fear and disinformation. The media goes all in immediately due to their inflated egos and lethargy. It's akin to a hurricane, flood or wildfire. Stand in front of a camera wearing a disaster costume and it gets repeated to every TV, instantly and of course, blaming it on the Republican president makes it worth it as you head to early happy hour.

They're actually bumbling this so badly, the test run may come back with very poor results, forcing a halt on the one world government takeover. President Trump is killing the game, so no worries there.

A federal appeals court has rejected a lawsuit from Congressional Democrats who accused President Donald Trump of violating the Constitution by receiving profits from foreign governments' spending at his luxury Washington hotel and other businesses. The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals decision did not address the legality of Trump's business dealings, but held that the more than 200 Democratic senators and House members who banded together in 2017 to bring the suit against the president lacked legal standing to do so.

CNN’s so-called media reporter Brian Stelter hid ABC’s Jeffrey Epstein scandal from CNN viewers. There’s just no question that the Project Vertitas video of Amy Robach laying out how she had nailed down the Jeffrey Epstein story all the way back in 2015, only to have ABC News “quash” it, is one of the biggest media stories of the last 20 years. Just like NBC News covering up for Harvey Weinstein, here you have ABC News covering up for a rapist and sex-trafficker, and almost certainly doing so as a means to protect Hillary Clinton’s doomed 2016 presidential campaign.

In a federal court in San Francisco, the Planned Parenthood Federation of America is currently suing the Center for Medical Progress (CMP) for illegally taping videos and racketeering, among other crimes. Founded by David Daledien, the CMP nearly brought Planned Parenthood down when it released its series of undercover videos. How Planned Parenthood avoided disaster is a story that deserves attention given what we have since learned about the agency that rescued it, Fusion GPS, the mastermind behind the notorious “Steele dossier.” In 2013, the then 24-year-old Daleiden launched what would prove to be the most sustained and effective undercover journalism project since the Chicago Sun-Times famed political sting of 1977.

In Louisiana's Saturday election, Republicans had a lot to cheer about. Among statewide office-holders, the incumbent GOP Lieutenant Governor (68 percent), Attorney General (66 percent), Treasurer (60 percent, and Agricultural Commissioner (58 percent) were all re-elected without the need for a run-off, under the state's 'jungle primary'-style system. It also appears that the solid Republican majorities in both state legislative chambers will remain intact -- with the GOP expanding its Senate advantage into super-majority territory by picking up a pair of Democratic seats:

Hill has been subpoenaed and is working with her lawyer on logistics. She officially departed her role in August, though she had handed over most of her responsibilities in July, but was involved as Rudy Giuliani was making public pronouncements about Ukraine. Hill has kept a low profile in recent weeks in England with her mother. CNN has reached out to her attorney.

We think it’s probably time for Fox News to make some sort of formal statement that it has gone over to the dark side and joined with the rest of the Washington establishment media in serving as the Garbage Party’s propaganda division. There are so many real stories that news division guys like Chris Wallace could be pursuing in the age of President Donald Trump — like the fact that he continues to endure an ongoing coup attempt by deep state douchebags — but instead he chooses to pretend like bullshit is real, lies are facts, and he’s some sort of super-journalist for pretending to be ‘fair and balanced.’

Among those who become dependent on another culture, there some who despise their reliance on something alien, something they need to survive but grow to hate. As their reliance on an alien culture grows, so too does their hatred. I have thought of Ilhan Omar as I have thought of Richard Wagner. It shows, for one thing, how far COVID-19 has to go before it equals the average seasonal flu mortality, worldwide. If I had to predict, I would guess that it will eventually reach the average level. Will it get to 2x the average number of flu deaths, worldwide? Looking at current trends, I don’t see how that will happen. But time will tell. Likewise in the U.S. You still can’t see the bar for COVID-19,
