Rep. Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y., is effectively conducting a one-man impeachment inquiry despite House Democrats having thoroughly failed in their partisan effort to take out President Donald Trump. The House Judiciary Committee chairman is still pursuing the Ukraine controversy, even though the U.S. Senate acquitted Trump of the charges leveled against him. Nadler and his panel of Democratic co-conspirators asked a federal appeals court on Friday to reconsider its decision not to enforce a subpoena compelling former White House lawyer Don McGahn to testify, the Washington Examiner reported. This coming after a three-judge panel for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, in a 2-1

Ultimately the responsibility for this loathsome, fat commie America hating piece of excrement being in Congress and actually having a say over how we live our lives belongs to the traitorous, lazy, monumentally ignorant voters who cast their precious ballets to elect No Nads Nadler.
A gallows needs to be erected on the steps of the Capitol Building in Washington DC for traitors like Nadler.

The failure of the House impeachment attempt was directly related to there attempt to overreach their Constitutional powers. White House lawyer Don McGahn testified for more that 30 hours to the Mueller investigators and there was nothing in the report that indicated he had any information of significance regarding the bogus obstruction of justice charges around the firing of Comey. Despite this Nadler pursued getting court approval to subpoena him for only one reason. If they could get the courts to "pierce" the separation of powers privilege in this case they would have "judicial enforcement authority" to issue subpoenas on anyone in the Executive Branch at least until they claimed Executive Privilege.
Failure of this ruling on appeal forced the House to try to fool the public with Schiff's clown show in the House Intelligence Committee that took secret testimony and tried to cherry pick it into evidence of wrongdoing.
The other scam they tried was not holding a true House vote on the Impeachment inquiry which would have forced the 30 Democrat House members that won seats in Trump districts in 2018 to commit political suicide. The obsession that Nadler, Pelosi, and Schiff have for removing Trump from office is pathological and demonstrates how the lust for power can corrupt small minds.

Certainly "Pelousie", "Pencil Neck", and "Jabba-the-Nadler" must bear their own guilt, but they NEVER would have been in a position to drag the nation thru their leftoid wringer if Paul Ryan, the "Beak from Madison" had done a proper job as a true REPUBLICAN Speaker of the House. "The Kentucky Turtle" has his own share of culpability. At least McConnell has the redeeming quality of pushing POTUS Trump's judicial and SCOTUS nominations thru to confirmation.

Nadler had been openly jealous of and fighting anything Trump has done since Trump was a developer and Nadler a councilman in New York City. Were there an unbiased media in the Country this history would be laid out and Nadler would be held to open scorn and ridicule for his pettiness and envy. Instead the connection is NEVER mentioned.

Fat Jerry has been trying to harm Trump since the middle 1980s when Nadler took a dislike to the Trump west side yards project. Nadler spent years as a local city councilman, then as a state legislator, and now as a Congressman doing all he could to ruin Trump's business interests in NYC area. Many different times, Fat Jerry brought a lot of political pressure to harm Trump.
Nadler is just continuing on his life's work - hating on Trump.

He is a large turd.
Just look at this fool
Or listen to this fool
He couldn’t shine shoes for a living
These dolts don’t work for a living
THIS is why eight years of Trump isn’t enough
We need the Donald for 16 more years!

10 months before this jerk loses his gavel. Then maybe we can have a few censure votes. I would love to watch Nadless have to stand in the House and listen to the censure resolution read out against him.

Just doing what he promised after the Dems got control of the House in 2018. Agree he should be tending to his terminally-ill wife instead of pursuing political vendettas.

Boy I HOPE President Trump is half as vindictive as his critics claim. He would be doing this country a gigantic favor by really prosecuting Nadler to the MAX. I would so love to see this power abusing parasite answer for his part in a blatant coup to overthrow the Presidency. Please make them pay and start with this criminal.

Hey Fatso...why not concentrate on having all that skin removal you need to make you look somewhat human? Then again, having to look at how homely you are and guessing where you stuff all the skin helps to deflect from trying to interpret one of the stupid statements you make whenever you open your mouth. I think you might have been a slightly more tolerable as a 600 pounder stuffing his mouth with 43 hot dogs at a clip.

He needs to be stuffed down about a foot and a half farther into his pants and then tighten his belt so that his head pops like a zit.

So, they're setting aside double jeopardy protections for PDJT as well? I'm looking forward to the President's vengeance following the Nov. 3rd re-election.
