Hunter Biden's attorneys have abruptly asked the Arkansas judge in his ongoing paternity case to postpone his scheduled March 11 deposition until after Election Day, saying the coronavirus outbreak, his wife's "imminent due date" and "intense media scrutiny" all pose a risk of "personal endangerment" for the former vice president's son.
Additionally, Biden's legal team argues he should not be held in contempt for failing to turn over a slew of financial documents related to child support. Republicans have said the information could contain damaging evidence of the younger Biden's overseas business dealings and possible corruption.

Pregnant women are routinely thrown in prison when found guilty of crimes. He is clearly guilty of having fathered this woman’s baby. No longer any argument there. Now they are just talking money. I imagine a deposition could be arranged somewhere else, including the presentation of documents. He is hardly a hardship case...

This judge said, unless your hair is on fire, you better be here!
This does not sound like a hair on fire moment.
And why wait until after the election???

It is time for the court to get Biden's attention. After the election he would say it was too cold to travel.

Perhaps spending some quality time in quarantine in an Arkansas county prison might be in order to help young Mr Biden safe from diseases and other maladies, including congressional subpoenas that probably won't be issued anytime soon.

Bull Schiff!
Who does he think he is?
I'll bet he's out and about, so the corona virus isn't a key item, plus, he doesn't fit the profile of someone, like his father, who is most at-risk either.
Plus, the election is 8 months away.

Contempt and an arrest warrant is the only appropriate response.
The judge should have 24/7 protection - to ensure she does fall victim to Arkancide. But what agency can we possibly trust to protect her? Arkansas agencies? Yeah, right. FBI - uh, no. Or maybe she will suddenly recuse. She is bucking the entire DNC/Soros/Swamp now. Sucks that our institutions have been so corrupted.

I know the judge, Holly Meyer, we worked together years ago. She used to be a fairly no-nonsense person and was a former prosecutor. I’ll be interested to see what she what she does with him.

First the dog ate his homework, now his pregnant wife is almost due, next comes the stress of being a new father, then of having a toddler to worry about, and eventually, oh my gosh, having a teenager to deal with!

Reads like Jussie’s desperate attempts after the jig was up and the courts were done playing. After the election? Now there is an obvious “tell”. This is going to be fun.

What a deadbeat dad! If Biden is the nominee, will PDT invite the baby-momma and child to the potus debates so the child can meet his grandparents?
Give Hunter 4 weeks after the baby is born to show up in the AR court. After all, one child is not more valuable than the other.
IMHO, Hunter will get the bride preggers again as an excuse to avoid showing up in court.

Those are not legitimate reasons to skip a court hearing. There is more chance of him catching the Corona Virus in California then in Arkansas, and wives are pregnant all the time when their husbands are in Afghanistan and Iraq. What does the November election have to do with him putting the welfare his child in Arkansas aside by not paying his proper amount of child support?

Sounds to me Hunter is hoping that election day results in PT being thrown out of office and some corrupt demonrat takes over and deep sixes any and all investigations of him.
If his wife's due date is imminent, then why wait until Nov 3rd? That's imminent? Besides, why isn't she having an abortion to give another baby to the murdering PP so they can sell the parts?

Only a Biden would have the nerve to say he couldn't show up in court for child support for his child from his girlfriend & use his pregnant wife as an excuse for a no show. I guess he couldn't use Russia so he used the c virus excuse.

The court is dealing with a spoiled over aged adolescent.
No more excuses, slap him with contempt of court and
fine him $1000 a day till he appears in court.
